Mugs were disgustingly dirty in room...
My room was directly facing onto the street where the tram was passing by right in front of my window until about midnight each night so I didn't get much sleep. Also I couldn't open the curtains as the window was basically looking out on to a busy street and there was a crossing where people were coming directly towards the window. It would be helpful if some of this was detailed in the booking as a warning. Not ideal for a work trip as I needed to be in bed early.
Great location and really nice bar and lounge area. Service was very good as usual, however I was given a room on the first floor so no natural light and the view was a very close brick wall - very claustrophobic on what was a lovely sunny day. Breakfast is very basic for what you pay for - should have more hot options.
Fair priced with great location.
Everything was fine. Little noisy late at night. Also you could put in blackout curtains.

We remotely checked-in prior to our arrival, however the process in the desk took more than 15 minuets.
Great location, lovely and warm staff, and the room was great. The only complaint I have is the sewage smell in the bathroom. It worsened after the shower.

all good but i dint get comp bottle of water as member's benefit. I've only found out that I should get one after having left hotels and have checked in into another Motel One where they have provided it to me.

Staff were so lovely on arrival, the room was stunning the bed was huge only thing is I wished we were at the front of the buidling cause our view from our window was a brick wall but other than that it was absolutely beautiful had the best stay!!!

My second stay. It does depend on room, mine was a family room with sofa, four big windows, and city view. Perfectly nice. Staff friendly, lovely lobby area.

Reception easy to check in and out and very friendly. Room clean, bed too firm for me, would be good to have a USB port in room. Bathroom towels good size, public areas look smart. Breakfast poor , hardly any choice , toilets downstairs hadn’t been cleaned from night before when I went for breakfast. Good location, which is why I chose to stay here this visit, but there are so many options that are better, especially for breakfast that I doubt I would stay again.
Stayed here for a concert at Coop live. Location enabled us to walk from the venue back to the hotel and avoid all the traffic. The room was modern and clean. The reception was very nice and staff were helpful

Great location and hotel for the price
I enjoyed my stay at Motel One Piccadilly. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and I really like the Motel One design. It is a shame though, that the heating was stuck on 24oC, which meant that we had to either switch it off and freeze, or be too hot.
Room was clean and modern, if a little small. Mattress and sheets comfy, although the pillows were a little inconsistent. Could do with more cupboard space/drawers. Need more coat hangers. No glasses in the bathroom. Need a mirror over the desk ideally. Rooms were perfectly adequate for 2 nights, but nothing spectacular. Reception, bar and lobby area very nice an modern….. unfortunately the rooms were a little underwhelming

Basic but very clean room. Bed was comfortable but Premier Inn memory foam mattresses are better. Very reasonably priced and I would definitely stay again.
Friendly welcome at reception followed by a very comfortable stay in a clean well presented room. Bathroom particularly good with a lovely shower and good quality toiletries and an abundance of pure white towels.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful with any questions I had, it felt so cosy and breakfast was fantastic, would definitely stay here again.
Stayed in room 12.28 which was clean and functional with a great view and quiet which I had requested - thankyou. I was not a fan of the recycled cups for tea/coffee - beverages taste so much better out of china! The duvet inside the cover, which I presume was polyester, was not of the quality I expected - was not cosy. Overall, a great stay for the cost - thankyou

It was a very pleasant stay. I've stayed at Motel One in Wurzburg and Basel and I expected no less. I wasn't disappointed. The staff were pleasant and the location was close to the city centre and train station. The ambience was clean, beautiful and refreshing. The room was spacious and well furnished.

Room perfect and so quiet. We were allocated an accessible room as we had our dog with us. It gave him and us room to relax without us tripping over him. The staff were so kind and so very friendly from check in staff to the lovely bar staff to housekeeping. Thank you also great value for money.

My home in Manchester. Comfortable rooms, great staff, fast service, convenient location. Furnishings are getting worn & TV reception is poor but it’s good value in an increasingly pricey city.
