Great staff, great rooms, wonderful breakfast, clean, and in a great location.
very nice hotel and staff. I was taking part of the Frankfurt city triathlon and came back on the check out day after the race and they let me quickly run back into my room and take a shower even though it had just passed normal checkout time. Thank you so much for that flexibility. Really appreciated as I was of course very tired in my body

Good looking hotel, very nice to stay downstairs with the elaborate seating options. Good rooms on the smaller side, bathroom is ok but has a tendency to get overly wet due to open shower. Overall quiet and comfortable experience that I would certainly recommend to others.
The hotel is well located, with parking right below, which is super convenient. The value for money is good, and the breakfast is also good.
I normally enjoy this location when in Frankfurt, however a couple of issue wont allow me to give it a 10 this time.the cover on the bathroom drain was loose. As a result I fell in the shower and had to get checked out in the ER. When I reported the fall to personnel, they seemed more concerned that I would checkout on time then how I was feeling or if I was injured. The only other issue this time was parking. Hotel parking should be reserved for guests, but it appeared that anyone could park in the limited spots as there were hourly rates posted on the machines.

Good central location. Clean and well-presented decor and a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Breakfast was good, good selection of fresh rolls, cheeses and meats. Very close to old town, reasonable price for the area. Recommended.

I really liked the overall experience. However, I was never really satisfied with the breakfast and stopped eating it after two days because I found it too small and a bit dreary. In my room I always hung my towel on the hanger that said it would be kept to help the environment but still got a new one every day which is okay but really not necessary. A few more spaces to work in the rooms or the lounge area would be great. In the middle of the hallway next to the elevators it was kind of noisy.

I like how eco-friendly the hotel is, from design to food. I feel very comfortable while staying at the hotel. I'm happy to know there are many Motel One hotels across Europe. Next time when I visit this part of the world, I'd love to stay with Motel One again. I simply like the "ethical" aspect of the business.

Although I paid an uplift for a room with a balcony, I ended up in the smallest room I've ever experienced. Bathroom was impossible to get in, toilet, shower and sink all in one very little room. At arrival (arrived to early, and room was not available) I asked for a room to quickly chance my clothes (39 degrees and just arrived from airport), only toilet downstairs was what Hotel could offer. Changing clothes between guests who use the bathroom isn't really what I expected.
A very good business hotel. Clean, in a very good location, public transportation is very accessible. Could be better if they have basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, drinking glass, and coffee/tea amenities in the room. I would gladly stay again in this hotel.
Your employees are very helpful and friendly! I was somewhat limited in my mobility and it was very helpful that everything was at ground level

For a business trip it is hard to work in a room where you just have a table + chair like in a living room is not very comfortable for working in a quiet environment
Friendly staff. Great location. Could not control room temperature. No late night food options.
Hotel was great, rooms were a bit small, and it would have been great to have aircondition since outside temperature was 28-29°c.

Reception staff are very tough, they don’t seem helpfull at all, at least they should know how to communicate with your clients, i stayed there many many times, the housekeeping didn’t makeup my room every day, i left amssage to the receptionist but she didn’t bother herself to take an action accordingly, this time I stayed for 7 nights and asked for one hour extension but couldn’t, i paid extra 10 euros for one hour extension,

Nice room on high floor, as requested, thank you. But why don't your reception staff smile and welcome guests arriving, as reception staff do in other Motel Ones? Just to be asked our name wasn't welcoming.

Excellent, approachable and accommodating staff. Definitely my favorite stay whilst in Germany. Teh reception team helped me out on more than one occasion and it was greatly appreciated.
Everything vas very good. But the ladies in the reception could be friendlier, They were rude and unfriendly both when I arrived and when I left because I couldn't hear what they were saying. Fix this. AK.
Overall comfort good, did not like that there was only one 2 in 1 shampoo instead of separate shower gel/shampoos; Really liked the check-out process (quick!), check-in was easy and smooth as well. Did not try the breakfast, looked like guests had vast options choose from.
Α bit disappointed..... At the reception they told me that it was not possible to early check in (2 hours erlier) even though other visitors did so... Also they denied to offer me a bottle of water when i cheched in at around 19:00 because i hadn't used the app... and ignored the fact that my reaervation was made by the travel agency that my company uses for bookings.
Very good hotel. Super parking place under hotel, room not large, but big enough. Breakfast good, very nice bar/restaurant/breakfast place. Frendly personnel. Small bathroon, but big enough and a very good shower! The only remakt I have is (room 624) the window was not too well closed and due to that I heard noice from the street.

Nowoczesny hotel w centrum Frankfurtu z dogodnym połączeniem komunikacyjnym z innymi częściami miasta i uprzejmą obsługą. Proste i smaczne śniada. Pokój był niezbyt duży, ale czysty i wygodny.

Dawno temu… Frankfurt nie był znany ze swoich ultranowoczesnych wieżowców, lecz ze swojego Starego Miasta. W sercu dzisiejszej metropolii finansowej aż do II Wojny Światowej znajdowała się jedna z największych w Niemczech średniowiecznych starówek z budynkami z muru pruskiego, gdzie wybierano królów, koronowano cesarzy i czczono poetów i filozofów takich jak Goethe i Schopenhauer. Dzięki projektowi budowlanemu „DomRömer-Quartier” Frankfurt odzyskał w 2018 roku część swojej historii.
Pomiędzy katedrą a Römer na powierzchni 7000 m2 rozciąga się teraz „nowe” Stare Miasto. Dzięki oryginalnym materiałom z tamtych czasów i dużemu zamiłowaniu do szczegółów powstało 15 rekonstrukcji historycznych budynków i 20 współczesnych nowych budowli z typowymi elementami dawnego starego miasta. Gdy w 1888 roku otwarto dworzec główny we Frankfurcie, uchodził on za najnowocześniejszy dworzec w Europie. Przez ponad 120 lat rozwinął się wokół niego wielokulturowy mikrokosmos, w którym dziś żyje obok siebie ponad 100 nacji. Dzielnica dworcowa Bahnhofsviertel już od dawna nie jest tylko dzielnicą czerwonych latarni, lecz jednym z atrakcyjniejszych miejsc spotkań w mieście z modnymi kawiarniami, barami i klubami. Nasz hotel we Frankfurcie nad Menem moglibyśmy równie dobrze nazwać „Mainhattan Central”. Ponieważ trudno o bardziej centralne położenie niż to, które oferuje Motel One Frankfurt-Römer. Zaraz za rogiem znajduje się stare miasto ze średniowiecznym ratuszem Römer. Designerski hotel leży również w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Kościoła Świętego Piotra, Katedry Cesarskiej, placu Hauptwache i Muzeum Sztuki Współczesnej MMK. Pieszo dojdziesz również do Domu Goethego, w którym w 1749 roku urodził się niemiecki poeta. Miłośnicy kultury i historii mają tu więc nie lada wybór.
