We Were 2 hours early for check in, but that wasn't a problem. Our room was comfortable. The hotel on a whole; spotlessly clean. Good selection of cold breakfast buffet. I prefer a hot breakfast, but was more than happy with what was on offer. The staff were also friendly and very helpful when it came to transport info for getting to the Co-op Arena. I'd definitely stay here again, if going to Manchester.
Beautiful hotel, it was our 2nd stay here and we enjoyed every minute of it. Lovely clean rooms, bed very comfortable and all staff were great! We will be always stay here when we visit Manchester in the future!
Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal! An zwei Abenden waren andere Gäste etwas laut. Im Bad hat es etwas gestunken. Das Frühstück hat geschmeckt, war aber etwas langweilig.
Great beds, convenient location, soundproof windows (that actually open ;> ) and lovely staff. Sort the coffee and the TV reception and it’s perfect.

Nice property, location, helpful staff. Good breakfast, waters in the room would be nice at least for the first night. House keeping I felt could have done a better job but overall very good!
If the breakfast had like a "warm section" with some items from a full English the score would be 10!
Excellent stay at this hotel. Angel at reception was brilliant! The rooms were clean with amenities I needed and the location was easy and convenient. Breakfast was also enjoyable!

Friendly staff at check-in. Bed was comfy. Room was quite basic. Even though there was a shelf labelled Tea & Coffee station, there was no kettle or cups or anything to make tea or coffee with. Breakfast was only continental, no cooked breakfast. Room was directly opposite an office so felt i needed to keep the curtains closed whilst i was getting ready in the morning. Could hear the trams so had to wear ear plugs to sleep.

Comfortable and clean hotel in an excellent location. I arrived early but rooom was ready and check in was quick and efficient. Staff very friendly and bar was lovely. Would stay again & recommend.
Mugs were disgustingly dirty in room...
My room was directly facing onto the street where the tram was passing by right in front of my window until about midnight each night so I didn't get much sleep. Also I couldn't open the curtains as the window was basically looking out on to a busy street and there was a crossing where people were coming directly towards the window. It would be helpful if some of this was detailed in the booking as a warning. Not ideal for a work trip as I needed to be in bed early.
Great location and really nice bar and lounge area. Service was very good as usual, however I was given a room on the first floor so no natural light and the view was a very close brick wall - very claustrophobic on what was a lovely sunny day. Breakfast is very basic for what you pay for - should have more hot options.
Fair priced with great location.
Everything was fine. Little noisy late at night. Also you could put in blackout curtains.

We remotely checked-in prior to our arrival, however the process in the desk took more than 15 minuets.
Great location, lovely and warm staff, and the room was great. The only complaint I have is the sewage smell in the bathroom. It worsened after the shower.

all good but i dint get comp bottle of water as member's benefit. I've only found out that I should get one after having left hotels and have checked in into another Motel One where they have provided it to me.

Staff were so lovely on arrival, the room was stunning the bed was huge only thing is I wished we were at the front of the buidling cause our view from our window was a brick wall but other than that it was absolutely beautiful had the best stay!!!

My second stay. It does depend on room, mine was a family room with sofa, four big windows, and city view. Perfectly nice. Staff friendly, lovely lobby area.

Reception easy to check in and out and very friendly. Room clean, bed too firm for me, would be good to have a USB port in room. Bathroom towels good size, public areas look smart. Breakfast poor , hardly any choice , toilets downstairs hadn’t been cleaned from night before when I went for breakfast. Good location, which is why I chose to stay here this visit, but there are so many options that are better, especially for breakfast that I doubt I would stay again.
Stayed here for a concert at Coop live. Location enabled us to walk from the venue back to the hotel and avoid all the traffic. The room was modern and clean. The reception was very nice and staff were helpful

Great location and hotel for the price
I enjoyed my stay at Motel One Piccadilly. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and I really like the Motel One design. It is a shame though, that the heating was stuck on 24oC, which meant that we had to either switch it off and freeze, or be too hot.
Room was clean and modern, if a little small. Mattress and sheets comfy, although the pillows were a little inconsistent. Could do with more cupboard space/drawers. Need more coat hangers. No glasses in the bathroom. Need a mirror over the desk ideally. Rooms were perfectly adequate for 2 nights, but nothing spectacular. Reception, bar and lobby area very nice an modern….. unfortunately the rooms were a little underwhelming

Basic but very clean room. Bed was comfortable but Premier Inn memory foam mattresses are better. Very reasonably priced and I would definitely stay again.
Friendly welcome at reception followed by a very comfortable stay in a clean well presented room. Bathroom particularly good with a lovely shower and good quality toiletries and an abundance of pure white towels.
