Perfect location, excellent for business purposes.
Lovely one night stay- friendly staff and comfortable room perfect for a short stay. We were at the OA for a show and it was close enough to be able to walk there. There were enough choices close by for dinner before the show and we chose not to have breakfast in the hotel. It looked good.
Breakfast was basic and not very tasty. The rooms were fine. Good shower. The bed however if far too soft the same with the pillows a very uncomfortable sleep
The staff at Motel One Piccaddily are THE BEST. Such wonderfully helpful and welcoming. I love coming to stay :)
The perfect place to stay for a city break. Everything you could wish for and more. Spotlessly clean, centrally located and charming public areas.
From checking in to checking out staff are friendly & professional. We so enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again.
Staff were friendly and efficient. Lobby and all the other parts of the hotel were clean and tidy. Room was great and bed comfortable. One minor issue - the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working so it got a bit steamy when showering. All in all though a positive experience.
Overall happy with hotel except for breakfast which whilst was fine good but expensive for what it was
Excelente ,me senti muy comoda ya que no sabia ingles pero me senti muy comoda no saber el idioma no fue ningun impedimiento el personal fue muy amable ,lo que si podrian tener en consideracion es incluir un desayuno cuando uno esta mas de tres o dos noches en el hotel in abrazo desde chile
I've stayed at various Motel One’s over years. Was a last-minute booking so appreciated early check-in. Unfortunately the pub next door was drilling all afternoon into side of building next to my room (201). The bathroom door was also warped and wouldn’t close. I flagged this with front of house staff more so you knew about as didn’t need to change rooms (although nothing was offered either). I noticed the cleaning standards in this Motel One weren't as good as normally with stains on the fabric of chair and some in bathroom areas. It’s next to train station and cheaper rate than others but a shame it wasn’t at least on a basic level better. The staff were friendly. I think standards could be improved in this hotel even if do offer cheaper rates as the location is very good if catching an early train.

Stayed one night for appointment at TLS handy for station and shops. Room was spotless and staff very welcoming couldn’t fault anything

Great location, friendly staff and the decor was nice throughout. I paid for a room with a view and had been worried whether it would be worth it, but I was not disappointed, it was a fantastic view. The room was comfortable, but quite small for the price. If there was one thing I would say could do with being improved upon, I would say storage space. There were only 6 hangers and 2 shelves for us to put clothes and things, which was a bit of a squeeze for the 2 of us for 3 nights. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely come again.
Viaje de ocio con mi pareja , la ubicación genial a 20 minutos del aeropuerto en tren , estas al lado de la estación. Y te puedes mover con mucha comodidad por la ciudad
The room was very hot but the air con was extremely loud all throughout the night so struggled to sleep. The TV Signal was very bad, couldn't consistently watch something without it cutting out or freezing.
We booked a room with an extra large bed but got a room with 2 single beds pushed together.

We have stayed here multiple times it is just great. The location is perfect, the hotel is spotless and modern, and the staff are so kind. The staff go above and beyond for all guests
I have stayed a number of times and have always enjoyed staying at the Motel One. Unfortunately the past couple of times that I have stayed there has been a strong smell from the drains in the shower. This time it was a stronger smell.
Everything was great apart from the bathroom which didn’t smell nice at all. It’s either plumbing issues but that’s the only thing that brought it down
Always enjoy staying here. Great position near the station and Piccadilly. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and everywhere I need. Great staff and nice size rooms
Normally excellent at Motel One. I scored 8 as I had to move rooms due to a door not closing properly

It was ok, however I injured myself when the bathroom door slammed shut on me. Also not as clean as I would expect. Noticed hair grips on the floor that weren't mine and the bin wasn't empty
only thing is that i would have liked one comfortablr chair to sit in to read look at tv
Due to the weather I needed a hotel to stay in. I came across the hotel as I stayed here in December and the stay was lovely. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.

I stayed one night, before goinh back home. The motel is beautiful. However, the TV worked when I first arrived and after taking a nap it was off and never turned back on. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk and I was too tired to walk to front desk. They were made aware upon check out and the just apologize and kept it moving.... Other than that I would come back.
A bit pricey but I know I can get a 10% discount if I become a member I particularly like the people at the reception, my type of people! See you next time.
Convenient and simple
As we arrived, the room was ice cold. It took a long time for it to heat up and the only duvet in the room was very thin. We had to sleep wearing socks and sweaters in order to be warm enough, not really good at all.
This was overall a pleasant stay, my first with the Motel One brand, although I already knew it from Germany. With the exception of one receptionist who needs serious retraining, it was an okay stay. Good bed, comfortable room, could use a much more powerful and useful showerhead though, no noise. Very basic continental breakfast but meets the basic need.
The staff were very welcoming. The room was warm and cosy on a snowy night and being able to have a free bottle of water was a nice surprise as I didn’t need to go out and buy one.
Other than the carpets in the room being very scrubby the rooms are great also the plastic cups for tea coffee not nice to use look dirty

Exceptional service when checking in at reception. The individual who served me (I can't remember his name) was fantastic and so friendly. The room was great- while small it was more than enough for what we needed. Great value for money.
Sauberkeit des Zimmers hervorragend, Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-In ging auch ohne online Check-In schnell und reibungslos. Als Reiseverkehrskauffrau habe ich einige Häuser besichtigt und die der Standard von Motel One ist gut&ansprechend.

The room felt very basic compared to previous Motel One's I've stayed at and the wifi was a nightmare, particularly on New Years Eve when I had to go to reception twice as the wifi signal was not strong enough to connect to and I could not ring my family and text friends which was very upsetting. Disappointing experience and not likely to stay again.
Heel aangenaam verblijf. Locatie is super, de kamer en de bedden waren heel goed. Alles was heel proper. Het ontbijt was heel lekker. Een uitstekende tijd hadden we!
The rooms are always comfortable and this year we were on the 13th Floor and the room was bigger than usual and a great view out of the windows, The beds are very comfortable, everything is spotless when you walk in the room, always happy to stay at Motel One in Manchester. The staff are efficient and friendly too.
