Das Hotel war super! Die Lage ist perfekt! Bei dem Zimmerservice wurden die Becher nicht gewechselt, im Bad war keine Lüftungsanlage/Fenster und es gab keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank, aber trotzdem war es insgesamt sehr gut!!!
Alles bestens, große Enpfehlung.
Das Zimmer war modern und sauber. Das Bett war bequem und es war ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Preis war gut. Eine Kofferablage oder eine Kommode hat gefehlt.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were lovely, I felt really safe and the room was very clean. My only little thing to mention is the bathroom - the door shuts quite quickly once you've left which stops airflow so it was often really warm, which got worse after showering. I'd have liked a way to keep the door open to cool it down quicker. Other than that, a great hotel and I look forward to being back!

The hotel is well located, good value, clean, modern, with good staff, good breakfast, and is quiet.
Motel one is good value. The others I have stayed in I have to say have a more relaxed cosy lobby area. I was very disappointed that there was clearly someone smoking marijuana on my floor. I advised reception who went immediately to investigate. When I returned someone had sprayed air freshener in the corridor but you could still smell it. When I returned in evening I could actually smell it in my room. Also when the fire alarm went off there were no staff advising guests what to do . Why it had gone off or any apology.
Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Es war alles sauber und wie von Motel One gewohnt eingerichtet. Für einen Städtetrip ideal.
Hotel and rooms excellent, clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful. However the water pressure in the shower was terrible and made it almost unusable, needs looking at.

Wasn’t quite as good as last time. My greeting at reception was awkward but the rest of the staff are lovely and friendly. The room was clean except for some dental floss on the floor that wasn’t ours. But generally excellent value.
Major issues with your app while booking. Charged me before I checked in but says pay on arrival. Cancelled the booking and re booked but still charged me the two. Your customer services had no idea why I was charged
We were very impressed by the quality of everything to do with our stay. Such great design, convenience and comfort. That is, apart from the unexpected and unnecessary fire alarm in the morning…and the man in the bed of the room we were initially allocated! But the receptionist was kind enough to give us an upgrade, so we have no complaints!
There was some loud arguing in the corridor late in the evening
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. This past trip though wasn’t as great as previously. The thermostat in my wood wouldn’t go lower than 19c and the room was too warm. Also disappointed to not see the faces on the boiled eggs at breakfast, it was always a nice touch.
We Were 2 hours early for check in, but that wasn't a problem. Our room was comfortable. The hotel on a whole; spotlessly clean. Good selection of cold breakfast buffet. I prefer a hot breakfast, but was more than happy with what was on offer. The staff were also friendly and very helpful when it came to transport info for getting to the Co-op Arena. I'd definitely stay here again, if going to Manchester.

Couldn’t fault this hotel at all. The location is absolutely brilliant, we were a 10-15 minute walk from almost everything we were looking to go to/visit. Shout out also to the man that checked us in on Friday morning he was absolutely brilliant, didn’t get his name unfortunately.
the toilet leaking/running kept us awake all night i came for a relaxing nights sleep and got the opposite
Arrive to a warm welcome at reception, Carly was polite & quick to accomadate us to our requirements, making our stay first class and will certainly be using this Clean, well positioned & friendly hotel again!
Beautiful hotel, it was our 2nd stay here and we enjoyed every minute of it. Lovely clean rooms, bed very comfortable and all staff were great! We will be always stay here when we visit Manchester in the future!
Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal! An zwei Abenden waren andere Gäste etwas laut. Im Bad hat es etwas gestunken. Das Frühstück hat geschmeckt, war aber etwas langweilig.
Fabulous location and great value for money. Within walking distances from the coach and railway stations. Very modern and clean, I would stay again in the future.
Great beds, convenient location, soundproof windows (that actually open ;> ) and lovely staff. Sort the coffee and the TV reception and it’s perfect.

Nice property, location, helpful staff. Good breakfast, waters in the room would be nice at least for the first night. House keeping I felt could have done a better job but overall very good!
If the breakfast had like a "warm section" with some items from a full English the score would be 10!
Excellent stay at this hotel. Angel at reception was brilliant! The rooms were clean with amenities I needed and the location was easy and convenient. Breakfast was also enjoyable!
I requested a quiet room and the room I was given was the noisiest of all my stays.
Only complaint was the water in the shower was not very warm

Excellent stay at Manchester Motel One. Compact room but very comfortable bed with pristine bedding. Great shower with beautiful towels. Very quiet room. Excellent continental breakfast. Very good value for money!!
Comfortable, welcoming, friendly staff - Maria Almeida was the one who greeted us at reception with great kindness and professionalism.
Only thing that could be improved is to provide a non slip mat in the shower as the base felt slippy when in the shower.

The hotel is in a great location and next to transport links. The check in was very quick and the staff were also very nice. The room was very clean and quiet for a hotel of this size. The only thing we had an issue with was the heat in the room. We could not put it any lower than 18 degrees and the window was faulty and would not open. The room got very warm and there was no way to cool it down. I would definitely stay at this hotel again though as it was nicely decorated, quiet and the staff were great. I would also like to mention the bar is reasonably priced and actually cheaper than the other bars we visited in Manchester.

Friendly staff at check-in. Bed was comfy. Room was quite basic. Even though there was a shelf labelled Tea & Coffee station, there was no kettle or cups or anything to make tea or coffee with. Breakfast was only continental, no cooked breakfast. Room was directly opposite an office so felt i needed to keep the curtains closed whilst i was getting ready in the morning. Could hear the trams so had to wear ear plugs to sleep.

Tristemente en esta ocasión he pasado mucho frío en la habitación. Al pasar del pasillo a mi habitación se notaba enseguida el cambio en la temperatura. Llegué a comentarlo 3 veces con el personal de recepción y me dijeron que el servicio de mantenimiento les había dicho que todo funcionaba bien, aunque me resultaba imposible subir la temperatura de la habitación. Finalmente tenía que pedir una segunda funda nórdica porque el hotel tampoco disponía de calentadores portátiles. Es una pena porque por lo demás todo estaba como estoy acostumbrada cada vez que me alojo en un hotel de la cadena.
The staff were very much the difference between Good and Excellent. Both at Reception, but also the Bar guy was awesome. Filled a quiet room with happiness. Felt like being in Cheers. The place was clean and beds comfy. I personally struggled with the pillows. The large ones just don't work for sleeping and the thin ones were too hard. But the room was spotless and compared to a lot of alternatives the value for money is significant. Would stay again... if they change the pillows.
