The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was very expensive for a very basic cold continential style buffet.
Nice, clean room. A little noisy but that was to be expected in a central location. I was not a fan of the breakfast set-up in the lounge. A brighter breakfast room with proper tables and chairs would have been more comfortable to eat in.
I have stayed here before all normally fine but and 00-18 the fire alarm went off for what seemed like 10 mins, which I could not sleep again
This is a lovely hotel, beautiful decor, lovely spotless room with a very comfortable bed. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly and a very welcome drink at the bar

The quilt on the bed was very light. The tram was noisy in the morning plus in.yhe earky hours on sunday morning there was young people making alot of noise in the corridors. No phone in the bedrooms to co tact reception is a nuisance and no.iron.and ironing board in the room is uncommon.
Really appreciated assistance at check-in as pointed out that I could get a better rate by booking direct with the hotel.
Well located near to train station. Clean, comfortable room. More coffee and milk in room would avoid asking for extras on a daily basis.
Warm greeting by reception , clear instructions on room key and facilities at the hotel . Very comfortable room , cosy bed , excellent bathroom and to enjoy a morning cup of tea was great .

Staff were great and very helpful. Hotel is in a great location to get about the city. Only small fault I would have is the rooms aren't very big but it wouldn't put me off coming back.
Hotel was geweldig, ontbijt en met name de koffie en sinaasappelsap kunnen wel beter. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Top hotel.
I found that the hotel was nice, and the staff were friendly. I was disappointed that my room didn't feel particularly clean. The bathroom felt fine, but the room itself didn't feel freshly cleaned and honestly felt a bit outdated (unlike the bathroom). My kettle wasn't working, and the switches on the lights felt sticky. I was also disappointed that the beds were two singles, as I had thought I had booked a king. Overall I was checked in quickly, didn't pay too much, slept fine, had a mildly warm shower, and the staff were friendly, so I'd say that my stay was 5/10.

Having a door hangar that says “Do not disturb I’ve had a big night” might be suitable for a Millennial guest, but not really appropriate for a pensioner like myself! In the bar area 2 customers (I don’t even think they were guests in the hotel) were watching loud videos on their phones. Hotel staff didn’t intervene and allowed them to continue. We decided not to have another drink in the bar because of this.
Such good value for money and genuinely the most comfortable bed I have slept in in years.

Well placed, friendly hotel. Clean albeit minimal space in the bedroom.
Sadly the tv didn’t work, no water in the room and for the price expected there to be more choice of teas. Very small bathroom and poor lightening in the room wouldn’t pay that much for a room again there.
Staff lovely. A table or locker at each side of the bed would be useful. A separate toaster etc for gf bread in the morning. I had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Germany is fabulous and they have amazing gf rolls so why can’t UK have them?

Easy check in, pleasant enough staff though they weren't very talkative, was only a quick stay, interesting change to pick up the water instead of it being in room

The room was very clean and thankfully very quiet. However, the room was very small and the tv didn’t work very well, most channels didn’t work and you couldn’t get a menu up so had to manually type in Chanel numbers to get it to work. The bed was very comfy and the shower was warm. However, we asked reception for some fresh towels and a toilet roll as we came back from a meal in the evening, this was around 9:30pm. Reception informed us they would be bringing them up so we waited until 11:00pm as we couldn’t have our showers without fresh towels and they never came to our room so we had to not have showers, we ended up going to bed later than we wanted to and we also had no toilet roll so had to use the tissues provided. Not good!
Everything was almost perfect. My one complaint is that the room was a little too warm even with aircon on lowest temp.
stayed before and will stay again, but not on a saturday or any day when the rate is so high - consider giving loyal customers a break when they book two or three nites, even when stay includes a satrday - ps fid have breakfast last stay, it was good value and quality.
The hotel is in a great location and the front desk staff were excellent very friendly and knowledgeable.
Lange Wartezeit einen Aufzügen, teilweise bis zu 4 Minuten, obwohl es drei Aufzüge gibt. Führte beim Checkout dazu, dass auf Etage sieben circa sechs Leute dann irgendwann vor dem Aufzug standen Es gab sehr viel Lärm in der Nacht bis 2:00 Uhr nachts und das ganze ging dann ab 8:00 Uhr weiter, wenn die Putzkräfte auf der Etage waren

Really good value for money. I was a solo traveller for the night and felt really safe too. The TV was a bit dated with not many channels but to be honest, it doesn’t really affect the stay as if we’re all being real we all use our phones anyway and what was on was adequate enough for background noise. Great nights sleep as the mattresses were brilliant, can’t complain about anything even if I wanted to.
Chosen for the location and value for money, I booked direct and checked in online as I was arriving late. The reception staff were friendly and I appreciated the member free water. Excellent bathroom, the bedroom was small but okay for a single traveller although some of the soft furnishings colour choice not great, especially the brown carpet made it look old fashioned. Check in on the app was a little clunky as there’s no ID cards in the UK but it accepted my driving licence information without problems. Unfortunately I had clicked business trip, then had to input all sorts of company information, completely unnecessary. As a German I found the German confirmation screens and the European socket next to the bed funny but I’m sure you can do better.

Room was clean and tidy, nice shower, good hair dryer. Everything worked.
When I checked in I was told i had another room for 2 nights booked. I questioned this and then asked for this to be cancelled as I hadnt booked it. I was advised they couldnt and I should cancel this. I then checked my booking software and i couldnt cancel it as this was not in my software (because i hadnt booked it). I am trusting i will not get charged for this, but I havent seen yet. Also the bar area is lovely, it cannot be charged to your room, it doesnt serve draught and it is really expensive! Everytime the bar member served me (at the bar not at a table) they presented the "tip" option. Why would we tip for someone performing their job to open a bottle (no draught). If they are serving a table of 10 all night, i could understand this. but we are not the USA and i feel it is wrong to request a Tip every time i approach the bar for a drink. I will not be staying here again due to the bar shortfalls and expenses and also the poor breakfast choice.

Central location for Railway station and city centre Light in bedroom quiet good compared to other Hotels Breakfast area spread out and seating area The cup in bedroom for tea and coffee smelled and effects taste.

Its good for a short one night stay stay, however didn't have a ironing board & the tv remote did not work - so had to turn off the tv manually
