Friend staff, very clean and neat
The heating in the room wasn't perfect but the staff can override it sorted it in a few mins. Apart from that...perfect. The room and the hotel in general were very clean. It wasn't too expensive, it had on site parking and best of all was the location. Difficult to fault.
Great location, friendly and efficient staff. The room was small and pretty cold when we arrived and took a long time to heat up. Breakfast was ok but quite limited
Staff were so lovely on arrival, the room was stunning the bed was huge only thing is I wished we were at the front of the buidling cause our view from our window was a brick wall but other than that it was absolutely beautiful had the best stay!!!

My second stay. It does depend on room, mine was a family room with sofa, four big windows, and city view. Perfectly nice. Staff friendly, lovely lobby area.

Reception easy to check in and out and very friendly. Room clean, bed too firm for me, would be good to have a USB port in room. Bathroom towels good size, public areas look smart. Breakfast poor , hardly any choice , toilets downstairs hadn’t been cleaned from night before when I went for breakfast. Good location, which is why I chose to stay here this visit, but there are so many options that are better, especially for breakfast that I doubt I would stay again.
Stayed here for a concert at Coop live. Location enabled us to walk from the venue back to the hotel and avoid all the traffic. The room was modern and clean. The reception was very nice and staff were helpful

The excellent staff gave me directions for the music venue I was attending that evening. The bed was so comfortable/ the best sleep I've had for some time.

I enjoyed my stay at Motel One Piccadilly. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and I really like the Motel One design. It is a shame though, that the heating was stuck on 24oC, which meant that we had to either switch it off and freeze, or be too hot.
Comfortable bed and nicely decorated room with everything I needed. Nice breakfast, although would have liked some hot options. Great central location.
Room was clean and modern, if a little small. Mattress and sheets comfy, although the pillows were a little inconsistent. Could do with more cupboard space/drawers. Need more coat hangers. No glasses in the bathroom. Need a mirror over the desk ideally. Rooms were perfectly adequate for 2 nights, but nothing spectacular. Reception, bar and lobby area very nice an modern….. unfortunately the rooms were a little underwhelming
The small compact room was cold. The tv signal was terrible and normal channels were unwatchable. The bar staff were very pleasant and staff generally seemed friendly and helpful

Had a lovely time here, me and my partner came for a concert and had such a welcoming time at the hotel. The cheese toastie is to die for.

- TV needs to work - shower needs to be more than a dribble - staff need to be able to work the system to provide an invoice on departure (and when they say they will e mail it then actually do that)
Clean, comfortable & in a great location.
The toilet seat was visibly unclean. There seemed to be some marks from previous use or something else which had not been wiped off properly or cleaned away. The shower water in the morning was also cold which led to an unpleasant morning shower for both of us. Other that the room was nicely laid out and the tea and coffee service area was well better stocked than most hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful when wanting to store bags and check in.

From the moment we arrived staff were attentive and friendly and our room was great spacious and quiet. And very helpful to let us leave our bags before check in and after check out so we can make the most of our visit. Bar area, as usual for Motel one hotels was quirky and comfortable. Shah and Dan, bar staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our 2-1 gin. Nice touch for members as well as free water. Good to see key only access to upstair rooms and toilets. Didn't have breakfast included this time but plenty of places near by as well only 10 minute walk into centre and trams right outside.
Generally nice but I was very surprised how small the room was and how limited the breakfast was. No hot food at all. I've had bigger rooms and better breakfasts at a Premier Inn!

We were given the wrong room but that was quickly resolved. The room we ended up with was a bit cold and the thermostat didn't seem to work. Very nice staff. Quiet hotel and excellent bed.
Great staff, both at reception and bar. Special mention to Maguy and Michael who were so very helpful and approachable. We must also thank Adrian, who immediately went to check out our safe and got it back into working condition. Excellent ambience throughout.
