Great hotel very easy to get to from train station.
Good location, staff is very helpful and room cleaners are very professional. It seems like they forgot the good morning with coffee and expresso.

Ubytování je ve standardu, který je nadprůměrný v porovnání se standardem ubytování v Bruselu. Vyhovuje mi také bohatá snídaně a kvalita jídla. Jediný prostor ke zlepšení vidím u občerstvení dostupného na baru během dne - ocenila bych alespoň jedno jídlo, které není sandwich a je bezlepkové.
Excellent, as usual. I stay here often. Quiet room on the inside of the hotel. Fortunately I arrived just in time to miss the long queues to check in.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Lo más destacable fue la amabilidad del personal y su profesionalidad. La habitación era muy bonita y nos hicieron el favor de ponernos en la planta 6 con vistas a la ciudad y regalarnos una copa en el bar por ser nuestro aniversario. El hotel está muy limpio y bien perfumado y las camas son muy cómodas. Quizás lo único que destacaría como algo a mejorar es el tamaño de los cuartos de baño.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Alles ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu fuss zu erreichen. Toller Service und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im gesamten Haus. Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt in einem Motel One Hotel.
My room was fine - but there was a terrible smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. This is not appropriate at a hotel with your standards. In addition, I was offered an invoice by email - something I never received!

Eigenlijk zelfs beter dan verwacht. Mooie, voldoende ruime kamer voor 1 persoon. Nadeel: geen Eurosport op TV en geen Vlaamse radiozenders hoorbaar. Ik kom zeker nog langs!
Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, kamer was zeer netjes en voldoende groot, uitzicht minder. personeel bij het ontbijt zeer vriendelijk, zeer goed ontbijt. Locatie hotel als uitval basis uitstekend

Tout est très bien ! Sauf que les prix sont exorbitant par moment ! Augmentation de 150 % Pour certains jours et de manière générale très forte augmentation par rapport aux années précédentes où nous sommes venus souvent ! Donc, nous reviendrons de moins en moins ! Meilleures salutations.

I enjoyed my stay. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and pleasure, and I have to say your staff (from reception, bar and breakfast) were some of the most helpful, polite and engaged I have encountered. Well done - it makes a huge difference and would be the deciding factor in me choosing your hotel over others.
Gute Erreichbarkeit. Zimmer grosszügig ohne Schnickschnack. Frühstück hatte ich bessere. Frühstücksraum Temperatur ist zügig.
L'accueil est très sympathique, le check-in est rapide, les explications sont claires. La chambre à l'arrivée est agréable. Quelques petit soucis dans la chambre, la télévision les chaines française comme TF1, France2,3 ne fonctionnait pas. La porte de la salle de bain se fermait toute seule. La salle de bain était fonctionnelle, la température de l'eau et la pression de la douche était agréable.
Das Zimmer war leider zur stark befahrenen (Tram, Rettungsdienst....) hin, deshalb war auch aufgrund eines nicht ausreichenden Schallschutzes, ziemlich laut. Dies beeinflusst meine Bewertung.
The hotel has a lovely interior and the room was nice (although I did miss having a mini fridge available). Reception services were good, as well. The only drawback was that the hotel did not accept payment via my employer (do not accept invoice payments through travel agency), meaning I had to personally pay for my stay and request a refund from HR upon my return home. Because of this, I will not stay at this hotel again for work purposes, which is a shame, as I do enjoy both its facilities and location.
This is my second time at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, but it would be good to at least provide water in the rooms. Staff are friendly and professional and the breakfast is good.

cela fait 20 ans que nous sommes clients Motel One en Allemagne et à Bruxelles. Comme toujours, TOP! Service au bar et petit déjeuner excellent. Petit bémol, le personnel au petit déjeuner pourrait nous acceuillir avec un petit bonjour, rien de plus, mais cela fait plaisir.
Un plateau bouilloire thé/café dans la chambre manque... Surtout l'hiver.
I loved the fact that it had character, a certain quirkiness in the decor and fittings especially in the public areas. It was spotless, beds comfortable, it was warm, great effective double glazing. Pleasant helpful friendly staff. My only negative was that there were no tea-making facilities, otherwise excellent

Points qui pourraient améliorer le séjour : - Voilages sur fenêtre avec vis à vis - PdJ : offre salée plus fournie. - Départ tardif, 15h00, sans frais si la fréquentation de l'hôtel le permet. - Menu snacking trop limité au bar - Offre promotionnelle, pour réservation tôt, s'avère parfois être moins intéressante que le tarif normal de dernière minute. Mais globalement, excellent hôtel, mon préféré à Bruxelles
Schickes sauberes Hotel
Rien à signaler au niveau de l'hôtel. Par contre ce serait intéressant d'ajouter de quoi pouvoir "manger" au bar de l'hôtel.En cas d'arrivée tardive, ce qui est proposé est un peu léger.
Hôtel bien situé pour découvrir le centre de Bruxelles. Chambre très agréable et silencieuse, Petit déjeuner excellent et copieux. Personnel très poli et disponible. A conseiller pour la découverte de Bruxelles
Ich fand die meisten Dinge super! Mir gefällt das Hotel richtig gut. Das einzige, das ich ändern würde ist der Teppichboden am Zimmer. Ich finde da Holzböden/Laminat hygienischer.

Mooie, schone en stille kamer met een goed bed en fijne badkamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid. Hotel op een mooie en goede locatie in het centrum. Parkeergarage om de hoek.
Very small room but more than adequate for a short stay. Would have been a big advantage to be able to make tea/coffee in room. Spotlessly clean. Bedding very comfortable. Breakfast good. Bar area excellent. Staff very friendly. Place to hold cases after check out. Well situated.
Our stay at your property was pleasant and comfortable. The place was clean and well maintained, and communication with the staff was smooth and helpful. The room was really comfortable and warm, which was especially appreciated during the cold night. Theo at the reception was extremely helpful and assisted us with storing our luggage, making our arrival and departure much easier. Eleni and Jimmy from the breakfast team were very kind and professional, guiding us excellently on both days. The location is excellent, ideal for both business trips and leisure sightseeing. Overall, it was a positive experience and we would recommend it to other guests.
Très bon rapport qualité prix. Situé au calme à 2 pas du centre de Bruxelles, un hôtel flambant neuf avec tout ce qu’il faut pour séjourner.
Tout s'est très bien passé. Ceci étant , il serait bien d'avoir une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre.
We are big Motel One fans incl our Dog. We spent 3 nights on the Belgian seaside in a 5 star hotel: heating broke down, parking was so small and narrow, check in was confusing and not really customer friendly…. You need to open motel ones across Europe. South of France would be great 😊 thanks to the team
