Excellent stay; great service, very convenient for the station and short walk to the city.
I would have given a 10., as my stay was quite enjoyable. The only complaint is the male attendant who was working on Sunday morning (15tth June) was slightly rude. I came down for my breakfast, and he checked my room card, then required later for me to show it to him again, tried to rush me from my breakfast table when I had only been sitting down for 3 minutes or so. Then he had his female assistant to ask me yet again to prove that I was a guest. Then when I went to get my espresso after eating, he cleared my table and indicated that I should leave. This left me with a very negative impression and the feeling of not being welcome. However, the front desk staff was fantastic and the bed was quite comfortable. I also greatly appreciated the vegan options for breakfast.

Although, on check-in, I was informed that I could get a take-away breakfast bag on friday morning, it was not informed that it would not be possible if check-out was before 5 am. :(
Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Helping out also with packages arriving to the Hotel and holding on to them until I arrived.

Centrally located, clean and close to the Bahnhof: There was a very rude lady at the breakfast lounge who controlled us like a security guard, behaved us that we cheated the hotel and ate the breakfast secrettly. Very rude and scary,. It was very unusuall to behave like in such a hotel. Her name is Gack

We really enjoyed our 2 stays at motel one Stuttgart . The reception staff are great & welcoming. On our 1st visit our receptionist was amazing. She was so helpful & understanding. She went that extra mile for us. Thank you. One thing we would have liked was access to tea & coffee making facilities, be it in room or on the floor. Instead of having to buy from bar.
Bertha at front office is excellent. So helpful and nice. So is Sanela ( Breakfast and Bar morning) is extremely professional and kind. We were in room 410. Beautiful view, nice and quiet, but bathroom smells very bad and the filter on the wall was full.

Room and breakfast were excellent. However, my room was very hot (even at night when it was cold outside) and turning down the temperature on the air conditioning didn't seem to make any difference. I was only there for two nights so didn't ask at Reception to help but will do if I stay again.

Really good mood of the staff, friendly and smiling a lot. Great location, close to transport and also close to the center via walking. Good breakfast, what I really missed is some scrambled eggs ;). The room was tidy and clean and the staff respected the do not clean sign on the door. Overall pretty satisfied with the stay.
Great hotel
Very nice hotel, centrally located , close to the train station and the shopping area. The only reason I did not rate the hotel with 10 is that there is no refridgerator in the room.
very good overall special note to your bar manager on sunday afternoon. he exited 2 persons who were having very rude behavior. he did it with profesionalism and quietness. he should be congratulated. pls make sure he is awarded.
Online check in did not work, and the room was prepped incorrectly for the amount of people staying. The receptionist was very polite and helpful
Bed wasent the best one, no water in the room, or kettle.
I was totally surprised on the standard provided. Everything was very functional, clean, and the expectable limitations to reduce cost (e.g. small room size or no scrambled eggs with breakfast) made sense and did not negatively impact the quality of the offering.I'm a frequent traveller with many stays in business class hotels (four star plus) worldwide and I have seen many places that will not compare to our family stay at Motel One at much higher rates. Notably also, the staff was friendly and attentive all the time.
Very nice Hotel, great location near the main station, friendly staff, the room was comfortable, nice and tidy. The amenities were lovely, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks, the bar had a great selection of drinks and also virgin drinks. The hotels furnishing is one of a kind, I‘ve never seen anything like it at this price point.

The whole experience is seamless. I especially like the online checkin.
I was on a business trip, and it was somewhat disappointing to get a room on the second floor facing the busy main street. I had booked well in advance to ensure I would have a room on the quieter side of the hotel. Normally, I would say it's not a big deal to keep the window closed, but I realized the air conditioning wasn't working at all. On the first night, I thought it was my fault. I felt not well rested after each night.

As usual a top experience. I often stay here for work, but also for leisure perfect place to stay. The only negative point is the unwillingness to redeem a breakfast voucher...
Clean and very silent, nice vegetarian breakfast options
during my stay the cleaning crew left my windows open every day, even though it was below freezing outside. I came back every day to a freezing room. Even telling the team at reception didn‘t help.

Fantastic option to stay near to the Stuttgart HBF Station. Staff is willing to help at any moment: when I arrived my digital key was not working properly and got a quick solution at the front desk. Breakfast is great, just a recommendation…Hotel could consider including more hot options.

My very first time ever staying with the Motel 1 brand. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean & spotless & everything functioned within the room. I liked the " fireplace " touch that welcomed me in my room.Great location as well. I must give a special thanks & kudos to your front desk staff. I was welcomed very warmly. The young lady that checked me in & also out was very friendly & professional. She was also very kind in facilitating an earlier check-in for me which of course is not guaranteed but GREATLY appreciated all the same. It was pleasure staying at your hotel & can easily recommend it to others based on my wonderful experience that I received.

The lounge area and reception is very pretty. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly! Especially Ms. Ore and Ms. Kowal. We had a great stay at Motel One Stuttgart!
Motel was great and staff too. Just Local street and Main Train Station reconstruction was confusing and detering for pedestrians.
