More attention to the heating. Privacy when you are taking break fasts. Ansking people they names and rooms- innappropiated, discomfort, not professional. Also, please pay attention on mini fridges.Put many as miscues possible. Rest, all good.
It was odd walking into a dark room, not knowing the card would be needed to be able to turn on any light, with hands full in an unfamiliar environment. Other than that, facilities and staff were fine.

Very happy with our stay. Front desk service was excellent. Very professional staff. Our room was very comfortable , warm and quiet. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Suttgart.
Room was too loud (continuous noisy ventilation in bathroom with addition high pitched sound), room was too hot (reception said it is still "winter mode" re. temperatures, I should open the window, which I had to do again at 1.30 a. m. because temperature was unbearable) - woke up again at 4.40 h. Went down at 6.05 for breakfast - almost no vegan options compared to other MotelOnes, no staff there but very loud electronic music which was not pleasant in the morning so I paid for but skipped breakfast and left right away. Another reason I will not recommend and not step into this MotelOne again: The walk from Hauptbahnhof or the city is crazy due to the construction site. This was the worst experience in a MotelOne ever. I was at Karlsruhe and Düsseldorf the days before - both were really good.

I was in room 460, which had a big blood stain on the mattress. We told reception about this issue at 11AM, so the cleaning crew could do something about it. The receptionist lacked empathy, as he didn't apologize nor did he help us. We came back to the room again at 8PM and nothing was done. We had to go back again to reception and ask about it, finally someone understood and helped us. They changed our room. The breakfast has great options for vegans.
Lovely stay as always. Only thing I would like to see is a smart tv in rooms so you can use the usual apps (netflix etc.) and connect your phone.

everything fine, quiet to sleep and good bed which is most important and the reason to stay over night
Only problem is that there is not streaming services on TV like netflix, prime, etc...
Bathroom very Small Shower - always a Problem with the Glass divider - too short don't know who designed this - not very convenient - floor always wet other than that - Hotel is very recommendable
Wheelchair friendly, spacious room, big handicap bathroom (maybe add raised toilet seat). Very polite staff: check-in, breakfast, housekeeping. Thank you. P.S. Reservation by phone would have been 11 EUR cheaper than amount charged after signing up as MotelOne member.
No kettle in room
At checkin I was assigned a room that was already occupied. When trying to explain i was told that I hadn't checked in online (I had an email to say I had), and that I hadn't paid (my invoice was in the aforementioned email). So check in was fraught, unwelcoming and at one moment somewhat hostile.

A bit difficult to find given the gigantic BauArbeiten around the Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof, but otherwise smooth check-in and very kind and helpful staff. I was in a pleasant enough room, on the smallish side, but comfy bed and more than satisfying bathroom.
This is a well-appointed hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. It is conveniently located to the main train station and the major shopping district.

Excellent service and a lot of helt with geting my late bagage sorted when it finally arrived.
Overall great experience, comfy bed with fluffy pillows was my highlight after a long travel and I always love the aquarium screen that comes up after placing the room card in the slot. ε>
Good value for money.
Small room, no coffee, no fridge, no drawers for clothes, only one chair, we stayed at the Maritim Hotel the week before much nicer for less money, and a better breakfast buffet.

All-in-all it was a good experience. The staff was kind, helpful, professional. The bed was comfortable. The hotel felt clean and modern. Some smaller issues: - We could not get the TV to work, it was strange - Our room looked to the garden, but there were only blackout curtains. Thus, we has to chose between privacy and natural light - The ventillator did not work in the bathroom - The shower was very strange. It was elevated and the water came out to the bathroom floor.

Nice atmosphere, kind service, upgrade to The one - room
The name Hauptbahnhof fools me into thinking it is close to the central station, but in reality, it is a long walk to get there, especially with luggage. Since the hotel is not a budget hotel, providing a non-plastic cup in the bathroom should be possible. I am disappointed in the bedsheet quality compared to the Premier Inn chain, which is cheaper. Premier Inn gives a real hotel quality linen. Breakfasts also disappointed, without warm food and loud staffs when collected used plates and refilled the cutlery and porcelain. It was like they were just throwing things to the shelf. I had better experience with the Motel Once chain in Vienna and other places.

It would be good to have a tea or coffee maker in the room to make a hot water. Also, the hair dryer wasn’t good at all

We missed not being able to make a cup of tea or coffee in our room! On the final morning we needed to leave at 4.15 to catch a train and the staff even made some toasted bread, a drink and an apple to take withus! That was much appreciated.

More and more guest houses do not provide hygiene items: toothbrush, slippers....
Room need to serve some water
Have been to Motel One at different cities already. Therefore I knew what to expect and it did not disappoint. First time having breakfast, I was surprised they had one option of vegan cheese and sliced sausage as well as 3 different spreads, oat milk and 2 different coconut yoghurts. Overall service was great und room very clean and comfy as usual.
Room was too cold. It is a pity that heating do not work when the temperature is 14 degrees.

Vores billige Hotel Motel One Stuttgart-Hauptbahnhof ligger som navnet antyder direkte ved hovedbanegården og egner sig dermed perfekt til gæster på gennemrejse. Her kan du så godt som gå direkte fra toget og ind på hotellet. Hotellet henvender sig dog i lige så høj grad til gæster på storbyferie i Stuttgart – fra hotellet når du nemlig uden problemer Stuttgart centrum og dermed mange af byens største seværdigheder til fods.

Tæt på vores billige designhotel ligger Königstraße, der er byens vigtigste gågade og et sandt eldorado for shoppingfans. Passionerede shoppere får dermed også travlt i Stuttgart. Kulturinteresserede kan derimod sætte kurs mod Stuttgart Gamle Slot og Nye Slot samt slotspladsen, der alle ligger kun få hundrede meter fra hotellet.
