Always happy to stay at MotelOne and always satisfied with the look and feel of the hotels. What made me feel bit uncomfortable was leaving my car in a garage which had many reviews of people having their windows smashed in. Thankfully nothing happened. Still the mere thoughts of it possibly happening did make this only a 9/10 stay for me.
Few choices for breakfast
Cozy place, clean and comfortable, the staff is always kind and helpful, good food boh at the bar and at breakfast. The rooms are maybe not so big but perfectly equipped.
The hotel is clean and comfortable with a good breakfast spread. But rooms must have an electric kettle facility for hot water and at least some complimentary tea bags. The charging points need to be checked. Helpful staff. Thanks.
Nice and new but the room was small.
the room was nice, perhaps I would have liked lighter curtains on the windows, excellent breakfast, varied and attentive to all needs, comfortable bed, beautiful mirrors, a little small space in the wardrobe for those staying for several days.

Very good rooms, very clean, and the breakfast is of great quality. I would love to have a kettler in the room and during the breakfast the flow of people was a bit strange/chaotic.

The room was very small and basic for a price. I've been in much, much better hotels at the same price range. The same goes for a breakfast offer.
Bed, service, welcome etc brilliant. Food from bar left a lot to be desired to be honest. Turkey or chicken instead of only ham for the toasties for example. Just needs tweaking to represent a changing palate.

Great hotel. We stayed only for a night in Bruxelles. Room is nice and comfortable, very clean. Street view was nice. Bar in the lobby is also very nice, they have good beers and good coffee.
The hotel is conveniently located close to train station. The room was small but clean and well maintained. The ventilation control does not work well so I had to open the window to get fresh air.
Hotel was fantastic, definitely recommend for everyone. Location, rooms, staff, breakfast, everything is just fabulous.
It was an excellent stay, the price and quality ratio go along so well, the only thing that could be better, the rooms could include glasses for water or a mini fridge to keep the water cool. Apart from that, no complaints!

- rooms, check in and checkout perfect and easy - not enough room for breakfast on sunday morning - we were asked if we needed our rooms to be cleaned and we said no; 2 of 3 rooms were cleaned anyway - chief of staff in bar on evenings not friendly and not organized; waiters in bar very friendly, helpful and efficient

The personnel at reception were fantastic, kind and light-hearted although professional. I had made a reservation for the wrong dates and they fixed everything patiently. The Motel and breakdast themselves very fine and good placement.
The cleaning last denied to pick up my cups from the room and left one pillow without cover. I think that when we pay more than 160 euros per night and are a frequent customer 2 cups could be moved outside of the room.
My stay at Motel One was excellent. The hotel was very clean and in a perfect location, close to everything I needed. The room was a bit small but very comfortable and nicely designed. The staff were very welcoming and nice, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!
The property and location were very nice. My lower score mainly comes down to the temperature of the rooms. Our room was quite hot, and due to the visit taking place in the fall, there was no way to cool our room besides opening the window. This worked decently until it was time to sleep. Brussels is quite a lively city and having your window open on a weekend night leads to many noises entering your room. My quality and amount of sleep was not great due to these factors.
Best place to stay in Bruxelles Friendly, very clean and comfortable
Nice hotel near the centre, however I personally did not think it was worth the money. The room was tiny and there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was manic!
As always Motel One keeps a very high standard all over Europe. This applies also to Motel One in Brussels. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area 10-15 min on foot from Gare Centrale. The selection of food for breakfasts was rich. Super friendly staff was always ready to help you. I've already been staying in a few hotels in Brussels, but Motel One is for me so far number one. My next stay in Brussels will be in Motel One.

The hotel is nice, very copy. Also the room is cozy, even if essential. I would appreciate a boiler to make tea in the room. Breakfast is good.
Everything is perfect,except smokers in front of the entrance blocking the way for nonsmokers and annoying them with smoke.

I think it was my 6th time at the motel one hotel, it is always a very good stay, quite, clean and good rooms. However this time, due to a major event (i asked at the reception), the price of the room was very high and to be honest not in line with the service, I would suggest that if the price as to be increase that much at least a breakfast or a caffè station in the room or a bottle of water could be offered by the hotel

The light socket was under electricity (touch the left bed lamp and get a slight tingly sensation in your fingers) and the sink in the bathroom was smelly
På alle måder tilfredsstillende
Jeg var for så vidt tilfreds med selve opholdet, men vil højst sandsynligt ikke bruge jer igen. Vi var projektdeltagere fra fire forskellige lande, som skulle mødes i Bruxelles og fik anbefalet jer af den herboende projektleder. Men hun vidste ikke, at priserne er så dynamiske, som de er. Vi blev splittet som gruppe, fordi vi ikke bookede samtidig og det endte med at blive for dyrt for flere af dem, der skulle booke sidst. Sådan en prissætning gør det i øvrigt umuligt at budgettere for et kommende 3-årigt projekt, hvor man ikke kan vide så langt ud i fremtiden, hvor mange og hvem, der kommer til en given konference/partnermøde. Jeg finder, at dynamisk prissætning uden rimeligt loft er udtryk for en skamløs og ekstra ulighedsskabende rå kapitalisme, som er uklædelig og ikke passer til den fremtoning I ellers ser ud til at forsøge at have. Med fokus på energibesparing, økologiske elementer i buffeten mv.
God beliggenhed og service. God morgenmad. Rent og pænt. Jeg savnede at kunne lave en kop the eller kaffe på værelset og en hylde på badeværelset.
Generelt fin standard på alle parameter. Men havde en oplevelse i receptionen 31/1/25, der ikke levet op til forventningerne. Den kvindelige receptionist, var generelt ikke særlig imødekommende. Det handlede om en glemt taske, på restaurant 30 m. Fra Motel One. Hun mente ikke der kunne ringes føre efter kl. 12.00. Vi gik kl. 10.00 hent til restauranten, døren var åben og tasken lå i baren.
Dejligt hotel. Hyggeligt værelse, perfekt beliggenhed, skøn lounge område med god bar. Personalet meget imødekommende.
Bruger næsten altid Motel One, både i Bruxelles og Berlin. Altid venlig og hurtig betjening Jeg behøver jo "bare" et sted at sove, men her er de altid rent og pænt. Morgenmaden er simpel, ikke negativt, men her er alt man behøver, så man kan kommer videre.
Venligt personale. God central beliggenhed. Rene værelser. Stille. Kunne godt have ønsket mig en lille coffee-tray. Og bedre udsigt. Desværre kun udsigt til nabobygning og kraner.
Jeg har boet på Motel One hoteller mindst 100 gange rundt om i Europa de sidste 10 år. Jeg har altid været irriteret over, at gulvet i badeværelset bliver vådt når man har taget brusebad. Der mangler en glasdør til at lukke for brusenichen.
