A fabulous hotel, fantastic accommodating staff and amazing location. Could not have been better.
Great location, friendly:helpful staff, large room, comfy bed, great shower, wonderful outdoor sitting space! Everything great except the wifi…cut out/turned off a lot!
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are tiny. I am not a fan of carpet floors. Good central location. Tried to check in online but failed, because the app got hung up at the authorization step twice.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Motel One Brussels. The atmosphere at the hotel is warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, outgoing and hospitable. I will look for other motel one locations for our future plans. The bartender Renato is someone we I’ll always remember from our trip to Europe.

Great location. Rooms are clean and efficient. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is great! I recommend the chocolate fondant too!!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is in a great central location, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always polite. My room was clean and cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable, I had a great night’s sleep every night. Highly recommended, I would definitely book again!
I was told I would get a calm nice room. There where bilding and drilling all days and the view was very bad. The door to the toilet was very annoying that it did not stay opened. We also didn’t get toilet paper or clean towels during the hole week. We missed a little bit more warm food during breakfast. But otherwise we loved it. And we would stay here again with a different view.

Beautiful and comfortable room, excellent position
Great hotel, small but comfortable rooms with everything you need for a short break. The bed is very comfortable with a choice of pillows, the curtains are good for blacking out the sunlight, the shower is fantastic. We had breakfast both days and the choice of foods were varied and delicious. Both days we spent time after walking for miles, sat in the garden enjoying a beer or cocktail. Would definitely recommend this Motel One.
I had a fantastic 3 night stay. My room was comfortable, clean and well designed. The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a good location to explore Brussels from.
Room facing Rue Royal was noticable noisyer/louder than on previous visits. Thankfully the staff at the reception gave the information that I should mention this in future visits and ask if a room not facing Rue royal is available. Waiting time at breakfast/problem to find a seating place were a bit problematic this time but not dramatic Overall a good stay with the expected standard at Motel One Brussels.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean and well-tended after. It's location was wonderful as well, a mere 10 minute walk away from most fun activities within the city centre, many restaurants surround it as well.

Really friendly staff. Quiet rooms, we slept really well. Rooms and bathrooms are small but have all necessary amenities for a city break. Great location, 10 minute walk to the center with some nice coffee shops right outside the hotel.
Good location, good value, wonderful staff. Only weakness as web site for reservations. I could not complete after logging into my be one account so had to complete via email and did not get be one discount. The hotel staff was very efficient with the reservation by email though.
Overall the stay was very good. The hotel is very clean and has good amenities. It is fine for a short stay. The windows in the garden view rooms should have net curtains for privacy. I would appreciate more gluten free/dairy free and hot food options in the breakfast.

The room was clean, the interior of the hotel is nice. Breakfast selection was OK. The hotel is large so it was a bit too busy and noisy for my liking.

Lovely clean central hotel with seamless check in and a lovely atmosphere overall. The room was snug but really clean and modern. Breakfast was plentiful but very strict on times so no extra coffee after 10am was a little aggressive. Other only downside was no kettle for tea making in the room but otherwise I would recommend this property and would book again. Thanks 😊
Breakfast was nice, and I loved the (very) fresh ricotta (a large pot would be brought in every morning, to be self-served in large spoonfuls) and the large honeycomb from which we could take honey and pieces. Staff at breakfast, especially Lucia, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went early, but even then it was good that more than one buffet was set up and there were coffee machines in several places, well spread. I missed light alternatives, especially skimmed milk and yoghurt. I also wished a toilet was closer to the breakfast area (for example, to wash hands after peeling an orange!) The room was fine, but the table was too small and too high to work comfortably on a laptop. My room was to the front and it had a window from floor to ceiling which was very awkward, especially because the only option to close it was a very heavy curtain which left the room very dark. A very upsetting detail was the TV, which would always turn on when the room card was put in its slot. That boring screensaver with a rustling sound which always reminded me of a rat running into hiding was surprising at first and soon very annoying. I wish it was possible to turn it off once and for all for the duration of a stay. The bathroom was good, but the sleek design felt dangerous. I was very afraid to slip in the shower, since I had nowhere to hold on. Staff at the reception was very helpful. They kindly printed a few pages for me and were ready to had out maps of Brussels, which proved very necessary and helpful. I only wished the reception and especially the lounge/bar areas were not so dark. It strained my eyes and left me tired. It was not inviting.
Very nice hotel, ideal location for what we wanted. Room was quite small, but the balcony was a nice touch in the summer. Not much space to store clothes or luggage which was a minor problem, could really have done with a fridge as the weather was very hot, but the rooms are usually quite basic. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Only a few minutes to walk to the main areas of the old town. The rooms were small but clean and had good air conditioning. The main complaints I would have, no kettle/tea/coffee in the room and no fridge.
Very value for money. I managed to check in early at 930am and got some sleep. Convenient, affordable, clean, stylish. Highly recommend!
Fantastic hotel already been recommending to family and friends
My partner and I recently stayed at motel one for a planned trip to Brussels. Upon arrival at reception, we were greeted with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The same staff checked in with us throughout our stay as we passed through the hotel. They could not have done more to make us feel welcome. We had an upgrade to a room with a balcony overlooking the city. The room was absolutely spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. The view from our room was outstanding with a beautiful sun set every evening. The hotel was busy and vibrant with a lovely bar and outdoor area. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. Very happy and would absolutely come back again. Thank you!
Jeg var for så vidt tilfreds med selve opholdet, men vil højst sandsynligt ikke bruge jer igen. Vi var projektdeltagere fra fire forskellige lande, som skulle mødes i Bruxelles og fik anbefalet jer af den herboende projektleder. Men hun vidste ikke, at priserne er så dynamiske, som de er. Vi blev splittet som gruppe, fordi vi ikke bookede samtidig og det endte med at blive for dyrt for flere af dem, der skulle booke sidst. Sådan en prissætning gør det i øvrigt umuligt at budgettere for et kommende 3-årigt projekt, hvor man ikke kan vide så langt ud i fremtiden, hvor mange og hvem, der kommer til en given konference/partnermøde. Jeg finder, at dynamisk prissætning uden rimeligt loft er udtryk for en skamløs og ekstra ulighedsskabende rå kapitalisme, som er uklædelig og ikke passer til den fremtoning I ellers ser ud til at forsøge at have. Med fokus på energibesparing, økologiske elementer i buffeten mv.
God beliggenhed og service. God morgenmad. Rent og pænt. Jeg savnede at kunne lave en kop the eller kaffe på værelset og en hylde på badeværelset.
Generelt fin standard på alle parameter. Men havde en oplevelse i receptionen 31/1/25, der ikke levet op til forventningerne. Den kvindelige receptionist, var generelt ikke særlig imødekommende. Det handlede om en glemt taske, på restaurant 30 m. Fra Motel One. Hun mente ikke der kunne ringes føre efter kl. 12.00. Vi gik kl. 10.00 hent til restauranten, døren var åben og tasken lå i baren.
Dejligt hotel. Hyggeligt værelse, perfekt beliggenhed, skøn lounge område med god bar. Personalet meget imødekommende.
Bruger næsten altid Motel One, både i Bruxelles og Berlin. Altid venlig og hurtig betjening Jeg behøver jo "bare" et sted at sove, men her er de altid rent og pænt. Morgenmaden er simpel, ikke negativt, men her er alt man behøver, så man kan kommer videre.
Venligt personale. God central beliggenhed. Rene værelser. Stille. Kunne godt have ønsket mig en lille coffee-tray. Og bedre udsigt. Desværre kun udsigt til nabobygning og kraner.
Jeg har boet på Motel One hoteller mindst 100 gange rundt om i Europa de sidste 10 år. Jeg har altid været irriteret over, at gulvet i badeværelset bliver vådt når man har taget brusebad. Der mangler en glasdør til at lukke for brusenichen.
Der var absolut ikke pladser nok til morgenmaden ........
