Really wonderful people working in your hotel, gentle and supportive, congratulations
I use Motel One whenever I can, and I have to say that the quality, services, bar, and customer service are excellent. The only downside is that the rooms are always a bit too small.
Negative:Due to the current (great) weather conditions, the rooms our room was extremely hot (30 + Celcius) between 11:00 to 18:00. Positive: The employees at the bar were extremely kind, attentive and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and helped us with recommendations of where to eat or visit. Jeg var i Bruxelles til konference og havde brug for ro og afslapning når jeg var på hotellet. Det leverede det i høj grad. Meget glad for muligheden for at vælge rengøring fra. Lidt ked af at dørene til værelserne smækkede højt, hvis man slap dem.
I've been in the premises several times. This was by far the worst. Room was very warm and the general air system could not be adjusted to the rooms getting sun most of the day (only option was opening the window, which was not ideal for a room facing the main street). Additionally, the bathroom had a very weird "sewage" smell. Oh, and 1 last thing, Wi-Fi didn't allow having videoconferencing properly, which was part of my work tasks while in Brussels.
I have stayed in one of the best hotels ever. Very clean, excellent position, close to the centre and to the Central Station, the staff was very kind. Big room and with a nice view to the garden.I will definitely come back.
With my 3 friends, we really liked the hotel: the staff, the room, the bed, the view from the balcony as well as the Interior design: fournitures and the colors. Additionally, the location is just perfect!
Had a wonderful 5 night stay here whilst in Brussels. Great location and walkable for the main city area and central station. Breakfast was good, but no bacon or sausages etc. otherwise there was a reasonable selection. Bar area was great and very relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Some very nice restaurants nearby.👍🏼👍🏼 Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bed and room are comfy, good location but staff lacks hospitality . After checkout I stored my luggage at the concierge. During collection , the staff took a bit longer to get my luggage so naturally from outside I said if I can help to identify my luggage . I didn’t enter the room and I was in the rush because I have the train to catch. The other staff (he is still young) in the reception shouted to me to hold as if I was about to steal something from the hotel. I cannot accept this behaviour because the tone he used when speaking to me is so rude.
The staff were very nice, and the hotel is excellent. I do recommend it.

The stay was good. I am a regular guest of Motel One in Brussels and the stay is as good as always. The rooms are clean and comfortable. On this occasion, I met Francisco at the bar, and it made a huge difference. He was very attentive, quick to offer help and always gave us great recommendations for food. He is very knowledgeable about Brussels and friendly.

Location was great. Reception staff was friendly and informative. Frustrated with no refrigerator in room. Also, there was no hot item(s) for breakfast.

The room was very hot and hard to cool even with the windows open 24/7 which was hard because of allergies and the loud police and ambulances for it being in the centrum of Brussels I understand but didn’t get the feeling any airco or circulation was available when the window was closed so for comfort I had to open a window
Nice hotel, on a very good location. Clean room, not too big, but well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

There was a service entrance below the room, there was a commercial vehicle working until around 1am, then more again from 5am. It was awful, I don't know how you can give that room as the best/most expensive option. I will raise this as an official complaint and I expect a refund
The hotel is in a good location to walk to central station, tourist areas and metro. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. We found the room a bit small for our needs, but it is a budget hotel. We would recommend for 2/3 night stay. Tea be making facilities in the room would have been good.

Staff were brilliant and the room was very clean and quite comfortable. The shower was very good and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast was limited but what was there was very nice. However I found the room quite hot an the thermostat didn't seem to have any effect so had to have the window open most of the time and for some reason I had two single duvets rather than one double which was not very good for sleeping.
Arrived and needed something small to eat. Asked at reception and was told they only have 'toast' which I interpreted to be a slice of toasted bread. Therefore we left the hotel to get a pizza around the corner. When we got back we had a drink and saw a menu which showed 'toasted sandwiches'. These would have been perfect. So definitely a language barrier. Perhaps reception staff could have shown us the menu where we could read for ourselves what exactly was on offer. But other than that, had a very good experience in the hotel
Could not find how to regulate the Air conditioning / heating system Too highly priced for the hotel's offering
Amenities are very scarce for a superior room. Eg. No water, no fridge, no utilities in bathroom. Breakfast was quite limited and crowded.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Brussels. We had a wonderful visit and would consider this hotel if we were to ever return.
Unfortunately there was a power cut for over 5 hours so no lifts, TV or WiFi. I did receive a complementary breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable
Best hotel in Brussels. Love all the staff and it’s so so nice and lovely that they recognize me from all my previous visits, even if I don’t visit that often, just couple of times a year. Great food, great bar, lovely staff,,, overall best experience and also priced extremely reasonably and affordably for the comfort and location the hotel is in. Rooms super clean, spacious, borderline as comfortable as my own bedroom. Love the hotel and i’m definitely coming back as soon as im flying to Belgium.
The hotel was located in the city center, 5 minutes walking distance from the main train station!The staff was very helpful and always willing to provide assistance!Our stay at this hotel was perfect!
Hotel is a good choice for one-night stand on a business trip
Værelse lige lille nok. Hvis der findes større burde der ved bestilling noget mere tydeligt, hvilke muligheder der findes Har haft større værelser på Motel One Edinburgh.
På alle måder tilfredsstillende
Jeg var for så vidt tilfreds med selve opholdet, men vil højst sandsynligt ikke bruge jer igen. Vi var projektdeltagere fra fire forskellige lande, som skulle mødes i Bruxelles og fik anbefalet jer af den herboende projektleder. Men hun vidste ikke, at priserne er så dynamiske, som de er. Vi blev splittet som gruppe, fordi vi ikke bookede samtidig og det endte med at blive for dyrt for flere af dem, der skulle booke sidst. Sådan en prissætning gør det i øvrigt umuligt at budgettere for et kommende 3-årigt projekt, hvor man ikke kan vide så langt ud i fremtiden, hvor mange og hvem, der kommer til en given konference/partnermøde. Jeg finder, at dynamisk prissætning uden rimeligt loft er udtryk for en skamløs og ekstra ulighedsskabende rå kapitalisme, som er uklædelig og ikke passer til den fremtoning I ellers ser ud til at forsøge at have. Med fokus på energibesparing, økologiske elementer i buffeten mv.
God beliggenhed og service. God morgenmad. Rent og pænt. Jeg savnede at kunne lave en kop the eller kaffe på værelset og en hylde på badeværelset.
Generelt fin standard på alle parameter. Men havde en oplevelse i receptionen 31/1/25, der ikke levet op til forventningerne. Den kvindelige receptionist, var generelt ikke særlig imødekommende. Det handlede om en glemt taske, på restaurant 30 m. Fra Motel One. Hun mente ikke der kunne ringes føre efter kl. 12.00. Vi gik kl. 10.00 hent til restauranten, døren var åben og tasken lå i baren.
Dejligt hotel. Hyggeligt værelse, perfekt beliggenhed, skøn lounge område med god bar. Personalet meget imødekommende.
Bruger næsten altid Motel One, både i Bruxelles og Berlin. Altid venlig og hurtig betjening Jeg behøver jo "bare" et sted at sove, men her er de altid rent og pænt. Morgenmaden er simpel, ikke negativt, men her er alt man behøver, så man kan kommer videre.
