It was a very nice hotel. Only thing i missed in breakfast was having scrambled eggs.
Hotel & my room were very clean Great location near Metro & train station Super nice employees greeting with smile & very kind & helpful. Lis, Ama, Kostas, Evi, Manuel & Antonio thank you for making my stay very pleasant just like my home. Breakfast & the varieties were great ❤️👌👏💐😍
My room on the 9th floor was compact but nice, the bed was super comfy! The iron was rubbish though and I was surprised there wasn't a safe in the room. Staff were friendly and drinks at the bar reasonably priced.
Staff were extremely helpful. Great location for the RAI.
Clean comfortable room. Close to train that takes you to airport and close to tram that takes you to the city center.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay at Motel One, Amsterdam and I have to admire your high standards in both your professional service and quality of accommodation. I have a couple of small observations on the negative side: BREAKFAST: •There was no hot food choice at breakfast. •The breakfast selection remained the same every day so after 4 days it became a little boring owing to no new choices of food being available. • The breakfast experience was damaged by irritating music being played on a sound system from the time breakfast started. Who wants to listen to disco music and similar at 6 in the morning?? I DO NOT! I believe most people like to wake up slowly with peace and quiet and not have annoying music forced on them.Please note, Motel One, Amsterdam! GENERAL • I was not at all pleased, for hygiene reasons, to see dogs being allowed in rooms. This shocked me. I feel that hotel accomodation should be for people only and not animals. • I noted there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Matress TOO soft could not sleep... pillows too high for that mattess. Why such a matress....

Everything was great. Thank you very much for contributing in making our trip to Amsterdam unforgettable! Only one thing. I thought there would be slippers in the room but unfortunately there weren't any. To me this is the only thing that could be improved. Karen at the reception welcomed us and to our surprise she started talking to us in Greek. What a pleasant surprise!
I have stayed at Motel One Amsterdam on several occasions and looking forward to staying there again. Motel One is very convenient to the RAI, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The accommodations are excellent, the breakfast is always fresh and convenient
Well appointed, clean and friendly hotel in a convenient location for travel into central Amsterdam (just a few stops by metro) and to the airport (walking distance to RAI train station). Decent value for money - overall Amsterdam is getting more and more expensive... A slight disappointment that there are limited food options outside breakfast. My room had a rather small desk - slightly bigger would be good.
Quiet soundproofed rooms, great breakfast, professional staff, great location away from the tourist centre but super quick to get anywhere in public transport. Would stay again.
Amazing hotel, confortable, good breakfast. The best part was the STAFF, 10/10 , They were very attentive, they helped us with everything and truly assisted us with many things, always making sure we had everything we needed. Special mention to Pablo and Kostas!!!
Due to the Climate Control system you have to have a loud fan running all the time. Not great. For me, it was a business trip which means that of course I need an invoice. I had to ask three times for the reception via phone to send me the invoice via email. It is not a big deal, but I don’t want to be bothered with such tasks. It should have worked upon my first request. Actually, why don’t you send the email automatically to all the guests that booked online? That would be an improvement.
Over all a great experience at Hotel One, but: No control over the temperature in the room. It is VERY cold in the room and the air is really dry. Glass wall in the shower is not wide enough, the bathroom floor is wet after showering.
Immaculate and quiet rooms, excellent check in and check out services. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was close to a train station and also plenty of restaurants a short walk away. The reception and lounge area was comfortable.
Good stay, very friendly staff, great breakfast. Only issues were not able to cast to tv, only one bin in the bathroom, and the towel had a stain, the new towels smelled slightly of wet dog
Directly across from the Subway, and right on several tram lines. Comfortable and quiet room! Good water pressure/temperature. The only thing close to a complaint is that the bathroom door automatically swings shut, so you need to prop it open if you are in & out a lot. The parking lot was full, so I parked just down the street in the Flow garage...35Euro/night. We didn't eat it, but the breakfast buffet didn't seem worth the price.

Nice hotel conveniently located by several public transport pick ups. Perfect room, nice bath, a bit much airflow was not able to control how cold it was. Poor seating for breakfast although food items were great!
I already reviewed your hotel in the past. I am still very happy with the hotel. This time I only want to comment on one thing. When I did the online check-in, I got the option not to have room-cleaning. I did opt for this. However, I noticed that my room was still cleaned every day. Apart from that, I also want to propose that you give a reduction in room-rate when a client opts-out for room cleaning. Let's say 5-10 euro. Since now you pay the same, with- or without cleaning. This is weird. Is room-cleaning for free? This does not motivate people to opt-out. I think it would make a big difference!
Such a welcoming hotel and perfect destination. A few minutes away from the train station . The hotel team were very professional and attentive. Always super helpful and cheerful. Had such a great stay.
You know what you get, when you book Motel Ones and for me, that is multiple things: very nice staff, clean environment and usually good parking spaces. Everything on that list was checked off by the Motel One in Amsterdam! :)
The staff at this Motel One are always great. Despite being outside the centre of the city, the multitude of nearby transport links make travelling around very easy. Rooms vary in size and this time it was one of the smaller ones, but that is fine. The only thing missing in the room is a safe.
The overall experience was great. The tea & coffee facility in the room, together with a small fridge would be great. I also didn’t notice a safe in the room. The breakfast area, especially the tables, were not comfortable to have breakfast - the chairs and the tables were too low.
All over a much better experience than my 1st times. The reception made a difference as they smiled without me questioning them. [The 1st time was appalling as she said one should only smile if the other is known which is the opposite of customer service...). Bar staff were communicative, open to small requests and also engaged with me even when very late. There seemed to be only hard fruit at breakfast; shame, as some fruit, unless you eliminate those that have travelled from afar, add a sense of catering for 'the many', is special. No USB ports in room! DUH!

Excellent hôtel
Excellent experience once again at our second ever Motel One (the first was in Newcastle, UK). The check-in was friendly and efficient, and the staff person even found some ice for us (my wife had bumped her nose on the way!).
We loved the location, overall ambiance,room size, and enjoyed your great staff! We booked for a total of 2 weeks and recommended to our relatives visiting from Germany who also stayed there I have recommended it to multiple future guests as well plus we're planning to stay again next May. I did contact your hotel to see if in return, we might be eligible for a Free breakfast or even just some coffee. It must be your company policy but I heard nothing back about that issue.I was Disappointed to say the least.
Nice, reasonably priced hotel, just on the outskirts of the city. Quite a walk (or a metro or tram ride) to the city center, but it is a pleasant walk. Hotel is basic but clean and hotel staff is friendly.
Very comfortable hotel, out of the center of Amsterdam, but well connected with it, by tram, bus and metro lines. The staff was very kind (before our arrive, they replied to our mail about public transport information), the room was a little small but very clean! It was a wonderful stay. Special mention to Your candies at the reception! Very delicious: we'll miss that tasty!!

I recently stayed at Motel One Amsterdam and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. My room was comfortable, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal for a weekend in Amsterdam—just a short walk to the metro and train, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Overall good experience. Price could be a little more competitive and the parking cheaper. It was my third times there so no surprise with the room.
Motel One-typical hotel with very friendly staff. It’s close by the metro whim gets you in just a few minutes to the city centre. Recommendable with the usual issues (no space for your items in the bathroom, not enough space for clothes).
Impressed with hotel on arrival, nice outdoor seating area at front of hotel. Metro few mins walk direct access to airport and city in 10 mins. Reception staff friendly, I had already checked in on the b one app therefore just had to collect my room keycard and complimentary water. I requested a high room with view which I got. Room spotless and plenty of light, bathroom fab. No tea/coffee maker which is a shame. Iron and ironing board provided. I didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment but lovely bar area for coffee/drink. I would return if I visit Amsterdam again which I hope I will.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is - although not being in the center - awesome since you are directly connected with the M52 to it.

Skønt Motel. Pænt, rent, hyggeligt. Fine værelser med gode senge, lille bord, lænestol og pænt badeværelse. Mulighed for rengøring/udskiftning af håndklæder. Hyggeligt morgenmadsområde/barområde.

Vores billige designhotel ligger over for messeområdet og lige ved stoppestedet Amsterdam RAI. Dermed bor du i hjertet af den hollandske hovedstad og har kort til det meste. Du når f.eks.
