Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel at a great price.
Very nice hotel for the price, especially consider Ing a great location - next to metro and train, though I used the room only to sleep and shower. Breakfast is a bit lackluster - nothing warm to eat. Very friendly staff, I highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay the staff were fantastic included the housekeepers. Very clean & quiet. One improvement is changing some of the breakfast chairs and room chairs they are uncomfortable for working at.
Beautiful hotel (why only 3 stars?), both in the common areas and in the room. Excellent cleanliness. Eco-friendly. The only downside: it’s not possible to adjust the room temperature, because — as far as I understood — the hotel uses an eco-sustainability and controlled air circulation system. Personally, I felt a bit cold. The hotel is very close to the metro (Europaplein station): you can reach Rokin station in just 5 minutes.
Overall a good stay — clean, modern, and comfortable. The only drawback was the lack of a cupboard or proper storage space. My special thanks to Antonio and Kasha for taking extra care of my special needs.
Beautiful hotel, but for the price I would have expected better amenities in the room.

Great hotel, I haven't stayed in a bad Motel One yet. I usually look to see if there is one wherever I'm travelling to because then I'm never disappointed. Clean, comfortable, great staff, little but out of the centre but the train station is over the road and there's also a tram stop 2 mins walk away. I would definitely stay here again.
Great place ! Unfortunately, although the room price was significantly increased for the marathon weekend, we were not allowed to take a shower before driving back home (400km). The narrow-minded attitude of the reception manager was quiet disappointing.
Overall, the stay was disappointing considering the price range. The room was quite small, and the bed wasn’t even made upon arrival. It faced other apartments directly, and with only blackout curtains, you had to choose between complete darkness or being visible to neighbors. The curtains also didn’t fully block the daylight, making the room quite bright in the morning. Breakfast was not included and costs €16 per person, which feels expensive given the overall experience. The decor felt basic, with rough-textured walls that looked dated, more like a standard apartment than a hotel. The toilet was not separated from the bathroom, which is inconvenient for a double room. There was no minibar or even a complimentary bottle of water, and water at the bar was €9 per liter — which seems excessive at this price level. The lobby was overcrowded and very noisy during breakfast, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Overall, the experience did not match the rate charged, which is closer to a 4-star price range than the actual service provided.
The stay was good, I think the breakfast was a bit sparse. I would have liked to see scrambled eggs and some hot savory options such as bacon or sausage.
Room is nice, but compared to other hotels in the region a bit at the highend compared to m2/prijs and available amnities. Not all teammembers seem to enjoy their job, while others are over enthousiastic. For a Dutch hotel I have not come across anybody that speaks dutch.

Excellent hotel with a perfect location near the metro, train stations, and the RAI Convention Center. It is ideal for RAI conference attendees. Highly recommend!
Could do with a kettle in the room. Very minimslistic Otherwise no other issues; very clean and with very friendly staff.
Excellent service, interior design and location. No TV channels available because of storm damage, but we were served free cocktails as compensation!

Motel One is clean, tastefully decorated, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only flaw is the staff, too rigid and inattentive to guests' needs. At 9:50, they didn't let me have breakfast, even though I wanted to pay because they said they'd close at 10. They invited me to find an outside bar even though I had my 6-year-old daughter and it was windy and pouring rain outside. It was my choice to pay for 10 minutes. I felt rejected. Furthermore, the staff gave conflicting information about the cost of breakfast for the child, and I believe I paid more than I should have. A real shame.
Modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. Have stayed in other Motel One hotels and would have no hesitation in staying again.
It was a very nice hotel. Only thing i missed in breakfast was having scrambled eggs.

My room on the 9th floor was compact but nice, the bed was super comfy! The iron was rubbish though and I was surprised there wasn't a safe in the room. Staff were friendly and drinks at the bar reasonably priced.

Clean comfortable room. Close to train that takes you to airport and close to tram that takes you to the city center.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay at Motel One, Amsterdam and I have to admire your high standards in both your professional service and quality of accommodation. I have a couple of small observations on the negative side: BREAKFAST: •There was no hot food choice at breakfast. •The breakfast selection remained the same every day so after 4 days it became a little boring owing to no new choices of food being available. • The breakfast experience was damaged by irritating music being played on a sound system from the time breakfast started. Who wants to listen to disco music and similar at 6 in the morning?? I DO NOT! I believe most people like to wake up slowly with peace and quiet and not have annoying music forced on them.Please note, Motel One, Amsterdam! GENERAL • I was not at all pleased, for hygiene reasons, to see dogs being allowed in rooms. This shocked me. I feel that hotel accomodation should be for people only and not animals. • I noted there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Matress TOO soft could not sleep... pillows too high for that mattess. Why such a matress....

Everything was great. Thank you very much for contributing in making our trip to Amsterdam unforgettable! Only one thing. I thought there would be slippers in the room but unfortunately there weren't any. To me this is the only thing that could be improved. Karen at the reception welcomed us and to our surprise she started talking to us in Greek. What a pleasant surprise!
I have stayed at Motel One Amsterdam on several occasions and looking forward to staying there again. Motel One is very convenient to the RAI, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The accommodations are excellent, the breakfast is always fresh and convenient
Well appointed, clean and friendly hotel in a convenient location for travel into central Amsterdam (just a few stops by metro) and to the airport (walking distance to RAI train station). Decent value for money - overall Amsterdam is getting more and more expensive... A slight disappointment that there are limited food options outside breakfast. My room had a rather small desk - slightly bigger would be good.
Quiet soundproofed rooms, great breakfast, professional staff, great location away from the tourist centre but super quick to get anywhere in public transport. Would stay again.
Amazing hotel, confortable, good breakfast. The best part was the STAFF, 10/10 , They were very attentive, they helped us with everything and truly assisted us with many things, always making sure we had everything we needed. Special mention to Pablo and Kostas!!!
Due to the Climate Control system you have to have a loud fan running all the time. Not great. For me, it was a business trip which means that of course I need an invoice. I had to ask three times for the reception via phone to send me the invoice via email. It is not a big deal, but I don’t want to be bothered with such tasks. It should have worked upon my first request. Actually, why don’t you send the email automatically to all the guests that booked online? That would be an improvement.
Over all a great experience at Hotel One, but: No control over the temperature in the room. It is VERY cold in the room and the air is really dry. Glass wall in the shower is not wide enough, the bathroom floor is wet after showering.
Immaculate and quiet rooms, excellent check in and check out services. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was close to a train station and also plenty of restaurants a short walk away. The reception and lounge area was comfortable.
Good stay, very friendly staff, great breakfast. Only issues were not able to cast to tv, only one bin in the bathroom, and the towel had a stain, the new towels smelled slightly of wet dog
Directly across from the Subway, and right on several tram lines. Comfortable and quiet room! Good water pressure/temperature. The only thing close to a complaint is that the bathroom door automatically swings shut, so you need to prop it open if you are in & out a lot. The parking lot was full, so I parked just down the street in the Flow garage...35Euro/night. We didn't eat it, but the breakfast buffet didn't seem worth the price.

Skønt Motel. Pænt, rent, hyggeligt. Fine værelser med gode senge, lille bord, lænestol og pænt badeværelse. Mulighed for rengøring/udskiftning af håndklæder. Hyggeligt morgenmadsområde/barområde.

Vores Motel One Amsterdam er inspireret af den gode gamle jernhest: I morgenmadsområdet mødes du af et kunstværk lavet af gamle cykeldele, mens One Lounge overrasker med en abstrakt kunstinstallation / rumdeler, der ligeledes står i jernhestens tegn. Og så må landets andet symbol selvfølgelig heller ikke mangle: ægte hollandske tulipaner. De kulørte tulipaner tilfører designkonceptet et sprælsk strejf af farve.. Vi har iscenesat de farvestrålende blomster på en sort baggrund for maksimal effekt. Faktisk kommer de næsten til at minde om et stilleben malet af de gamle hollandske mestre. Med vores designhotel som udgangspunkt kan du opleve Amsterdams største attraktioner, mens byens særlige kulturkendetegn går igen i indretningsdesignet: kunst, blomster og cykler.
Vores billige designhotel ligger over for messeområdet og lige ved stoppestedet Amsterdam RAI. Dermed bor du i hjertet af den hollandske hovedstad og har kort til det meste. Du når f.eks. Amsterdam centrum med de smalle huse, brolagte stræder og berømte kanaler på få minutter med enten cykel eller offentlig transport. Tæt på designhotellet ligger den hyggelige bypark Amstelpark. I disse herlige grønne omgivelser finder du bl.a. en typisk hollandsk vindmølle. Vi ses i en af verdens bedste cykelbyer!
