Pleasant, quiet and very friendly personnel.
I am a regular guest in your hotel and I always enjoy staying here, the rooms are perfect, clean and welcoming, you can sleep well because its not noisy, I am not using the breakfast option as I can not eat very much in the morning.... What I noticed particular when I stayed this time, that the check in at the reception took for my feeling too long as a response to it the receptionist told me that the internet is very slow which I can understood. When telling her that the invoice address is my company one she could not find the company address in the system even so I gave her the address written on a paper and I am staying regularly since 2 years in your hotel. In addition she responded in a not very friendly way which also my colleague notice who check in besides me. I did not want to spend more time waiting.... as I had to go to work therefore I have up and told her she should look for it taking time and I come back later. I came the next day and a different receptionist found also had to look up the company address but she did it in a very friendly way and I receive my invoice by Email which made me happy.

Everything Ok, but I have some comments on cleanliness. 1. The pillowcase was too small, so the pillow itself was visible. Unfortunately, the pillow became discolored and stained, so I no longer wanted to use it. 2. There were some areas that hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. There was noticeable dust on the safe next to the bed and inside the hair dryer rack. I was also concerned about the hair on the bathroom wall, which I couldn't identify.
Very friendly staff and really appreciated the clean and non-smoking environment. We were given a very quiet room as requested. The Foyer/Lounge idea is really great. Unbeatable location in the center of Aachen.

When I ask question at reception, the answer from the lady was always google, check google, she had bad altitude, she is rude, my first time in aachen 🇩🇪,if I new she was like that I won't book it , I'm very disapointing on her.
A lovely hotel. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast with lots of fairtrade/bio and vegetarian/vegan products. Lovely bar area and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Good value for money. The only drawback is the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Perfect location, clean and modern. A very welcoming lobby that was always hopping with activity! We would have liked a hot pot for tea and coffee in the room.

Please Control he Breakfast with New options like scramble egg or omlet. And in Room with wlan netflix screening never works out. These 2 Things other then that very good.

Loved everything about this hotel! Very clean and comfortable, and so stylish. Particularly loved the lighting in bedrooms and everywhere, really beautiful. Loved the relaxing music from the tv when the screen with fish was on!
Centrally locate, nice hotel! Breakfast was great like in every Motel One Hotel.
Breakfast could improve - the price is not justified. Also seating at breakfast is horrendous.
Overall a pleasant experience, comfortable room and bed, good cleanliness and service. However, the breakfast was massively overpriced for a mediocre selection and quality of food. In the future I would not book it again.

overall a good experience but was a bit surprised about the room, we as a couple got assigned to a room which was equipped just for one person, which indicates that this was rather a downgrade than an upgrade (even hotel was rather empty), also first floor inner court created noise in the room. the bathroom door was squeaking loudly.

I have traveled to 52 countries and spent literally thousands of nights in hotels around the world. Your front desk staff is one of the rudest, unapproachable, and unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered in my many years of travel.
Cute motel. Rooms are very small and basic. The bathroom also small but clean. Housekeeping and reception were a bit chaotic as for 2 nights they missed to clean our room. Lobby is apparently the selling point and they have internal garden. Breakfast quite disappointing and people were smoking all the time in the garden when we were eating - quite unpleasant. Staff during breakfast time quite rude and there was long cue. Weak management. Basically you eat some bread with butter and average quality of pastries. Coffee was ok. Reception did their best but I was not very impressed. Location is the best part. Parking is a pain but you will find alternatives close by.

Very pleasant stay in Aachen with convenient access to the main sites. Staff were friendly and efficient and the room was modern, clean, and roomy.
The room was nice but it's always best to have a coffee machine in the room since I had to queue for breakfast and I always badly need my coffee in the morning.

Wonderful location in the heart of Aachen, a stone’s throw from the cathedral. Beds were comfortable, well insulated from sound, with excellent blackout curtains, and impeccably clean. The diverse staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was good to see people from a wide range of backgrounds employed by the hotel. My mother was even given a room with a balcony on the top floor. Breakfast is good, but the lounge gets crowded at peak hours, so get there early if you want a table. Many thanks Motel One Aachen!

Overall a very good experience, but rooms don't have a mini fridge and kettle. Also no phone to call the reception which i find weird but other than that good hotel and location. Loved staying here.
Great location, good rates, and a friendly and helpful staff.
I have stayed many times in this hotel and it is always a good stay! Maybe there should be some kind of an other/ more lighter / curtain for maintaining a bit privacy in the room without fully darkening the room with the heavy curtains. It is otherwise all or nothing. :)

Rigtig fint, god beliggenhed og meget venligt personale. Fint værelse med balkon. Eneste lille anke, er gulvtæpper på værelset, som bare altid er kilde til støv, snavs og lugt. Gulve uden faste tæpper er nemmere at holde rene

Vores tæpper er ganske vist normalt turkisfarvede, men på vores designhotel i Aachen ruller vi gerne den røde løber ud for dig, i hvert fald i overført betydning!
