Location was very central. Hotel was clean and staff were polite. I would have been happy to see complimentary water bottle, tea and coffe in the room (with a cettle or coffee machine) as in every other hotel.
I was in this hotel before and as always I had a wonderful stay!
Wonderful front desk and bar service providers! I would have liked a wash cloth. I think it would be nice to provide two chairs when there are two occupants. People who do not request cleaning for their stay should have glasses, not paper cups! Despite minor complaints, I would definitely stay at your hotel again❣️
I wish there had been a wash cloth available. And.... I think there should be a discount for those of us who chose the green option of no cleaning for the stay.. but the room was clean and pleasant and the lighting was very good. Screens on the windows would be nice to avoid sharing the room with mosquitos.

Stayed at Motel One Rotterdam for just one night and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent central location with lovely roof top terrace— perfect for exploring Rotterdam. Everything was easy and convenient, and the stay was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rotterdam. Highly recommended!
The hotel is really good, just in the centre of the town, our room was large and conformable, the bed and pillow were perfect, the bathroom very big and clean. The staff at the reception and at the lounge bar was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was very rich and of high quality. A very pleasant stay.
Room was a good size clean and comfortable. The hotel was In a great location and the building was upkept and repaired well. The rooftop patio has a beautiful view over the city. There is only 2 elevators and one was out of service most of the time so the wait was a bit long , but that was pretty minor.

If you are planning a trip to Rotterdam and are looking for a place to stay, then look no further your search is over. Motel One is where you need to be. I cannot praise it enough. Will gladly return when we next visit Rotterdam.

Hotel perfect, good value, location and beds! Reception staff unhelpful when asking for directions and general information, when directing to the local bike store they didnt know where it was, although it was within 300m. They simply said 'it's over there sonewhere', leaving us to find it ourselves. A further interaction regarding my bill was also dealt with no politeness and an air of disdain.

Great location, great roof terrace - I would definitely stay there again, with a couple of caveats; although the first room I was given was a good size, the windows were on the inside, so people can look in to your room from their rooms or when walking down the corridor. I asked to be moved, so ended up in a room with a view to the outside, which was good, although a smaller room. My main feedback though is about the lack of fridges in the rooms; I was there for 12 days, and it would have been very useful to have even a small fridge. My wife and family were at the Hotel Postillion, for example, and the rooms there have fridges

Room very compact. Breakfast is good but would be nice to have some hot food as well alongside the boiled eggs.

Overall good stay. I had better and I had worse. Slogthly above average maybe, given price. I expected at least something warmed up for breakfest. Eggs or anything cooked would be good offer.
A/C did not work reliable in my room....in times of summer heat outside an A/C should work in all rooms.....Breakfast was yummy....breakfast room was more a fridge due to the well-working A/C

The hotel is conveniently located. Close to the open air weekend market and lots of restaurants. The rooftop restaurant is nvery nice. The check in was easy too. They allowed me to check in two hours early. A few recommendations: offer water in the room or at the reception. There's actually a sign that says it's offered at the reception, but I was advised to go to the roof restaurant to get water. That made no sense to me. Another recommendation is to offer an easy way guests can call down to the front desk. Since there is no phone in the room. I needed an iron and did not want to go downstairs to request one. Lastly, offer more toiletries such as lotion. I can't remember if shampoo and conditioner are offered, but I do not recall seeing lotion. Again, the hotel is conveniently located, and it's clean. Just a few minor tweaks to make it wonderful.
The ladies were so nice and helpful. This is a great location to all the Rotterdam hotspots! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.
AC standards as set by your hotel are absolutely wrong. Room 440 was 28.5C upon arrival late night, when I woke up it was 25C and room become 27.5C when running AC all day long with curtains closed. Asked to be moved to a different room I ended up in 112 after 2 tries. That room was much better wondering if Housekeeping actually reports issues as they clean the room.
The only downside was the harsh light in the bathroom and elevator, I didn't feel very pretty 😅

Good location, nice hotel, clean and with all I need. I love the concept of Motel One. And very friendly and helpful staff. Congrats. Just the lobby was a bit disappointing, small, and the fact that there is no possibility to arrive directly with a car--we took an uber to the train station and had to wait for it in the restau accross the park. It might be helpful to write that in the description, so that guests know. I did not have breakfast, because I thought it was a bit pricey.
Nice and plain hotel with friendly staff. Location is excellent. Room was placed on the sunny side of the building so very high indoor temprature at check in.
Second time at the hotel. Its ok, but I realised its an expensive Premier Inn/Travel lodge, only without a coffee maker.
Staff helpful. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable. Would like kettle and drinks in room. Roof top had many non residents on laptops... a bit off putting.
Stayed here for a work trip and would not hesitate to return. The location is genuinely excellent - central, walkable, and a short distance from both public transit, shopping and dining. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great, the bathroom design was well thought out, and the design throughout the hotel has real personality and felt intentional and cozy while still modern. Staff were consistently helpful, at front desk and in the breakfast lounge. The 5th floor space had great views and a relaxed atmosphere. Strong value for the quality and location. I would recommend without hesitation.

Świetna lokalizacja. Pokoje i łazienki bardzo czyste. Bardzo dobrze wytłumione pokoje. Bar na 5 piętrze z tarasem, bardzo klimatyczny, ze wspaniałym widokiem na okolicę. Gdy będę planowała kolejną wizytę w Rotterdamie, chętnie znowu się tam zatrzymam.
Hotel całkiem OK. Fajny bar na najwyższym piętrze. Brakuje czajnika i lodówki w pokoju. Brak zamykania kabiny prysznicowej i woda spływa na podłogę. Na śniadanie jajka są tylko gotowane, przydało by się urozmaicenie np. jajka smażone.

Berlin ma swojego holenderskiego sobowtóra. Łudząco do niego podobny jest bowiem Rotterdam. Nowoczesna architektura, kolorowe dzielnice artystów i klimat swobody sprawiają, że to drugie co do wielkości miasto Holandii jest sekretną bratnią duszą stolicy Niemiec. Miasta te są podobne jednak nie tylko w sferze wizualnej, ale i wartości. Po II wojnie światowej oba zaczęły tworzyć kulturę i architekturę od nowa. Podobnie bowiem jak Berlin, Rotterdam musiał pożegnać się z dużą częścią swojego miejskiego dziedzictwa. Powstawało ono na nowo i to widać. Chociażby na przykładzie połączenia typowych holenderskich atrybutów – kanałów i domów z dwuspadowym dachem – ze street artem i industrialną atmosferą. Nie bez powodu Rotterdam zyskał przydomek „Berlina Holandii”. Niekiedy nawet bywa określany mianem Manhattanu nad Mozą. I rzeczywiście, przy odrobinie wyobraźni panorama nad Nową Mozą przypomina panoramę Manhattanu nad rzeką Hudson.

Rotterdam łączy stare z nowym. Holenderska metropolia jest jak wielopokoleniowy dom. Z pasją, otwartością na świat i miłością do kontrastów łączy teraźniejszość z historią. Krótką podróż w czasie do dawnego Rotterdamu można rozpocząć chociażby od Starego Portu, który przenosi nas do czasów żeglarzy i piratów. Tutaj, w wąskich, dwuspadowych domach wzdłuż kanałów czas upływał im przy pokerze i rumie. Dziś ich śladami podążają studenci i artyści. Architektonicznym klejnotem Starego Portu jest Biały Dom. Z siedzibą amerykańskiego prezydenta w Washingtonie budynek Witte Huis ma jednak niewiele wspólnego. Zabytkowy biurowiec przypomina raczej holenderski folwark. Erasmusbrug to architektoniczne serce nowoczesnego Rotterdamu. Asymetryczne stalowe filary wpisały się w futurystyczną panoramę miasta dopiero w roku 1996. Ciekawe, czy architekt Ben van Berkel już w fazie projektowania myślał o przydomku „łabędź”. Tak bowiem 655 000 rotterdamczyków czule nazywa symbol swojego miasta. Pora na selfie? W takim razie na liście atrakcji na dobre tło nie może zabraknąć Markthal Rotterdam. Obiekt ten jest czymś znacznie więcej niż tylko halą targową. To wielka architektoniczna duma Rotterdamu, tygiel kulturowy i miejsce spotkań kulinarnych w jednym. Jej wyróżnikiem jest kształt podkowy. Już z daleka wita wszystkich smakoszy, podobnie jak wielkogabarytowe malowidło w jej wnętrzu. Co jeszcze bardziej niesamowite: w tym imponującym łuku mieszczą się designerskie lofty.
