Friendly young ladies at the reception and the rooftop team was very helpful and considerate to me and my friends. Beautiful views 🤩 I recommend the hotel
Overall good stay. I had better and I had worse. Slogthly above average maybe, given price. I expected at least something warmed up for breakfest. Eggs or anything cooked would be good offer.
A/C did not work reliable in my room....in times of summer heat outside an A/C should work in all rooms.....Breakfast was yummy....breakfast room was more a fridge due to the well-working A/C
Great location, wonderful rooftop bar, highly recommended
Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast on the rooftop terrace was fabulous.
Friendly, helpful, calm, great breakfast, greag location. But also Small rooms, quite pricy, couldn t fix the safe...
The hotel is conveniently located. Close to the open air weekend market and lots of restaurants. The rooftop restaurant is nvery nice. The check in was easy too. They allowed me to check in two hours early. A few recommendations: offer water in the room or at the reception. There's actually a sign that says it's offered at the reception, but I was advised to go to the roof restaurant to get water. That made no sense to me. Another recommendation is to offer an easy way guests can call down to the front desk. Since there is no phone in the room. I needed an iron and did not want to go downstairs to request one. Lastly, offer more toiletries such as lotion. I can't remember if shampoo and conditioner are offered, but I do not recall seeing lotion. Again, the hotel is conveniently located, and it's clean. Just a few minor tweaks to make it wonderful.
The ladies were so nice and helpful. This is a great location to all the Rotterdam hotspots! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.
AC standards as set by your hotel are absolutely wrong. Room 440 was 28.5C upon arrival late night, when I woke up it was 25C and room become 27.5C when running AC all day long with curtains closed. Asked to be moved to a different room I ended up in 112 after 2 tries. That room was much better wondering if Housekeeping actually reports issues as they clean the room.
The only downside was the harsh light in the bathroom and elevator, I didn't feel very pretty 😅
Nice and quiet with helpful staff.
Good location, nice hotel, clean and with all I need. I love the concept of Motel One. And very friendly and helpful staff. Congrats. Just the lobby was a bit disappointing, small, and the fact that there is no possibility to arrive directly with a car--we took an uber to the train station and had to wait for it in the restau accross the park. It might be helpful to write that in the description, so that guests know. I did not have breakfast, because I thought it was a bit pricey.
Nice and plain hotel with friendly staff. Location is excellent. Room was placed on the sunny side of the building so very high indoor temprature at check in.
Second time at the hotel. Its ok, but I realised its an expensive Premier Inn/Travel lodge, only without a coffee maker.
Staff helpful. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable. Would like kettle and drinks in room. Roof top had many non residents on laptops... a bit off putting.
Stayed here for a work trip and would not hesitate to return. The location is genuinely excellent - central, walkable, and a short distance from both public transit, shopping and dining. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great, the bathroom design was well thought out, and the design throughout the hotel has real personality and felt intentional and cozy while still modern. Staff were consistently helpful, at front desk and in the breakfast lounge. The 5th floor space had great views and a relaxed atmosphere. Strong value for the quality and location. I would recommend without hesitation.
I loved it!!! From cleanliness to friendliness to location. It was more than a 10! I will definitely be back!
very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, excellent position
Very clean, great atmosphere, very nice rooftop for breakfast, great people.
the brakfast was poor
O already stay in many motel one but never stay on a reception só poor
Friendly staff and great location , no drinks in the room , but bar is open until 1 in the night! Very kind people
Clean and modern, small (which is good) hotel, in the heart of the city
Excellent customer service
I liked my stay but would really like if a small fridge could be added to the rooms.
Room too small and bad layout with column blocking proper passage. Especially given the high category that I booked
The hotel is located in one of the best parts of the city, right in the city center. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The biggest issue was the lack of parking spaces. It would be beneficial if the hotel had an agreement with a nearby parking facility so that hotel guests could park at a reduced rate. We stayed for two nights. The room itself was clean. On the first day, I noticed two hairs on the towels. I informed the receptionist, and she promptly provided fresh towels. On the second day, however, housekeeping did not replace the used towels with clean ones. They simply hung the used towels back up and made the bed.
Typical motel one. Nice design, basic amenities, fair price and friendly team!
After spending two night in the Gothic District of Barcelona, arriving to this hotel was exactly what I needed. Rooms are nice, location is great, and the vibe is calm and lovely.
Aside from not having a minibar in the room everything was superb. The staff and management including Mrs Tess were very accommodating and helpful. Great crew always smiling!
The Location of MO Rotterdam in the center is ideal for a CityTour and Sightseeing. The MO with a nice roof top bar is very comfortable and invites you for an even longer stay. The personal is very friendly and competend.
Very friendly service, simple concept, fair price
Very welcoming staff and smily. I enjoyed the decorations of the breakfast buffet and how quickly the staff refilled the food, attentive!
very friendly and welcoming. Great roof terrace
Perfect location, clean and cosy room. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is to put nets on the windows because for 5 days we had to chose between being eaten severely by mosquitos or sleep on AC and both are not pleasant especially when allergic.
it is great to have a reception with friendly people and I appreciate the high-end matrasses
I am giving you a very low rating which is not justified by my experience but otherwise I will not get your attention to act on the improvements. Overall it was a good experience and I would stay again there! Improvements regarding facilities: You will not be able to change this but the shower is not designed in good way. You can not close the shower which causes the bathroom and the toilet to get wet Improvement regarding human interactions: At a hotel it is very important how I am treated. I had a good check-in and a good check-out, I was treated friendly. At Check-In I received a card to collect a bottle of water on 5th floor in the lounge. Later in the evening at around 7:30pm I went to the lounge to collect my bottle of water. As the weather was so nice, I decided to have a drink there and enjoy the view. I asked the man behind the bar if he serves at the table and he said yes. I went to the table and that is where I waited for 25min. After that time I decided to leave. I can understand that you are busy during nice weather but then you need to organize it differently. Either you change the system that you collect your drink yourself at the bar or you move one person from the reception to the lounge. Next morning I went at 8:30am for breakfast. I walked through the room and saw a woman behind a desk which seemed to be the person noting down the room numbers. there were not many people at breakfast yet and I was the only one walking through the room. Still the woman was looking downwards. As I said Good Morning, I she was focused on her smartphone. I was unsure what to do and was ready to get food as she noticed me. No smile, just taking my room number. Everybody has a bad day but please as restaurant manager you do not place a person with bad mood to write down the room numbers. This is the first and often only person the guest have a direct interaction with. Put your must energetic person there and the person with the bad mood can fill up food or clean the tables. So if you really want to be a great hotel you can not to focus how employees interact with their guests, it cost you nothing but it will be 50% of the guys experience.
Guys, those small rooms are very small and in fact inconvenient for two. The dynamic price, this time on higher end, and combined with the small room size, dramatically reduces the value for money.
Very nice and convenient hotel in the city center. Close to WTC and many bars and restaurants. Very kind and professional staff. Rooms with all required comfort, incl. desk and chair to accommodated remote work. Wonderful breakfast on a stunning rooftop.
Nice, clean and modern decorated Hotel
Nice hotel good location.. roof top bar where breakfast is is excellent
Overall, it was fine—relatively clean, centrally located, and comfortable. It’s a shame there wasn’t a coffee maker or a fridge in the room. When we asked for an extra blanket, our request was denied, which has never happened to us anywhere else.
Perfect location, nice terrace. Comfortable bed
Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice bathroom, room is decent size, price quality ratio is great!
My stay at the Motel One was great, as usual. You know what you get and I was not disappointed. However, the glass „wall“ in the shower is 10-15 cm too short in width. As a result, the bathroom floor was always wet after showering. Never experienced this as much as with MO in Rotterdam. 🤷♀️
Good service overall
Everything Perfect. Thank you
Loved the roof terrace
Brakuje czajnika i lodówki w pokoju.
Switch on. beOne.

Zabytkowy biurowiec przypomina raczej holenderski folwark. A teraz skok w czasie do wieku XX. Erasmusbrug to architektoniczne serce nowoczesnego Rotterdamu. To wielka architektoniczna duma Rotterdamu, tygiel kulturowy i miejsce spotkań kulinarnych w jednym.
