Love staying at this hotel, staff are so friendly and accommodating! Nothing is too much trouble. Location is great and the rooms are very comfortable. Special thanks to Stacey on reception, was a pleasure dealing with her and her braids are on fire!!!
From the moment we entered Motel One the Staff were so lovely and helpful. Big shout out to Joanna and illa they really looked after us and our requests so helpful and kind we loved our stay in this hotel we thought it was fabulous really enjoyed our stay and our weekend in Dublin
Our stay was fantastic. We had booked an Airbnb in Wicklow but had a really bad experience so were looking urgently for a pet-friendly hotel and we found you guys. This was our first long stay at a hotel with our St Bernard. We got lot of support from all your staff. Megan from the front office was very helpful with the booking and check in process. She did not charge us extra for our pet as we had already had a bad day which was very thoughtful on her behalf. Aaron was so kind with feeding our dog be it making scrambled eggs or giving him ham. There were couple of other people from your team who were very supportive. I didn’t get their names. Overall a very good experience and would surely recommend you to others. Keep up the good work guys. You have a fantastic team. Wishing you all lots of success.
We love this hotel and always stay here when we visit Dublin. The only negative for this stay was that we were in room 259 and there seemed to be a loud fan noise further down the corridor which stopped us from getting a good night's sleep. Everything else was perfect and if I stay again I would request to be away from this area
Great location and excellent room and bar facilities
Great hotel and staff but it’s a shame that there is no balcony in the «special one» room category.
Great value. Historic building with parque floors. Great facilities: couch, kitchen table, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stovetop, hot water kettle and dishwasher. Milk and cookies are supplied. Nice shelf in bathroom to put my stuff on. Heating unit in room kept it cozy and helped dry my wet clothes. Even a laundry room with free washers and dryers and soap pods r supplied on the 6th floor. That was perfect. Clean. Comfortable bed. 2 big windows with lots of light. Staff super friendly. Great location. Everything was walkable. Nit picky downsides: room could use some brighter, warmer furnishings/ decorations and some wall hangings. Trash can in bathroom is the tiniest thing I’ve ever seen! Shower caddy is useless as all your small bottles and soap fall through. Would have appreciated face cloths.
Friendly and helpful staff Central location Perfect for a short break away
As always, the staff are so welcoming and helpful! My partner and I have been staying in Dublin for work and leisure for many years- the staff at motel one exceed any we have experienced to date. In particular I would like to thank reservations manager,Joanna, who has been amazing to deal with and who makes us feel so welcome and valued as customers/guests. I have no hesitation in recommending Motel One, and in all honesty our decision to stay here regularly is based on the quality of staff and the welcome we receive. Excellent central location, comfortable rooms, amazing staff.
Great location, very clean and really helpful staff. The touch of providing umbrellas to customers is a great idea as the rain never fails to show in Ireland! The only criticism I would have, the tea and coffee facilities within the rooms isn't great, I normal cup would be appreciated, but this is a very minor point. I no doubt will revisit Ireland and will look to stay again.
Clean and fresh. Lovely staff.
Rooms too warm , not fans “apparently “ and can turn the heating below 19 degrees. Water in sink was Luke warm and very little pressure in shower , rooms are dark and lighting is very poor .
Everyone was very courteous and helpful
I have stayed here a good few times, and almost always find it excellent. Last Wed , I wasn't as happy as usual. I really don't like giving negative feedback, but a couple of things annoyed me. The bar/lounge area, which is usually spotless, was a bit grubby. There were crisps all over the floor where I was sitting, and nobody came to sweep them up. I was there over an hour. I ordered a medium glass if Shiraz, which is usually €8, , but the bar lady poured a large glass, and asked for €13.50. The large glass on the menu is €11. When I queried thus, she just said they had changed their Shiraz brand, but had not updated the menu. She offered no apology for the confusion, and I ordered a merlot instead, as I didn't like her ' Take it or leave it 'attitude. I think it ranked me, because the standard of customer service is usually so high. I will definitely continue to stay at this hotel, and would recommend it.
the hotel is close to all amenities and next to a main road and tram line, but still in a quiet area. the hotel looks fresh and modern and the reception staff was very helpful. rooms was good beds were comfy and the room service was also good. the only criticism we had was the breakfast area was a bit chaotic with not enough seating, and not always enough crockery or actual food, as these was replenished at a slower rate than they was being taken, leaving you having to sit and wait until someone could restock items.
Start to finish very good .
The stay was excellent. The people working at this hotel, from reception to housekeeping, are absolute professionals. Thank you and see you soon.
We stayed in king room at Dublin Motel One for 5 nights in March. Great location for tourists, windows tilt open for fresh air, modern esthetic, free AM coffee in lobby-not told- discovered after a few days, tea station on small desk in room, very small bare-bones room, (bed barely fits, no fridge, no bathroom amenities except soap & shampoo, no water glasses, no USB ports, no drawers/minimal storage)
Great customer service from check in to check out, nothing is too much trouble.
Our stay was fantastic as always. The staff were great! Really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel rooms were clean and tidy. My only suggestion would be to put water in the rooms.
Absolutely no issues with the room. The hotel itself is perfect and a credit to Joanna and the staff. My only recommendation is that there needs to be better TV facilities. Even if streaming apps can be added to the TV's so guests can log in or allow screen sharing from your own device
Great location, rooms are tight but functional, 2nd visit in as many months and will be back, great staff and very pleasant each and everyone of them.
Stacey was amazing and gave us an early check in! She was so informative and friendly upon our arrival.
Excellent location; on tramline however the sound of the tram was never an issue, a block from Ha'penny bridge, close to Temple Bar and many great food shops around.
Very welcoming and staff very friendly and most helpful. The decor and layout of the hotel is really appealing and its great that you can get your own food delivered and sit at the tables to eat. The location is perfect ! I have stayed a couple of times and will go back next visit again. The rooms are a bit small however if its only to sleep in its perfect and there is everything you need at hand. Excellent quality for price.
Excellent location. Short walk to temple bar area but nice and quiet.
Great stay, perfect location and very clean room. Friendly staff
We used booking.com to secure our room and there were disagreements regarding payment. We paid booking.com IN FULL prior to our stay. Upon check-in, we were not made aware of any payment issues. We came back to the room after a day of travel to find we had been locked-out by front desk staff and were not permitted access to the room or our belongings until we paid the balance on our room directly to the hotel. WE HAD ALREADY PAID. Nothing was done to support us during this. In fact, we were scolded for using booking.com and were advised to book directly through MotelOne in the future. We were treated like criminals who were going to scam the hotel, when we had ALREADY PAID. We will NEVER book again. Why would you offer booking through another platform and then SCOLD guests when they use it. That only reflects bad on YOUR COMPANY. No resolution was provided and we were told WE would have to figure out what occurred. I showed the receptionist the CLEARLY paid booking email.
Very disappointed with the range of beers on draft
Very good hotel Love to staying all time
Very central, clean, affordable. Highly recommend.
Helpful and friendly staff. Good location. Room was small and difficult to get luggage past the bed.
Such a warm welcoming experience. Any staff I met were extremly friendly. Excellent location. Will 100% be booking again.
Stayed as a group of 10 staff lovely and accommodating nothing was too much trouble always smiling and would go out of their way to help - would definitely stay again
Excellent location in central Dublin. The staff were great and the service was just as good.
Great location, friendly staff, nice clean rooms
Location, location, location it was the best. Close to buses, tram, shopping and Temple bar. Super friendly staff and nice rooms. We will be back.
I stay frequently for work and have always found the staff to be superb- friendly and helpful and very willing to facilitate last minute changes which is really important for work related travel. Spotless comfortable rooms. Particular mention to Joanna, corporate client manager who really does go out of her way to make the whole process as smooth as possible.
Staff and location suburb
Good location, nice rooms & breakfast.
We stopped for the one night. We got to the hotel earlier than check in time and the young man checked if a room was free and it was. Nice to be able to settle into your home for the night early.
Third time staying here. Nice spot. Great location. Doesn't let you down.
Room was nice, but I guess shower pressure was not included in my package. Breakfast could be a bit more rich as scrambled eggs, bacon and legumes are standard in rest of Europe. All in all it was ok.
Accessible and perfect location to all who want to see Dublin.
Excellent pricing, the free water tasted delicious, the prices at the bar were reasonable. Staff were lovely and beds were very comfortable. Excellent location.
Check in was amazing. I don't remember name of person working but she was amazing and was willing to give recommendations and everything. Room was perfect. Would stay again.
Super gelegenes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal und alles sehr sauber. Rezeption sehr hilsbereit. Special thx to Juan and the lady with the glasses.
My stay was amazing not only was the hotel close to everything so it was very convenient for me but the staff were kind and the room was really nice the only critique I have is the shower in the bathroom I feel there should some sort of door when entering the shower as a lot water gets on the floor and around the bathroom because there is nothing stopping it from splashing on the bathroom floor
Switch on. beOne.

Twoje korzyści w skrócie:
Dublin
Śladami Jamesa Joyce'a

Ciekawe ile godzin spędzili na czytaniu książek w The Long Room? Zarezerwuj wycieczkę z przewodnikiem w The Long Room i poznaj zabawne anegdoty z życia studenckiego Oscara Wilde’a & Co.
Wystarczy lekcji historii? Mały park tuż obok katedry św. Patryka jest idealnym miejscem na odpoczynek.

Dublin to miasto mitów i legend.
Zarezerwuj pokój w niedrogim hotelu w samym sercu Dublina i poznaj miasto skrzatów i elfów.
A gdzie znaleźć najpiękniejsze pamiątki? Oczywiście: przy tętniących życiem Grafton Street i Moore Street. Spośród symboli Dublina – figurek skrzatów, świec zapachowych i dyfuzorów z koniczynką aż po irlandzkie kieliszki do shotów – każdy znajdzie tu coś na swój gust.
Zarezerwuj stylowy hotel na Twoją kieszeń i zasmakuj w Dublinie
Teraz pora na kulinarną stronę Dublina. Koniecznie spróbuj Irish stew, popularnego narodowego dania Irlandczyków. Szczególnie w chłodne deszczowe dni Irlandczycy chętnie rozgrzewają się obfitym gulaszem z jagnięciny i warzyw. Nie może zabraknąć też deseru. I najlepiej, jeśli to będzie irlandzki Barmbrack. Specjał ten to słodki chleb, doprawiany według uznania rodzynkami i wiśniami kandyzowanymi.
