The staff - especially your colleague who checked me in was accommodating. My own issue was there was no clarity on parking - just for 10mins to drop off bags.
A modern, clean, well furnished hotel in perfect central situation. Comfortable room, good breakfast and VERY friendly and helpful staff. A most enjoyable stay!

Overall the we were happy with the hotel. Pros: location, clean, new, friendly, fresh bread! Cons: Breakfast felt chaotic. Someone checking in and seating diners would help. Low chairs with no armrests in the public areas makes it difficult to sit and rise, particularly for the elderly or infirm Bathroom was small.

Great
Hotel is located very close to the center, many attractions can be reached by walking, we did not need the car. The garage is below the hotel and can be reached only by elevator, an interesting and uncommon experience, which was absolutely fine for us. Especially because this means the garage is a totally safe place to leave the car standing there during the stay. The beds were really hard, we would have liked it a bit softer, but this is of course an individual preference. Not to forget about the reception, we were welcomed really heartly by the lady there and had some very nice conversation with the lady there. A highly nice first experience in Amsterdam, thanks for that!

Slightly loud ventilation system in the room, open shower tends to leave water puddles on the bathroom floor. Cozy bar and very polite and friendly staff. A special thanks to Maxim for the help with my car!
Faboulous. Only thing is no body lotion and conditioner in shower. And even though window was closed, early morning somebody Held a phone coversation very loud in the outdoor area between the buildings.

Hot water, coffee or tee missing in the room !
The location was great- the hotel was brand new and very clean. However we have some suggestions for improvement 1. It would help to have a complimentary bottle of water on arrival as well as an espresso machine or kettle with some mugs for coffee/tea 2. The absence of some basic toiletries like a shower cap and body lotion was keenly felt 3. The staff (servers, cleaners etc.) could benefit from some basic training on friendliness and courtesy- especially as yours is the hospitality industry

I've stayed at MotelOnes in Germany several dozen times and they are always friendly. This however set a new level! Such a wonderful team! Only a five minute walk to the Grote Markt and all of the sites in the old town. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you from all of us who visited (six of us)!

We had a great stay, friendly staff and nice room. Just one thing: there is no privacy with the curtains open. Privacy curtains would be better.

Bed was so hard. I asked reception and housekeeping twice if I could either have an extra blanket or bed cover. Was told both times it would be handled. Never received after waiting 2 days.

Couldn’t fault it, great location for main site seeing and loads of restaurants a stones throw away. Secure underground parking was a bonus too plus really comfortable beds and the cocktails were great, recommend the Mai Tai.
I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Motel One in Antwerp. The staff were very friendly and professional and the rooms were clean and pleasant and all facilities were in full working order. The hotel is very well located and I would not hesitate to revisit or recommend the hotel
As before, love staying here - beds really comfortable. Some rooms and bathrooms are bigger than others but the desk is sufficient for a lap top.

While the hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are very friendly, the room was alive with bugs possibly mosquitos or some type of biting insect. Normally I stay in the 2nd building and that is fine but avoid floor 4, front of building 1
All good apart from aircon didn’t work and this is not the first time I’ve experienced this.
Really like the overall look and feel of the hotel and the location is perfect for when I am in town. It is clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast covers the core needs. I would like to see a bit more variety at breakfast and a big one for me is the possibility of a cappuccino with milk replacement. Also, it would be nice to have a water kettle in the room and at least a couple of small dinner options, one or two little meals, at the bar. Otherwise, great.

I thought that the check in was very fast and efficient. The staff were all very friendly and the woman checking me in dis what she could to allow me to go to the room as quickly as possible. I really appreciated that. My only suggestion would be to do the mandatory fire drill around 3pm, because this means that most guests are out of the hotel and most new guests have not checked in yet. To do it at 11am seemed like bad planning. Most guests are still trying to relax, even if the checkout time is 12pm. I thought that was a shame that it was done so early, in the last moments of a reservation.

great location and good service. The hotel rooms were also comfy just that a few essential seemed to be missed. The breakfast was lackluster - just a few more items would spruce it up i guess.
MO No 28: The MO Antwerpen is located only 10min. by foot to the center of town. Parking places can be found nearby at the river Schelde. The staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. There is enough space to relax or read a book with nice armchairs and sofas. All other items (room, breakfast, etc) are the well known very good MO standard. I will surely book again, when I come to Antwerpen.

A very warm welcome from the Motel One team. The living room/bar area was really lovely, lots of space and great furniture. Our room was good, block 2 , only small gripe was the double bed was too small, other wise a lovely stay.
