All great, Federico who served us at the bar was amazing. The fan in the room was nice, but mostly because it was otherwise very warm and stuffy

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is conveniently located to everywhere of interest, including a metro station that is 5 mins away. My room was small but had everything I needed. There was no iron, but you can request a steamer from the front desk, which worked really well. It would have been great to have a small safe and a small fridge. I emailed the staff a few times with questions, and they replied promptly every time with helpful answers. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are doing a stopover. Just one note if you are taking the metro: the one closest to the hotel does not run very early on the weekends, but you aren’t that far away from alternative stations. Not a big deal, but it’s helpful to be aware ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again!
Overall a very enjoyable stay, a very comfortable room and friendly staff. I would happily stay here again on a future trip.

The room was not as expected and the breakfast room too small for the size of the hotel.
We stayed for 1 night only. The employees were all very nice, especially the young woman from Argentina who just joined Motel One Copenhagen was extremely friendly. We had 2 rooms of a higher category. They were very spacious for Motel one standard. Prices are very high, but this is probably normal for Copenhagen in August.
Location is great, lobby etc is nice but I had the smallest room I have ever stayed in or seen. I fel very claustrophobic.. should have asked for a different room as sleeping was difficult, I felt I could not breathe!

Location is central, room was clean, but totally overrated. Situated in the basement the window could only be closed or open. A ceiling fan doesnt really help. All in all way too expensive for the quality offered.
Nice staying in Copenhagen! Motel One is a good hotel to stay…very close to main attractions of this beautiful city and close to the Central train station! Breakfast had a lot of variety & very good for my personal Taste! The only thing that I can suggest for improvement would be include a minibar, a cafe/cha machine and a vault for keep personal belongings.

Very nice hotel in an perfect location for sightseeing and also very good reachable. The stuff is very friendly and the Hotel is very quiet. If we come again to Copenhagen, we will choose the Hotel again.

Unfortunately I have to consider the Motor One in Copenhagen not up to the standard of the others of the brand, the rooms are microscopic and their cleaning was often superficial.

Everything went very well. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. In a short period they helped us to organize a celebration for my friends! I highly recommend it and im looking forward to stay here again.
EVERYTHING OK BUT A LITTLE BIT SMALL AND WITHOUT A SMALL TABLE FOR PC ETC. THE SMALL STEP TO ENTER THE BATHTUP.
Okay, but a few defaults. Location is excellent - all major view points in walking distance. The room was very noisy; the air conditioning was shut down, with only an insufficient fan. Furniture in the room was very limited and far away from cosy; no chair. Bathroom very small and had no place for storage. The breakfast room is much too small and very busy the whole morning.

Before booking anywhere, we always look to see if a Motel One is located in the city where we are travelling. We know we can count on a clean, comfortable room and good value for our money. The Motel One Copenhagen did not disappoint. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast very much and loved the atmosphere of the bar to wind down for the evening. My only complaint would be the room set-up. I do not like just a translucent wall and incompletely closing door between the bathroom and bedroom. In the night, it is impossible to use the bathroom without waking others up. The light shines right through the translucent wall and the door does not close fully.

Very centrally located. Service at arrival adequate but not extremely friendly. Room a bit small and with the access attached to the wall slightly difficult. Good isolation of windows and good price for quality considering that it is in Copenhagen, a very expensive city.
Thanks to the girl who works that day when I arrive with my dog. Think his name start with M. She was so service oriented. Feel so good to just sleep one night there. And my dog was so happy and excited. Hej från Leo. 🐶
Very central location; walking distance to all sights. Strikingly friendly and supportive staff at reception, bar and breakfast making g you feel at home and welcome despite busy hotel. Great breakfast. Very pleasant interior / design.
This is the worst hotel in which i have stayed. they lack even the most basic amenities and services of an average hotel, meanwhile charging a luxury hotel room rate. it's ridiculous.
The bed was inadequate as the mattress and mattress topper didn’t match. The main issue was the lack of a tv. Only a streaming service from my own device is not acceptable especially when the tv isn’t set up properly and, on one of the days, there was no internet connection. At this price point I expect a better quality product. I chose motel one based on previous experience, however this was not up to standard and was not worth the money. Be aware that motel one Copenhagen needs improvement.
Hotel has too many rooms for such a small breakfastroom. Salmon is also in general missing on the buffet
Have to ask twice for housing keeping service because they forgot for the first two days. The first time we ask, the reception said they could not do house keeping because the team which is responsible for has left before noon. All she could do is to give feedback and change towels and removing trash.
Room 354 from July 12 to 15 The bed was never made, even though we had reported it at reception!!
Room small but okay, service from check in to passing reception to check out very poor- lot of space for staff training- except one male receptionist who was professional in every way
Excellent room, glad of an early checkin. No ac or room safe but not really a problem. But when the temps are ~30 it would be warm.
Rooms way smaller then expected. Parking house, expensive and better have a small small car. Ok breakfast. Was a lot of dustballs in our room.

Very neat and clean, modern Danish decor, most staff very friendly although a couple seemed slightly indifferent bordering on rude. I have allergies and the breakfast staff were very obliging and helpful. There was a gluten free corner at the buffet which was brilliant. Individually wrapped items would offer more confidence, though I didn't get a reaction from anything there so I was very happy. I couldn't use any of the jams because I didn't know if they had been cross contaminated, so separate jams and spreads would have been nice and offered more variety. My partner (no allergies) had a huge variety to eat and was never bored. The kitchen make lovely gluten free pancakes at request. Overall the hotel was absolutely brilliant, very well situated for seeing the city, the cost was extremely reasonable, and the majority of the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again!
The room was very clean and very nice. It got a bit hot in the room since the air con wasn't working but the fan helped.

Great location, very nice staff both in the reception and the bar. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - fresh and very tasty. Nice, comfortable, clean room. Air condition would have been fantastic since the fan in the sieling wasn't enough to cool the room down in the middle of July. Over all, we were very satisfied with this hotel and we will definitely return there when we visit Copenhagen the next time. ❤️
Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was really comfortable. Only minor issue was a lack of seating at breakfast but other than that we had a wonderful stay.
The rooms are very small and the beds for 2 adults as well. Breakfast was great and the Hotel is perfect located.
Very nice and cozy place, good room and bathroom. Great staff, friendly and made us feel at home. Even gave me a tiny Birthday candle when I Magdalena at breakfast found out that my trip was to celebrate my 80th birthday. She and the rest couldn’t be nicer people. Great food! Fast elevator. Very quiet.
Miła obsługa w recepcji, mały, ale ładny pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Smaczne śniadanie, choć trochę tłoczno. Znakomita lokalizacja.
Pokój zgodny z opisem oferty, czysty. Pomocna obsługa hotelu 24/7. Niestety było bardzo głośno wieczorami - okno pokoju wychodziło na patio , w którym urządzono ogródek baru hoteleowego. Mimo ciszy nocnej po godzinie 22.00 było słychać głośne rozmowy , co znacząco utrudniało zaśnięcie i sen. W pobliżu hotelu jest też wieża z dzwonem który bije co ok 30minut i także przeszkadza w wypoczynku i śnie .
Widać zużycie pokoju, lepsze sprzątanie by się przydało, czuć zaduch, stęchliznę w pokoju, więcej warzyw i owoców na śniadanie by się przydało

Nazwa stolicy Danii wywodzi się od dawnej duńskiej nazwy Kopenhagi i oznacza „port kupców”, co już zdradza, że miasto było niegdyś ośrodkiem handlu. Na świecie bardziej znany od tego faktu jest symbol miasta: „Mała Syrenka”, postać stworzona przez duńskiego poetę, Hansa Christiana Andersena, której figura z brązu stoi na promenadzie Langelinie w Kopenhadze. Mierzy wprawdzie tylko 125 cm wysokości i tym samym jest jednym z najmniejszych symboli miasta, a mimo to przyciąga turystów z całego świata. Kopenhaga jest wyjątkowa pod tym względem, że dzieli się na wyspy. Pomiędzy drogami wodnymi i zielonymi terenami, tak charakterystycznymi dla krajobrazu miasta, jest tu naprawdę wiele do odkrycia:
miłośnicy historii będą zachwyceni. Punktem obowiązkowym dla nich na turystycznej mapie miasta jest zamek Christiansborg – siedziba duńskiego parlamentu, premiera i sądu najwyższego. Tuż obok znajduje się siedemnastowieczny gmach dawnej giełdy kopenhaskiej. Warto też zobaczyć kopenhaski ratusz, zamek Rosenborg czy najstarszy zachowany kościół w mieście – kościół św. Piotra. Miłośników nowoczesnej architektury zachwyca niezmiennie „Czarny Diament”, imponująca dobudówka Biblioteki Królewskiej, a także Teatr Królewski i oraz budynek Skuespilhuset. Miłośników rozrywki i dobrej zabawy zachwyci Tivoli, jeden z najstarszych parków rozrywki na świcie. Znajduje się dokładnie naprzeciwko Dworca Głównego. Jest zbyt nowoczesny? Żaden problem – również w północnej części miasta znajduje się najstarsze na świecie wesołe miasteczko, Dyrehavsbakken! Skoro już o przyjemnościach mowa: Na duże zakupy warto wybrać się na ulice handlowe Strøget i Strædet. Ponad kilometrowej długości tworzą jeden z najdłuższych deptaków w Europie i są prawdziwym zakupowym rajem. Shop till you drop – ten cel jest tu jak najbardziej do osiągnięcia. Chcesz coś przekąsić? Malownicza i obłędnie fotogeniczna ulica Nyhavn z charakterystycznymi kolorowymi domami po obu stronach kanału o tej samej nazwie jest kulinarnym centrum Kopenhagi. Miłośników alternatywnych atrakcji zainspiruje „wolne miasto”: Christiania. Ta autonomiczna gmina, powstała w 1971 roku, znajduje się tuż za mostem. Kolorowa sztuka uliczna, wymyślne rzeźby, niezwykła architektura mieszkalna – warto wybrać się na drugą stronę rzeki.
Motel One – stylowy hotel w Kopenhadze w dobrej cenie
Nieco mniej alternatywny, ale również położony w centrum Kopenhagi i unikatowo zaprojektowany jest nasz hotel. Stylowo urządzone pokoje, bezpłatne Wi-Fi oraz pożywne śniadanie w doskonałej cenie. Najlepsza „miejscówka” i baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. Stąd można wszędzie dotrzeć pieszo lub metrem. Albo rowerem – w końcu to Kopenhaga, miasto rowerów. Warto przykładowo przejechać się 8-kilometrową trasą rowerową, Den Grønne Sti, która przebiega przez Kopenhagę tuż obok parków, dzielnic mieszkalnych i ulic handlowych, kończąc się w sąsiednim mieście Frederiksberg. Po udanym dniu spędzonym na zwiedzaniu, zakupach czy spacerowaniu z przyjemnością odprężysz się w naszych stylowych wnętrzach przy zimnym drinku i „odeśpisz” kilometry w wygodnym łóżku. Godnat!
