Clean rooms, no amenities at all. No hair conditioner, no slippers, no hand towels. The paper cups were not even provided everyday.
We had a lovely stay. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff and bar tenders were excellent. We would stay here again and also try other Hotel Motel One properties. I would definitely recommend to stay here for the value. The location was perfect, and walking distance to everything and close to the metro and rail. Only minor complaint was the wifi went in and out for us but it didn’t affect our time whatsoever. The shower only contained a hair/body combo product, a hair conditioner would also be appreciated.
I would have given a high score if not for a mistaken guest opening our door with his room key. But the reception handled everything and sorted it out
We had a very nice stay. Unfortunately the rooms are extremely tiny (even though Motel On-rooms are always small) and in some of the single rooms there is not even a bedside table or a chair. Other than that I can highly recommend it: the great central and quiet location, the friendly receptionists, breakfast staff and bar staff!
Smokers outside the window, ground floor so i couldn't open the window during the night, unfriendly person at check-in. Too expensive for that.
I think it was a great hotel for a relatively affordable price by Copenhagen standards. The room was on the top floor and had a beautiful view, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The location was also very central. Only thing I would have liked would be to have coffee and/or tea in the room. The shower also soaked the bathroom everytime I used it, but at least with the flooring it dried fast. The wifi and also Chromecast was a bit inconsistent and kicked me out a few times.
I missed conditioner for the hair, and water glasses.
Receptionist saw us walking in but failed to greet us. Service abrupt and not friendly or polite.
A table and a chair in the room would be nice for working.
The room was not clean as there have been silverfish in the room
Location great, bed very comfortable. BREAKFAST was very good and the bar very Cosy. More smile at reception desk would be great.. Cocktails missing: for example Piña colada. We missed small cabinet in the bathroom and in the room. Safe would be great. Waitress at the bar was very friendly and efficient as personal at breakfast (Mrs Belens for example).
Such a great hotel and perfect location! Walking distance to many of the best sights in Copenhagen. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
The minuses are: No cable, no fridge, no phone in the room. Bed was comfortable, good location . I didn't like the inconsistency in pricing for the same coffee each day, different bartenders charged me different prices. One day one girl wanted to charge me 20 DKK for a glass of tap water which I find outrageous. But dispite this I do reccomend Motel One :)

Surprised that the bedsheets were not changed when the room was cleaned. The shower really smelled bad no matter what I did. Location is great, staff was friendly but the hotel feels more like a rundown motel.
The room was far too small
Highlights: location, staff, breakfast Lowlights: room 529 faces teh street and we could sleep at all due to noises until 2am from people clubbing and dump truck at 7am , breakfast buffet is the same every day, no variety, bikes should be complimentary at least 1 day for members
The location is ideal; the hotel is situated on a side street, the metro just a 10-minute walk away. The rooms meet the standard Motel One quality—nothing to complain about. I recommend requesting a room facing the inner courtyard.
Great location! Room was a bit small for American travelers with large luggage. :) Nice bar. Very quiet despite being near a busy area. Fantastic being in walking distance from attractions and breakfast places.

Price vs. value is absolutely not justified. Super small room, loud and asking almost 300EUR!!!

Location is great. The room was spacious. Breakfast is good. Nothing special, but generally everything was ok. There were no TV programs, which was odd.

Good hotel in city centre, located on a quiet street, renovated old building. Room was adequate and clean, bed was on a softer side. Bathroom was rather small, shower not well designed: limescale build up - both on skim coat and on glass, shower door not sealed - water leaking out. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good, but just basic choice of food.
I missed a chair and a small desk or table in my room.
Only complaint is the TV situation. I got google cast and I couldn’t get it to hook up to the Chrome cast. Minor issue. Extremely comfortable bed. Clean. I would stay there again easily
Lovely comfortable hotel, good breakfast and brilliant and helpful staff. Just fell short on a few things to stop being perfect. When we got to our room after check in there was a dirty bath mat in the shower which had been left, this was removed the next day and the bed linen wasn't changed daily. Could do with a mirror for make up for people wearing glasses and more space for putting cosmetics in the bathroom. I loved the art on the boiled eggs in the morning for breakfast - that was a lovely touch
Excellent location, quiet hotel. Rooms are quite small and there is very little counter space. Works well for a few days business trips, though. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay in Copenhagen and the location and staff helped to make it so. Breakfast was delicious and staff very warm and friendly. We rented bikes on the last day which made our time in the city even more enjoyable. Would stay there again!
Great location and nice stylish hotel. Missing Minibar /fridge and aircon, which would be expected from a modern 4 star hotel. Late check out at an hourly rate even for just 1 hour. Could be more flexible and accommodating, not charging for the first hour!
Overall the rooms were nice and well equipped. However the noise in the room from the outside was pretty bad (and I am a heavy sleeper). Between the bell tower and noise from the outside bars it was quite hard to sleep. Having earplugs in the room available would help, especially for the rooms facing the street.
The room was unfortunately very smelly, it smelled like sewage. The manager tried to fix it immediately, but it did not work out as expected and we slept with an open window. Besides that, the hotel is very cozy and the vegan options for breakfast are very good.
All great, Federico who served us at the bar was amazing. The fan in the room was nice, but mostly because it was otherwise very warm and stuffy

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is conveniently located to everywhere of interest, including a metro station that is 5 mins away. My room was small but had everything I needed. There was no iron, but you can request a steamer from the front desk, which worked really well. It would have been great to have a small safe and a small fridge. I emailed the staff a few times with questions, and they replied promptly every time with helpful answers. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are doing a stopover. Just one note if you are taking the metro: the one closest to the hotel does not run very early on the weekends, but you aren’t that far away from alternative stations. Not a big deal, but it’s helpful to be aware ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was not as expected and the breakfast room too small for the size of the hotel.
We stayed for 1 night only. The employees were all very nice, especially the young woman from Argentina who just joined Motel One Copenhagen was extremely friendly. We had 2 rooms of a higher category. They were very spacious for Motel one standard. Prices are very high, but this is probably normal for Copenhagen in August.
Miła obsługa w recepcji, mały, ale ładny pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Smaczne śniadanie, choć trochę tłoczno. Znakomita lokalizacja.
Pokój zgodny z opisem oferty, czysty. Pomocna obsługa hotelu 24/7. Niestety było bardzo głośno wieczorami - okno pokoju wychodziło na patio , w którym urządzono ogródek baru hoteleowego. Mimo ciszy nocnej po godzinie 22.00 było słychać głośne rozmowy , co znacząco utrudniało zaśnięcie i sen. W pobliżu hotelu jest też wieża z dzwonem który bije co ok 30minut i także przeszkadza w wypoczynku i śnie .
Widać zużycie pokoju, lepsze sprzątanie by się przydało, czuć zaduch, stęchliznę w pokoju, więcej warzyw i owoców na śniadanie by się przydało

Bajeczne piękno i radość życia
Nazwa stolicy Danii wywodzi się od dawnej duńskiej nazwy Kopenhagi i oznacza „port kupców”, co już zdradza, że miasto było niegdyś ośrodkiem handlu. Mierzy wprawdzie tylko 125 cm wysokości i tym samym jest jednym z najmniejszych symboli miasta, a mimo to przyciąga turystów z całego świata. Kopenhaga jest wyjątkowa pod tym względem, że dzieli się na wyspy. Pomiędzy drogami wodnymi i zielonymi terenami, tak charakterystycznymi dla krajobrazu miasta, jest tu naprawdę wiele do odkrycia:
miłośnicy historii będą zachwyceni. Punktem obowiązkowym dla nich na turystycznej mapie miasta jest zamek Christiansborg – siedziba duńskiego parlamentu, premiera i sądu najwyższego. Skoro już o przyjemnościach mowa: Na duże zakupy warto wybrać się na ulice handlowe Strøget i Strædet. Ponad kilometrowej długości tworzą jeden z najdłuższych deptaków w Europie i są prawdziwym zakupowym rajem. Shop till you drop – ten cel jest tu jak najbardziej do osiągnięcia. Chcesz coś przekąsić? Malownicza i obłędnie fotogeniczna ulica Nyhavn z charakterystycznymi kolorowymi domami po obu stronach kanału o tej samej nazwie jest kulinarnym centrum Kopenhagi. Miłośników alternatywnych atrakcji zainspiruje „wolne miasto”: Christiania. Ta autonomiczna gmina, powstała w 1971 roku, znajduje się tuż za mostem. Kolorowa sztuka uliczna, wymyślne rzeźby, niezwykła architektura mieszkalna – warto wybrać się na drugą stronę rzeki.

Nieco mniej alternatywny, ale również położony w centrum Kopenhagi i unikatowo zaprojektowany jest nasz hotel. Stylowo urządzone pokoje, bezpłatne Wi-Fi oraz pożywne śniadanie w doskonałej cenie. Najlepsza „miejscówka” i baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. Stąd można wszędzie dotrzeć pieszo lub metrem. Albo rowerem – w końcu to Kopenhaga, miasto rowerów.
