Great location, friendly staff, very clean rooms and good value for money. However I would have liked to have had privacy curtains on the window in the room as anyone opposite can see directly into the room so there is a lack of privacy issue here. A kettle would be a nice addition as there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The noise levels of banging doors on my floor was annoying as it was constant throughout the morning and early afternoon. I may have been located near the cleaning services which could explain it. This was not a problem during the late afternoon and evening but forget having a peaceful lie-in in the morning after 9am. Despite these issues I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The staff are great, location is perfect with some great restaurants within a few hundred metres and the bed was good so I slept well too and would stay again.
Always love coming here - had to work while there as well as relax - staff excellent / bar great. A fantastic hotel!
Super.
Really nice hotel
As always, stay was great. Staff are courteous and helpful. Room is clean and functional. Location is convenient. Motel One is exactly what a traveler needs.
Great hotel. We stayed 3 nights in Brussels and the hotel was in a great location. 5 minute walk from Brussels Central Station which we used as a hub to travel to other cities over the few days. The rooms are very comfortable, with a good size bed and individual duvets, which is a great touch. Bathroom was nice and the shower was perfect. We didnt have breakfast but we did go to the lobby bar, which has a really nice atmosphere. Very chilled and relaxing. Would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money
Very nice staff, clean and (all in all) comfortable rooms, awesome breakfast buffet, and getting to and from the hotel is easy both by foot or by bus. The two points reduction is due to the AC not working (apparently). I was there during one of the first warmer may day and the room became hot and stuffy quite fast during the night. The windows can be opened but I'd expect to be able to use the AC if there are controls on the wall. As it was I set it down to 15C just to try to cool the room but it didn't make any difference. Friends who were in other rooms at the same time said they had the same issue. That point aside, I can really recommend this hotel :)
Clean and well located hotel. Special mention for the service attitude, as we got the room earlier. I highly recommend it!
good locatuion, nice breakfast and confortable room.
I love everything about this hotel.
All great, but I always forget to mention that I am a Be-One member, not sure if one accumulates points or something. In that case, please add my stay of last Sunday-Tuesday (2 nights).
I filed a complaint because I was in a room with the bathroom that had a very pungent smell. The first thing I arrive were sold out so I can change. The second night I requested cleaning, but it did not fix it. I made a formal complaint haven’t heard from The staff or the manager. I’ve stayed many times at Motel One but this time I was disappointed.
We informed the front desk that the ventilation in our room was not working properly. The representative explained it was unusually hot weather and in the next few days it would cool off and the air conditioning system id turned on at a later time of year. He showed us with a pamphlet how to set it to ensure the temperature at the lowest possible. After following instructions given it was still very hot in the room. We were then told maintenance would verify which they never did as confirmed by another representative at the front desk. We stayed there 5 nights and every night was sleepless due excessive heat due to the malfunctioning ventilation system. We could not leave the window open as we were situated at the side of the boulevard where first responder vehicles passed regularly with blaring sirens. I can confirm it was malfunctioning since we are now staying at the Motel One Amsterdam and the ventilation is set as we were instructed and we are very comfortable. Also, upon check-in we declined daily housekeeping but requested that our towels be changed daily and garbage empty. For two days no one came by, I had to personally hand the towels to be changed and a very full garbage pail to be emptied to housekeeping as there were two at either end of the hallway and both informed me that our room number 475 was not on their list, hence didn't offer to provide the service requested. I must say, we left with a bitter note.
Everything was satisfactory, however breakfast area was very limited to find a table, making people to wait. Only cold selection of food. You could expect more due to the price range.
Facilities are modern but also a bit sparse (no refrigerator). When I exercised, I noted that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly. Staff was very friendly, but I hardly needed contact with them. The breakfast room was objectionably crowded.
very good location, modern, clean hotel, good breakfast
Jose was the best! Very very helpful and overall welcoming during my stay. David, Francisco(s), were all also very friendly and ensured that I was taken care of. Great staff overall.
Very good service and helpfull employees at the front desk. Very good breakfast and efficient staff who cleared the tables for the next guests. Even though it was full, we quickly got a seat and a clean table. Very nice location, close to the city center and a good starting point for visiting all parts of the city
Hospitable staff ( though sometimes not in their job description) , cleanliness everywhere , punctual appointments, I don’t think I will think what hotel to attend whenever I’m in Europe , read you have lots of branches . One important thing for us middle easterners we prefer a bidet (shattaf) in the toilets . Thanks again from my wife and I Mohammad Ali Dabbous
Nice hotel, good location but some difficulties with booking and checkins.
Great location and efficient staff. Clean rooms
Good hotel but the AC is always non existent. It’s really hot in every room. Bed is good, bathroom was large
room is very small and lack of mini bar hair conditioner and water is very inaapropriate
Really wonderful people working in your hotel, gentle and supportive, congratulations
I use Motel One whenever I can, and I have to say that the quality, services, bar, and customer service are excellent. The only downside is that the rooms are always a bit too small.
Negative:Due to the current (great) weather conditions, the rooms our room was extremely hot (30 + Celcius) between 11:00 to 18:00. Positive: The employees at the bar were extremely kind, attentive and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and helped us with recommendations of where to eat or visit. (Special thanks to Francisco)
I've been in the premises several times. This was by far the worst. Room was very warm and the general air system could not be adjusted to the rooms getting sun most of the day (only option was opening the window, which was not ideal for a room facing the main street). Additionally, the bathroom had a very weird "sewage" smell. Oh, and 1 last thing, Wi-Fi didn't allow having videoconferencing properly, which was part of my work tasks while in Brussels.
I have stayed in one of the best hotels ever. Very clean, excellent position, close to the centre and to the Central Station, the staff was very kind. Big room and with a nice view to the garden.I will definitely come back.
With my 3 friends, we really liked the hotel: the staff, the room, the bed, the view from the balcony as well as the Interior design: fournitures and the colors. Additionally, the location is just perfect!
Had a wonderful 5 night stay here whilst in Brussels. Great location and walkable for the main city area and central station. Breakfast was good, but no bacon or sausages etc. otherwise there was a reasonable selection. Bar area was great and very relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Some very nice restaurants nearby.👍🏼👍🏼 Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bed and room are comfy, good location but staff lacks hospitality . After checkout I stored my luggage at the concierge. During collection , the staff took a bit longer to get my luggage so naturally from outside I said if I can help to identify my luggage . I didn’t enter the room and I was in the rush because I have the train to catch. The other staff (he is still young) in the reception shouted to me to hold as if I was about to steal something from the hotel. I cannot accept this behaviour because the tone he used when speaking to me is so rude.
The staff were very nice, and the hotel is excellent. I do recommend it.
Hotel room was lovely, nice surprise to have a balcony and views were amazing
Room and toilet size too small. No cabinet for dress hanging and drawers for items storage
The stay was good. I am a regular guest of Motel One in Brussels and the stay is as good as always. The rooms are clean and comfortable. On this occasion, I met Francisco at the bar, and it made a huge difference. He was very attentive, quick to offer help and always gave us great recommendations for food. He is very knowledgeable about Brussels and friendly.
Feeling like I have been before…familiar. Great guys on reception. Very clean.
It was perfect. Clean and silent.
Clean and comfy room in a good central location.
Very nice and well-located hotel. My favourite hotel in Brussels.
Employees aré awesome! Thanks Francisco the barman who gave us all the best tips to eat and enjoy Brussels.
Location was great. Reception staff was friendly and informative. Frustrated with no refrigerator in room. Also, there was no hot item(s) for breakfast.
Absolutnie perfekcyjna usługa za konkurencyjną cenę. Blisko do dworca, parku i dzielnicy europejskiej. Pokój cichy (6 piętro), dobrze wyposażony i nieskazitelnie czysty.
Super miejsce, lokalizacja - blisko do większości atrakcyjnych miejsc.
Obfite śniadania - lecz brakowało mi jajecznicy i paróweczek.
Pobyt w hotelu bardzo przyjemny. Pokoje czyste i zadbane. Śniadania bogate i smaczne.

Odzwierciedlamy to w naszym designerskim hotelu, gdzie z przymrużeniem oka interpretujemy słynne brukselskie koronki, składamy hołd pierwszej belgijskiej parze królewskiej, a przede wszystkim celebrujemy belgijską sztukę warzenia piwa.
Niedrogie designerskie hotele w Brukseli – Twój Motel One
To prawdziwy tygiel sztuki ulicznej, wyluzowanych barów i antykwariatów, to tu codziennie odbywa się tu jeden z największych pchlich targów w Europie.
Budowla ta powstała z okazji Wystawy Światowej w 1985 roku i właściwie miała zostać potem rozebrana.
Do pozostałych atrakcji turystycznych należą wzgórza artystów Mont des Arts, Narodowa Bazylika, Pałac Sprawiedliwości i sławna figurka-fontanna Manneken Pis.
