Clean, comfortable bed, a little bit small but ok for one person. Room on the road a bit noisy, but not these in higher floors

The "10" score was achieved simply because of the excellent service we received from the bar staff. They were simply amazing, they went above and beyond to be pleasant and make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Any issues we had with other aspects of the hotel were erased by the staff at the bar, especially the one gentleman from Spain - unfortunately, we can't remember his name, but he was a standout star, and he made our stay wonderful. Especially for our 81 year old mother! Cheers from Canada!
Excellent service as usual. I was thrilled we could enjoy an early check-in as we were on a tight schedule, despite the fact the hotel had been nearly fully booked up the previous day. Staff at reception and at breakfast were exceptionally kind in both English and French. Breakfast selection was great (even for certain dietary restrictions). The room was clean and had all necessary amenities for a quick stay. A fun stay overall!
Room was comfortable. Lounge & bar staff were so friendly and engaging. All staff were generally very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again.
I had a room overlooking the garden and it was excellent. I liked the bathroom especially the spacious shower. Breakfast was very good and healthy. Waiters were very cordial. The only thing I missed is the free coffee next to the reception.
The hotel and facilities are good, but the fluctuating prices are outrageous. In 4 days, the price went up to almost 300%

I have stayed at Motel One, Brussels many times during the past years. It has almost become my second home especially as I have an office near to Motel One with a team working ther. This is despite the fact that I live in Paris. I have said this in previous comments. I am always impressed that so many of your Team remember me even by name.
Technicians started to work at 10 PM around my room. After 3 calls, they stopped. But restarted working at 1:45AM ... Just unacceptable ... The basis for a hotel is to offer quiet and peaceful night. This was definitely not met.
Rooms i like verymuch new and clean, also comfortable . Breakfast i do not like why it is really less it should be improved. For the hot weathers, terrace side can have some blowers maybe

Everything has been perfect except the mix of clean and dirty glasses at the water spot near the lift ( 1st floor) We drank in used glasses and realised later. And saw people doing the same. Ther should be a mention with the proper trays.

Clean environment and amazing experience. The hotel might want to increase security by ensuring some sort of access restrictions at the elevator. Cards should be used to access the elevator

Noisy room, on the side in construction. Heating did not work both days. Water pressure at the shower very low, cost reduction probably, but very annoying and noticeable for guests.
A very clean and well-located hotel, perfectly suited for exploring Brussels and nearby cities, thanks to its close proximity to Brussels Central Station.

Small room
Service and staff were excellent. Location of hotel is convenient and a short walk from sights. The only issue was lack of privacy as the front of hotel rooms do not have privacy windows or light coverings so we had to pull the heavy curtain not to be seen by offices and homes opposite. It was hot during our stay and we didn't want to feel closed in by the curtain. We enjoyed drinks in the bar area during our stay but went out for breakfast.
Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Great staff, always friendly and helpful. BUT, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which really took the edge off our holiday. Would not come back.
Best value for money. The location is excelent to vist the city. Room a bit small, but clean and comfortable. It was possible to do an early check-in which was perfect for our plans.

We were a bit disappointed that even though we booked 2 garden view rooms, we got rooms looking out on the street. The breakfast area was hectic and we had to wait for a table to become available. Other than that, the hotel is located in a convenient spot, lots of restaurants nearby and easy accessible. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again.
I like the interior and the nice rooms with various designs and colors, as well as the good services. However, the noise from the construction works near the building was a little bit disturbing!!

V bezprostřední blízkosti našeho designového hotelu se nachází také Evropská čtvrť, domov Evropské unie a řady institucí.
