Good hotel
We really like to stay in the hotel as it was very conveniently placed and it was clean and friendly. we recommend others to also book into this hotel.
Very clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were spotless, and the employees made me feel welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
A nice hotel with friendly staff in a nice location. Even the room looks very clean and neat, the carpet needs to be checked. I was wearing socks in the room, one time I got blonde hair on my socks (I have black hair) and the other time, I got false eyelashes on my socks. As the carpet has dark-toned colors, it is hard to spot dirt or foreign bodies. (Apart from my concerns on the carpet's hygiene, everything else in the room is very ok.) One more thing, the wifi is very weak. (The wifi at Motel One Paris is very strong and fast.)

It was one of the best Hotel i have ever been to, room was a little small but nothing problematic, staff was very friendly and helpful, lobby was great and service (like the free water in summer) was very thoughtful. Great Experience
MotelOne-Team is very kind, breakfast and location is great, but the air conditioner in the rooms are inacceptable warm / not functioning well.
The hotel itself was beautiful I loved the lobby/ bar area and being able to go outside and sit in the garden. Only downside was that the room was very small making it hard to fit 2 luggages in it comfortably and the washroom could have a better set up as there wasn’t much space for my things but overall was satisfied with my stay.
The room was warm, and hard to cool down, but outside temperatures were very warm, so understandable. Service staff is very welcoming and kind. Breakfast is great. Shower head could use some maintenance, the knob to change the water spray on the shower head was not working as there was build up of calcium.

Location was good, central location close to public transport. The room was clean and quiet and I loved the checkout at 12:00. Too bad the breakfast wasn't until 11:00. Although it was a weekday, I came back late from a concert and needed a bit more sleep.

Excellent 4 night stay. Fabulous breakfast, helpful and efficient staff. Clean environment throughout. Comfortable and quiet room. Great location for a short walk to the Royal Palace and city centre.
We were disappointed to find that the room did not have a refrigerator. This was something we were not aware of prior to our stay and, unfortunately, did not notice at the time of booking. We find it quite unusual that, in this day and age, a hotel room—especially in a hotel of your standard—does not include a refrigerator. In addition, housekeeping was provided only once during our stay. We stayed from Thursday until Monday, when we checked out. At one point, a sign was placed indicating that we did not want the room to be cleaned, and as a result, it was not cleaned until Friday morning. However, this was not the case—we did want the room to be cleaned. We were also not provided with any clean towels, so we had to continue using the same ones throughout our stay. Finally, we found the room to be very small overall, which also affected our experience.
Only thing I would change is to put coffee in the rooms.

Generally pleasant stay, like the cozy and elegant decor and the breezy inner courtyard - though should not close at periods during the day. Rooms were simple but adequate, for the price was acceptable and excellent location near Brussels park and 12 minutes walk to Grand Place.

The reception staff are so helpful and are a credit to this hotel. The place is spotless, the garden area is so relaxing. Breakfast is also good. Only disappointed with no tea coffee facilities in the room. I would still book here again though. Also excellent restaurant just across the road. Floyds. Food incredible.
The hotel and room were excellent. Clean and comfortable. No noise issues. A disappointment that there were no tea/coffee-making facilities, but this seems to be the case outside of the uk sometimes.
My brother and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by two incredibly kind and friendly receptionists. Our room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The housekeeping staff were also extremely kind, and they kept the room impeccably clean throughout our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful in every way. The garden was absolutely stunning, and we spent every evening there enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and attentive, including everyone working at the bar. There is honestly nothing I could complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I truly hope to come back again soon. Highly recommended!

Very good hotel, I have been here already 5 times or more. I have recommended this to colleagues, family and friends. Disadvantage: it is now becoming so popular that the previous time I tried to book a room, it was sold out. Suggestions for improvement: - more electric power outlets in the rooms. - add water heater in room to make tea? - breakfast: it is not indicated which bread is whole-grain and organic. Please maximise use of organic food and mention it. Please more vegan options. Bottles of still water: not necessary because tap water in Brussels is excellent. Overall: thanks for the nice stay, looking forward to next time!

Very friendly staff and great location in walking distance to everything in downtown. Nice breakfast area with enough seating (not every Motel One can offer that). Good breakfast variety. Rooms are clean and Motel One standard. We booked a room with a balcony. Great view. Comfortable bed. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Clean rooms and beautiful common areas. Near to several restaurants, a great park, plus bus and tram routes, although I just walked everywhere. About 30 minutes from grand place walking and a lot less crowded with tourists. Would definitely stay again.
We have stayed at several Motel One hotels across Europe, and while our stay in Brussels was enjoyable overall, it wasn't our favourite. The main disappointment was the breakfast service. Some of the breakfast staff came across as rather inflexible, particularly regarding the policy of not opening the garden door before 8:00 a.m. From what I observed, a number of guests, myself included, were disappointed by this. It was difficult to understand the reasoning, as I can't imagine breakfast guests sitting quietly in the garden would create any more disturbance than those eating indoors. This is also the first Motel One where we've encountered this rule. We visit Motel One Barcelona every October and always enjoy having breakfast outside early in the morning. It's a simple luxury that we don't get at home at that time of year, so it was disappointing not to have the same opportunity in Brussels. That said, one member of the breakfast team, a tall gentleman, was outstanding. He clearly took pride in his work, genuinely enjoyed looking after guests, and made people feel welcome, comfortable, and well cared for. Bravo! His approach to customer service is exactly the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting positive impression. What was disappointing was that some of the staff responsible for managing breakfast appeared to take more satisfaction in enforcing what felt like an unnecessary policy than in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A more flexible, guest-focused approach would make a significant difference to the overall experience.

Booked 2 rooms, 1 for my son and I and one for my parents. Staff were super friendly who couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were super clean, beds very comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing. Lovely little garden to have a drink in. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would definitely return

The "10" score was achieved simply because of the excellent service we received from the bar staff. They were simply amazing, they went above and beyond to be pleasant and make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Any issues we had with other aspects of the hotel were erased by the staff at the bar, especially the one gentleman from Spain - unfortunately, we can't remember his name, but he was a standout star, and he made our stay wonderful. Especially for our 81 year old mother! Cheers from Canada!
Excellent service as usual. I was thrilled we could enjoy an early check-in as we were on a tight schedule, despite the fact the hotel had been nearly fully booked up the previous day. Staff at reception and at breakfast were exceptionally kind in both English and French. Breakfast selection was great (even for certain dietary restrictions). The room was clean and had all necessary amenities for a quick stay. A fun stay overall!

I had a room overlooking the garden and it was excellent. I liked the bathroom especially the spacious shower. Breakfast was very good and healthy. Waiters were very cordial. The only thing I missed is the free coffee next to the reception.
The hotel and facilities are good, but the fluctuating prices are outrageous. In 4 days, the price went up to almost 300%

Tato významná dominanta vznikla při příležitosti světové výstavy v roce 1985 a měla být původně znovu odstraněna. Dnes ovlivňuje vzhled města jako žádné jiné architektonické dílo a je považována za symbol pokroku, technologie, míru a demokracie.
V bezprostřední blízkosti našeho designového hotelu se nachází také Evropská čtvrť, domov Evropské unie a řady institucí. Návštěvníci, kteří se zajímají o politické dění, mohou v týdnu zdarma vyrazit na prohlídku Evropského parlamentu a s trochou štěstí zhlédnout i nějaké to zasedání.
