I have stayed here regularly since it opened. Quiet rooms at the back of the hotel. Nice bar area at the front. I tried two rooms as there was a slight humming noise from the ventilation or electrics in the ceiling, which continued all night.
Overall my experience is OK. The location of the hotel is excellent, however the rooms are a little dated/tired and compared to my experience at the occidental in Prague 5 the room there was nicer. They also include a small fridge to keep drinks/food cold which is nice, which you do not.
Lage und Preis waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer war nach hinten raus, daher auch ruhig. Allerdings sind im Gebäude direkt gegenüber Büros. Wenn man die schweren Vorhangschals aufzieht, haben die Büroangestellten freie Sicht auf die Hotelzimmer. Ein leichter Store wäre sinnvoll. Das Zimmer war groß genug, dass noch etwas mehr Mobiliar reingepaßt hätte. Wenn man sich etwas zu essen mit aufs Zimmer bringt, fehlt es an zueinander passenden Möbeln bzw. Ablageflächen (Tisch und Stuhl). Ein Wasserkocher wäre eine enorme Aufwertung. Dafür dass dieses Hotel mit seinem Signature-Design wirbt, war das Zimmer überraschend nichtssagend. Weiße Wände, brauner Teppich, brauner Vorhang. Sonst nichts. Das ist nicht schlimm, aber auch nicht begeisternd. Das Zimmer war sauber, Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und ausreichend. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Untergeschoss und daher fensterlos.
Wir waren als Paar für 5 Nächte hier. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Hotel ist sehr zentral und man kann gut zu Fuß alles erreichen.
Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr nettes Personal
3 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Preis-Leistung ist kaum zu schlagen. Die Lage einfach genial, um sehr viel zu Fuß zu erkunden. Tramstation und Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles top.

I've been a few times in one of the Motel One hotels in Prague, but this time I felt something off. It's like getting weaker to be honest. The staff were friendly, helpful, the room was clean and again it has got an exceptional location. BUT here are some recommendation: - Please improve the coffee service in the morning, I can not drink these coffees, it couldn't even be called coffee. - Compared to the Cloud One in Prague, the breakfast selection is rather poor here in the Florentinum, for this price I hoped a better one.

Čisté pokoje, velmi pohodlné postele. V rámci snídaně chybí teplý bufet.
A restaurant for dinner would be nice.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Mitarbeiter stets hilfsbereit und das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgiebig.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich und professionell empfangen. Das Personal war zu jederzeit hilfsbreit und freundlich, die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr gepflegt.
Das Zimmer, war praktisch und schön eingerichtet, die Hotelmitarbeitenden alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Toll war auch, dass wir unser Gepäck noch nach dem Auschecken dort lassen konnten.

Very nice hotel – clean, quiet, and with comfortable beds. I stay here regularly and overall I really enjoy it. What truly makes my stay every time is one particular lady at breakfast. Not only does she make the best cappuccino (which honestly makes my day), but she always greets guests with a genuine smile and positive energy. I really wish the staff wore name tags, because she is an exceptional employee and deserves recognition. When she is not there, the experience is noticeably different: the attitude is less welcoming and the coffee comes from the standard machine instead. Whenever she is there, the stay feels perfect. One small area for improvement would be the check-in process. As a frequent guest, I find it a bit inconvenient to have to show my passport every single time. Perhaps guest data could be saved for regular visitors—unless, of course, this is a legal requirement. Overall, a very good hotel, made excellent by outstanding staff.
Na recepci jsem ráno ohlásila špatný tělový krém, který ve své lahvi obsahoval sprchový gel. Když jsem se vrátila večer na pokoj, tak to nebylo vyměněno. Myslím si, že to určitě dostal i host po mě a tak dále, pokud to i po mě někdo nenahlásil. Chápu, že se to může stát při přelévání kosmetiky, ale když to nahlásím, tak by to mělo mít napraveno. Stejnou zkušenost měla i moje kolegyně.
Malé, ale comfortné izby. Žiadny zvuk nešiel zvonka, zničená alebo špinavá kúpeľňa. Bar skvelý avšak obsluha veľmi pomalá, aj keď sme chceli, tak by sme tam nevedeli minúť viac peňazí. Raňajky výborné, avšak vajíčka boli studené a chýbali tam nejaké palacinka alebo lievance.
Easy stay, nice people!
CO Prague liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, ist also für Bahnreisende schnell zu erreichen. Karlsbrücke und Moldau erreicht man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten. Die Lage ist also sehr gut. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind schön ruhig. Ansonsten gute MO Standard - warum aber das Frühstück in CO Hotels teurer ist als in MO Hotels - erschliesst sich mir nicht.

- Receptionist forget provide voucher for water. Very inconvenient to pick up water in the bar - I canceled my future stay ( I made new reservation with more days to stay)at the reception as well as via mail- no confirmation yet ….!
Here is a polished review in English that sounds natural and balanced: ⸻ We would like to thank the hotel for the wonderful New Year celebration. It was a great experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The people working at the reception are excellent — very kind, helpful, and professional, especially the guy with glasses. The staff was always polite and friendly. Breakfasts were always fresh and delicious, which made our mornings very pleasant. There are only a few small remarks. The bathroom floor was very cold, which was a bit uncomfortable. Also, housekeeping was not always done perfectly: sometimes dirty cups were left in the room, and the shower drain was often clogged with hair, so the water drained very slowly. As a personal recommendation, it would be great to change the shampoo and shower gel, as they hardly foam at all. Overall, everything else was great. It was an excellent trip, and the nine days we spent at the hotel passed very smoothly and happily. We would gladly consider staying here again.
My favorite hotel in this price range in Prague
The room was very small instead all the other rooms i stayed all the years in Motel one in Germany, since 2017. The reception most of the people are friendly Mr.Stefane I think its his name should learn to smile and not seemed bothered. The hotel generally is super! The elevator amazingly fast in a good way. The location and all the hotel inside was very nice!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist für einen Städtetrip genügend gross und es war alles sauber. Mitarbeiter an der Reception sowie Bar waren immer sehr freundlich.
Everything was like expected. Prague itself is a great place to be. And, The Cloud One is the perfect starting point to explore.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage. Zimmer ok. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider etwas kleine Lounge, deshalb ein Punkt Abzug. Komme aber gerne wieder.

Lage: Topp, Tram Station gleich in der Nähe. Zimmer: Topp, vor allem das Bad! - Punkt: Man kann das Zimmer nicht ganz Dunkel machen da es nur ein Vorhang gibt und die Strassen Beleuchtung zu stark durchschimmert. Frühstück Buffet: Topp, aber der Raum ist zu klein.. 20 min warten ist zu lange..
Otel temiz merkezi konumda ana mlnl bar kahve su hiç bişey yok odada. Sadece yatak ve banyo. Çok beğenmedim
We enjoyed a lot everything: the room, the bar, the breakfast. It was very clean and great bed. But we missed a small Frigidaire in the room.
2017 war ich bereits Gast ihres Hauses. Einige Gesichter ihrer Mitarbeiter/innen kamen mir noch bekannt vor. Wir haben uns zum Jahreswechsel bewusst wieder für ihr Haus entschieden. War alles super.
Super Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir durften schon vor 15 Uhr unser Zimmer beziehen. Danke für die Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks nach dem Checkout.

Everything was perfect, except some minor details in the bathroom, no bag at the bin and the hair drier wasn't working.
Living at The Cloud One Prague was a fantastic experience for us. The stuff was really kind and always tried their best for making us feel like home! We have given a so peaceful and clean room, something that made us wonder, because, even though the hotel is in front of the trains station and a central street, we didn't understand any noise coming from the outsdide! The breakfast not only contained a great variety, but also was so delicius and was served at the bar which has also a breathtaking view of Prague!! Last but not least, the hotel was near to the old city centre, approximattely 10 minutes on foot. We really appreciate the services and thank the Cloud One Prague for everything!!

From the start till the end, our stay at Motel One Prague Florentinum was a great experience again!
Thought it was very expensive for what it was! £234 for 1 night. Small rooms, freezing cold with no heating. No English TV channels. Could hear music from next door building being played which disrupted sleep! Also booked a king size room but it was a double bed with 2 single quilts. Wouldn’t recommend or return!! A shame because the hotel is actually really pretty in reception/rooftop but the rooms are terrible!
Ein wunderschönes Hotel, die Lage top für Gäste, die mit der Eisenbahn anreisen. Das Zimmer modern und vom Platz ausreichend, das Badezimmer ein wenig klein. Gut schall-abgedichtete Fenster. Fein wäre es, wenn man noch einen niedrigeren Polster zur Auswahl hätte. Das Frühstück super. Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Ausblick Lounge/Dachterrasse großartig.
