Nicely designed hotel with comfortable beds and solid breakfast. I loved the garden and since the weather was great, I was able to sit and work outside until 10 pm. Regrettable is the missing service at the bar and garden area; two ladies worked behind the bar very efficiently but guests had to line up to get their drinks and food and pay immediately. Although being aware about missing personnel, this kills the feeling of well-being and trust.

Perfect location for arrival at Berlin HBF and party at Hamburger Bahnhof Museum. Good night's sleep on a really good bed. Nice hard shower with really hot and cold water. Very good value for money, as nearly always at Motel One. Minus point for not providing a decent drinking glass for the complimentary bottle of water.
Excellent team and overall (room, breakfast, lobby) atmosphere. It's not the first time when staying in one of Motel One Hotels and hope to be your guest also in the future
I like Motel One very much in general but it was the first time I stayed in this one in Berlin and was slightly disappointed. The interior of my room looked a bit tired and gloomy. Probably this was not helped by the fact that it was a rainy day. I have stayed a lot in Motel One Wien HBF and that one has very nice and bright rooms. To be noted that the lobby/bar of this hotel in Berlin is nice.

Nice hotel, good location, nice staff. Clean room, even if after taking a nap in the afternoon I found a 2-3cm sliverfish insect on the wall next to the bed! I am not sensitive to this kind of thing, but some people could have ask you for a refound I think. Appart of the insect my biggest dissatisfaction was the breakfast, I don’t think there was any justification to set the price at 17.90€ per person. Not that it was bad, but nothing extraordinary.
Everything is perfect. Just want more variants of breakfast meal, like Omelette, if its possible.
Everything about this hotel is perfect! The front desk was so helpful (Johanna is amazing!!!) and was able to find me a room where I could watch the trains come in and out of the HBF and dream of my next visit. The bar is lovely and has excellent drinks, the room is tidy and much more spacious than other hotels of similar price ranges, the breakfast is a collection of staples and sweets and hearty items to start your day right! There is not one thing I could suggest to improve this hotel and location—steps away from the central transportation nerve of the city, access to a quiet outdoor courtyard, near a cool historical monument of Moabit, the friendliest multilingual staff. . . This is my first choice when traveling! Vielen Dank, Motel One Hauptbahnhof!
Very small rooms, dark corridors, TV does not work, no minibar, breakfast service extremely mediocre
The hotel is very modern and sleek, but the rooms are too small for two people and, worse, there is almost nowhere to unpack clothes into. The Wi-Fi was weak. Having only paper cups was also annoying.

Small breakfast area, buffe could easily be a bit larger
Check in was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The room was small but nice and perfectly adequate for the stay. In the evening at the bar we ordered from a gentleman (wore no name badge), he was extremely unfriendly and not at all courteous, like his other colleagues. Does not create a welcoming atmosphere. Too bad!
Comfortable room, but no kettle to boil water for tea. No hot food for breakfast which was a little overpriced.
The stay was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was satisfactory, though not a full English breakfast. Reception service was quite slow, with long queues during busy check-in and check-out times. However, the location—close to central Berlin—is excellent, making travel around the city very convenient.
Perfect location, the price, clean and modern

Very clean room. Although it might be too small for two people, an extra seat would be nice to have. Nice location, just a few minutes walking from Central Station (HBF Berlin). The only problem of the room was the water pressure, we were in the 10 th floor and the water pressure was very little. Despite the central location, the room is very quite. The brakefast was okish, the breakfast area is very small, so you constantly have to ask the staff to replace missing food items. The food offered is good, but again, the food is gone really fast, and you have to wait for the replacement. The people working at the breakfast are very friendly and happy to help, is not their fault that the area is small.
The TV and the connection to other devices were not working. When I selected TV in the menu, it kept loading without ever completing it. When I selected to connect other devices, it simply didn't work. Also, I liked the express check-in (after doing it online), but I thought there would also be an express check-out, like a place to drop the keys/cards and leave. Except for that, the room was good. I would stay there again.
The hotel and its employees are good. Whenever we had questions, they explained them to us with a beautiful smile. Thank you to all the employees.
The breakfast was not very exciting and the rolls small and hard. In the rooms the wardrobe (shelving) was not enough and the bed side tables too small. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Every time I stay at a MotelOne, the cleaning Service will cme into my Room in the morning when I'm still asleep. I don't know how to stop them from just coming in.
Check-in was unsatisfactory; I had to wait in line for about 45 minutes. I couldn't turn off the ambient lighting in my room (except by removing the key card). Everything else was fine; on the positive side, soap and shampoo etc. were in bottles (not single-use items). The breakfast was very good! Another positive was that the jam was in large jars. Salt could have been provided in a reusable salt shaker to make it even better.
Located right next to the main train station with a beautiful inner courtyard and a very friendly and service-oriented staff, I can only recommend this MotelOne
Clean, friendly, convenient and practical
All was as always in Motel One very good, but the mold in the handel of the shower and the detergent smell of the sheets and towels was not good.

Beforehand I want to highlight, that usually the Motel One team is very friendly. This time we had booked around 45 room (reserved 200), as guests from all around DACH were staying with us (Nintendo). The reception had a list, with names and we had to sign in, including e-mail-addresses. As this is not DSGVO-conform and on top we had influencers among our guests, who value their privacy, I made the female person at the counter aware of this and was rewarded with a very impolite and very unprofessional answer. Sort of: this is how we always do it. I replied that an "always" doesn't make it any better. And that we work with lists, which are made in a way, that nobody can read the names of others on those lists. My colleague and I went to the lift and she immediately and obviously started to gossip with her male partner. Which again was not the most clever thing she did, as first I recognized what she did and second one of our guest was standing at the reception and told me later at our event. Beside the fact, that the privacy of our guests was not guarded in this situation, me and my colleague were very annoyed about this kind of behaviour. Within this week I will share a complaint about her behaviour with our Purchasing Team.

Todo estuvo fabuloso la atención limpieza comida es el mejor hotel de Berlín
1ra vez en esta cadena. La habitación es hermosa y justa de tamaño. La cama y el baño son muy cómodos. Tuve que preguntar como apagar las luces por completo ! Mesitas de luz ínfimas. Linda vista al jardín, que también me encanto. Gran lobby con muchos sillones y bar. El desayuno tiene una deliciosa pastelería (sin platos calientes, que yo no consumo). Al ingresar al hotel me dieron una botella de agua grande. Caramelos a disposición. La ubicación es excelente, a 1 cuadra de la estación central de trenes, que permite ir al aeropuerto o a otras ciudades y con una estación de metro de la linea U5, que permite ir a todos los lugares mas turísticos. Igualmente se puede ir caminando a todos lados, ya que el Reichstag esta a 400 mts, la puerta de Branderburgo a 600 mts y de ahi a la Unter den Linden. Lo único que no me gusto es que una mujer de limpieza paso temprano por mi habitación para ver a que hora iba a dejarla y luego faltando 5 min para las 12:00, cuando yo ya estaba por salir, volvió y se señalo el reloj, pidiéndome que me vaya ! Muy feo.
Excelente, me alojé en 4 diferentes hoteles de la cadena y realmente muy conforme.
El desayuno podría mejorarse con alguna comida caliente (huevos revueltos, potajes, etc) al igual que con alguna fruta más además de la mandarina
Excelente atención en recepción y la ubicación del motel es espectacular, solo a 200 metros de la Estación Central de Berlin. La habitación cómoda y exacta. Los desayunos bravisimos. Muchas gracias.
En general todo esta bien. Las habitaciones estaban muy frías y no había ni un teléfono para llamar a recepción o como bajar el aire acondicionado.
Habitación con todo necesario, pero le falta una heladera pequeña.Tal vez una cafetera/tetera.

¿O está en Berlín por negocios? Desde aquí no solo existe una buena conexión con la estación central, que cuenta con conexiones de tren internacionales, sino también con el aeropuerto Berlín Brandenburg y con la feria de Berlín (ICC). En nuestro hotel realmente se encuentra en el nodo de comunicaciones de la capital, es decir, está en una ubicación tan cómoda y céntrica que no importa si solo está haciendo una escala o si está en Berlín para quedarse durante más tiempo. ¡Aquí tendrá la seguridad de estar en la ubicación idónea!
