The entire experience related to staying there was excellent. Very kind and effective check-in process and most helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, adding some 1-2 warm foods would make it perfect. Very considerate sustainable options for everything we needed. Easy and convenient ways for getting around in the city. The room was a little small for 3 people but efficiently furnished and very clean.
Welcoming and friendly personel, a quick checkin, clean room, nice smelling shower gel, decent breakfast, various seating opportunities. I didn't like the shampoo, hair felt like washed with soap. Table in the room is very small, hardly suitable for remote work. Breakfast area was a bit chaotic. Shower head could use a citric acid treatment.
Stayed at Tiergsrten often in the past 6 years, but quality and service has gone down alot. 3 times during breakfast my unfinished plates full of food were cleaned up while i was up gettings even though my personal items like mobile phones were still on table. Wasteful and annoying. Then i had asked 2x different staff for more feta cheese and had to wait 15+ mins before it was filled even though three employees were talking and standing around in the breakfast area. The elevator closest to reception closed too quickly and hit my arm 3 different times. Appears its prescense sensor is faulty - painful - in the past few stays appears one of the elevators is always defective. Lastly I had asked if both days of parking could be on one invoice and the reception said no problem - it will be taken care of at checkout - but on checkout day, I got an emal Invoice at 6:00am with only one day of parking. At checkout i mentioned this and it was said i would get a new invoice with all on it. The email never came. I came back today on next day and asked for invoice and only got a 2nd invoice with 2nd of parking. Very frustrating hotel staff that don’t seem to focus on their job or care about customers. I used to like this Motel One… but very disappointed recently.

Very clean hotel with a nice vibe. A great bar and pleasant staff, a comfortable bed and a great shower. Everything you need. A few minutes walk from Wittenbergplatz, and just off the Kurfurstenstrasse. The WiFi was great, unlike lots of other hotels.
The room does not look like exactly in the pictures. I was very disappointed the room had no mini fridge, no glass (a paper cup for leaving my wet toothbrush in it??), no kettle or at least a spoon.

I liked the hotel, but for this lind of price one expects to get a better room - not only roomier, but better organized. I couldn't use the desk, for example.

i enjoyed my stay, only in the room describtion (one for one) it didnt mention that its a 90cm bed, altough on the picture i could see its a bed for one person (which was fine for me). I like that the hotel is very well connected.
Very nice comfortable and clean. I can rest assured that wherever j stay with motel one cleanliness is at the top. Im always very satisfied. I dont rate this as a 10 because in the morning the cleaning guy came and opened the door twice and felt my privacy was violated. He came to clean at 7am and 10am. Otherwise all good.
Overall very satifactory. Room was functional but small. Would have loved to have water boiler in the room for tea/coffee.
Bad smell in the bathroom. No option to book the underground parking. Otherwise ok.
The hotel and room was pretty good. The bedroom was a bit too warm though and the ventilation/airco was not really helping. With a better cooling we would have give a much better evaluation.
Stayed in this hotel 6 timer. Great location. Lovely bar with friendly staff. Only criticism is around housekeeping and lack on interest when reported to reception.
I’ve been staying at this motel one for many years (20+), it’s friendly and comfortable. Only a couple of comments, it could do with an upgrade particularly the breakfast space (largely dark and unfriendly feeling) and the lifts ( creak an awful lot). It would also be great if the street was developed, it’s not an advert. And I will continue to come
Easy check in and check out. Three elevators! Clean efficient room with enough shelving space. Bus and Subway nearby. Lack of power outlet near the desk and the thin curtain that lets light through can be improved but otherwise, good hotel. Oh, and the hot water changes temperature sporadically. That may need to be fixed.
I stay here regularly as it has the best location of all the Motel Ones in Berlin and is not next to a railway line. The rooms at the back are generally quiet, although in the first room I had (501?) I was woken by a loud noise at 5 am which sounded intermittently all morning. At first I assumed it was from a building site outside, but on checking, I found that the door next to my room was marked AV/EV and might be some kind of boiler room which was noisy. I changed to room 545 at the opposite end of the hotel, which was blissfully quiet.
2 days on business trip
I have stayed in so many of your branches while i am on a business trip, But this time it turned out to be a pretty average, Firstly, there was no proper chair or desk was very small, and there was no lamp on desk ( i had important meetings and it was super dark in the late evening) The room lighting was also very poor. Also no charging sockets close to desk. No trash bin in the room. I can go on and on. Very disappointed. Will probably stop considering for my travels.
Great hotel, very basic room but still good for the money you pay. A mini fridge or kettle would have made my experience a lot better. Breakfast was not my thing, only able to prepare some cold options.

The room was clean, fresh and bright; great location. The mattress on the bed was soft on one side; the bathroom is very small.

Gutes Buisness Hotel
I enjoyed the stay in your hotel at Berlin-Tiergarten, I have not written excellent since I would have preferred a second blanket to place underneath, I have problems to lie on the rubber only separated by the thin sheet.
I am still waiting for an invoice/receipt, which I need for reimbursement. Obviously you have my email to send me this survey. Please send the receipt ASAP!

Climate control knew only two steps: off and sauna. Had to leave the window open to achieve a comfortable temperature. Bathroom didn't seem to have any working ventilation.

Really great service, and what you are paying for. The room was clean although I would recommend having pillow protectors as the pillows were pretty stained.
Excellent, as usual. I stay here regularly. It's my favourite Motel One in Berlin, as most of the others have a railway line running past, or are in between two busy streets, or have no garage. The rooms at the back of Tiergarten are blissfully quiet and you have no need for ear plugs. Location is excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants in all directions.
The layout of the SpecialOne rooms is poor. There is no room around the bed. The rooms are very hot and it is difficult to leave the windows open due to the 24/7 traffic noise from the An d. Urania Strasse. I would not be able to recommend this hotel or stay again unfortunately.
Hotel, as with all Motel One properties, was very solid and consistent. One adverse issue was that I could not open the window, which was a pity in terms of airing the room. Other than that, all fine and I’ll continue to use Motel One where available.

Todo muy bien
Conozco bastante esta cadena hotelera y es la que estoy utilizando en mis viajes recientes. Sabes lo que te vas a encontrar y eso es de agradecer. En lo que respecta a esta estancia, habitación sencilla pero cómoda y muy limpia, al igual que sábanas y toallas nuevas. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Habitación en la planta 9 con excelentes vistas y luz. Personal muy amable. Al ser Berlín una ciudad tan extensa la situación depende de dónde quieras estar o te pueda interesar más. En mi caso quería estar en esa zona y fue perfecto, además de que en general está muy bien situado en una zona muy cómoda con todos los servicios y bien comunicada con todo. Además tienen bastantes hoteles en todo Berlín. Por poner un pero, que en esta ocasión no había caja de seguridad en la habitación, y lo que digo siempre en esta cadena hotelera, que estaría bien disponer de una nevera en las habitaciones. Indudablemente, siguen siendo mi opción principal actualmente a la hora de reservar un hotel. Volvería al Motel One Berlin Tiergarten sin duda. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Quien quiera olvidarse de la vorágine de la gran ciudad puede quedarse flotando en nuestro Motel One Berlín-Tiergarten y sentirse como «un cowboy del espacio azul eléctrico»... Y es que el leitmotiv de nuestro hotel, inspirado en Urania, la musa de la astronomía, son los sistemas planetarios y la inmensidad del universo. El One Lounge está decorado por los planetas y sus lunas, la pared de la barra es un espejo con un gráfico del universo y cientos de diodos de luz emulan un mar de estrellas infinito.
