Clean, comfortable, well located, friendly.
Everything was fine overall, but the woman at the reception made a mistake and confused the names. She entered my room at 3 a.m., woke me up, and asked for my ID card. It was a really strange and uncomfortable experience.

Weekend in Hannover
The only thing missing, like in most hotels, is a switch at the bed to kill every light but the light at the bed.

Good location. Room 602 had no window at eye level. Very small bathroom. Good selection at breakfast, but no decaf coffee in the machines (had to order this separately). Many tables too close together to be practical. No tea/coffee in room. One women staff member at breakfast not very friendly. We really appreciated the excellent service from Chireg.

Loved staying in this hotel, only wish it was longer. The staff, facilities, cleanliness, and food were all fantastic.
This was our 2nd time in Hannover and this Motel One and we think we’ll come back for a 3th time. The hotel, city and the people are all very relaxed that makes us come back.

Apart of the exagerated price (certainly because of the Scorpions concert!!!!), it was fine
The room was quite spacious, very clean, with spotless curtains and windows that I could open for fresh air, which I really appreciated. I also loved the TV next to the bed that could swivel 360 degrees — super convenient. The staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect. The neighbors upstairs were noisy at night, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was okay, though I would have liked more egg or sausage options.

A very positive experience - nothing to fault!
I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is excellent, just steps away from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. I highly recommend booking a room with a view of the opera, it made the experience even more special. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be booking another Motel One on my future travels.

I enjoyed my stay in your hotel in Hannover city. However please include more vegetarian options for breakfast. It would be helpful for visitors from Asia.
I had a fabulous morning breakfast by two fantastic service personnel Angelos (fellow Greek!) and Chirag from fab India. Well done All the service was excellent !
The hotel is located in the center of the city, so it is a great area to start exploring the city. The rooms have a decent size, are very clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

When booking I always leave a comment in the message for the Hotel field. However I have the feeling nobody reads them or acts on them. The Wifi is unencrypted which is not state of the Art.
Having been a guest with Motelone for more than a decade and having spent thousands of euros with you, I am being treated like I have never been there before - your customer relationship management systems don't work. Why am I a member of BeOne then? The check in process at the reception was unacceptably slow, and unacceptably unfriendly. The room had a crooked mattresses and a noisy, thus probably broken A/C system so that I had to switch it off in order to sleep.

Hi Motel One Team, I booked the first night with one person and the second night with two people. At the reception I had to point out that the equipment had to be adapted to the number of guests. It was not automatic. I regularly stay at Motel One in Germany.
Alles war bestens.
Add a gluten-free option (Bread/rolls) at breakfast would be nice.

To be honest, I would have given less. I just don’t see the value for the price. I realize it’s a four star however the amenities don’t justify the price. The basic essentials were not included could’ve stayed in a different hotel for the same price and had all of the things this place was missing.

Nie trzeba zatem daleko szukać, aby zjeść w dobrej cenie w centrum miasta.
Wracając do naszego hotelu w samym sercu Hanoweru: design w tym obiekcie jest daleki od średniowiecznego. Nowoczesny wystrój, stylowo urządzone pokoje z pracami miejscowych artystów, bezpłatny dostęp do wi-fi – i oczywiście obficie zastawiony stół śniadaniowy, na którym z pewnością każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie – również wegetarianie i weganie.
Odwiedzający targi w Hanowerze mogą wzmocnić się w naszym bufecie na długi dzień, a wieczorem w pełni odpocząć w komfortowym łóżku kontynentalnym.

Nowy Ratusz, którego budowa trwała 12 lat, ma 97 metrów wysokości i 130 metrów szerokości i jest ważnym symbolem Hanoweru. Tak jak kiedyś letni Hanower oczarował rodzinę królewską, tak i dziś urzeka zielonymi terenami. Styl naszego hotelu w Hanowerze również oczarowuje: pięknem sztuki i wyszukanym designem wnętrz,w otoczeniu małych oaz relaksu w mieście. Liczne parki, jak park miejski Eilenriede, Herrenhäuser Gärten Hannover, zachwycają zielenią, pośród której można przyjemnie odpocząć i pospacerować. Niedaleko naszego hotelu znajduje się również jezioro Maschsee. Można tu popływać, pożeglować, pojeździć rowerem wodnym, a także – na sześciu kilometrach trasy dookoła – pospacerować, pobiegać i pojeździć na rowerze.
