Well-run hotel, comfortable rooms and a great bar which stays open till late. U-Bahn stop outside the door.

Staff were friendly and the local is good. However, the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom in the room was anything but pleasant.
Friendly staff. Unfortunately the room was very warm at night because the airco did not cool. Reported this the next morning to the reception, but it turned out no action had been taken.
Really poor experience for the reservation. Business trip, rooms were not booked or canceled due to poor communication in the team and bad reservation management
There was some hair in the room. A garbage can on the floor would have been nice. Also a small fridge to store some food/drinks would be good. The wifi was very slow. Aside from that it was alright.

Disappointed. A lot of building works going on, I couldn't open my window as that is where everyone congregated to have a cigarette break. I had a view of the waste skips for the building works currently going on in the hotel. The price was way too high for the building works going on and my room not being cleaned at all. The bed was made once in my 6 day stay, the dead fly on the window remained there until the day I left.... Really disappointed for a MotelOne, the others I have stayed at have always been great and friendly service. Unfortunately this was the odd one out. I would not stay in this MotelOne again. It was also noisy from early morning when work began.
It was as expected. Only issue I had was trying to make payment on your website on the day of check-in before arriving. Did not work. Had to call hotel and was reassured that bookijg is guaranteed till arrival.
Perfect
Cozy hotel and bar with a relaxed atmosphere. Nice breakfast buffet. Close to trian og other transportation. The only downside was the bed, which was not that comfortable (hard).
A lovely quiet room on a high floor (as requested, thank you). We liked the new style, more neutral and elegant, and good to be in a newly-decorated hotel. Reception staff could be more welcoming!
Please repair the broken parking slides, remove the old furniture from the garage or cover them with something. Mineralwater for 6.00 EUR is quite too expensive!
We had a great stay. The team overall was very friendly and helpful. The arrival experience was tricky as I arrived a day later. The evening team struggled, but the morning team was very efficient in sorting everything out. especially the breakfast team was always very eager to help. Jaquenline stood out with her great personality. We had a great stay overall. thank you!
Good location and super location for the U-bahn. Small room but fully adequate for a couple of nights.

Great stay in Hamburg! Considering the rush-hour for breakfast, we only had to wait a few minutes. On arriving, we received a double room without extrabed (we were two adults and one child). Motel One gave us a solution by providing us two rooms for the first night. The following morning we received a room for three people, as requested. So Motel One tried to give us a solution at any moment.

Overall very good but busy hotel
Decent hotel but expensive breakfast for what you get. No kettle, fridge or water in the room. Unsatisfactory wait to check in (25 minutes) after a long day of travel.
Staff were friendly. Location was excellent.
The lobby is really nice and cosy, breakfast selection is decent. The rooms are very small, AC is due for a refit. It was impossible to control the temperature in the room, we had to leave the window open over night because the air would get extremely stale with two persons sleeping in this small room, the temperature fluctuated wildly over night from warm to cold. Ventilation in the bathroom didn't work effectively so we had to leave the door and window open to clear the moisture after showers. We got booked into a room equipped for only one guest and had to ask twice to get a second set of blankets and towels because the staff was too busy. I can live with these small details but expect better at the pricepoint. The staff was welcoming and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

We had a nice stay in your hotel. I have one point to let you know: you ask ,for for reasons of the environment, to reuse towels and give the opportunity to not-cleaning the room, but it does not really work. Our room was cleaned and towels were changed even if we put the “please no cleaning” - annoncement on the door. And after 2days the “no-cleaning”-hanger disappeared so we could not ask for it anymore.

The hotel was quite old and the room was quite uncomfortable (too little space, no night tables). The stuff forgot to put blankets & towels. On top of that, overbooked hotel caused lots of traffic jams in ELevator & Kitchen.
Due to a malfunction having to wait an hour for check in. Something I think could be a better plan for.
Hemos tenido una muy mala experiencia el segundo día con el desayuno. La persona que estaba organizando la cola para sentarse creo que ponía en su tarjeta identificativa Jacqueline, suspiró de forma desagradable delante del resto de huéspedes cuando le dijimos que no hablábamos ni inglés ni alemán, y cuando nos tocó el turno de acomodarnos le comento al compañero riéndose que éramos españoles. Me sorprende la poca profesionalidad de esta persona nos hizo sentir muy mal .
I was given a room which was already booked. When I entered the room there were bags of the person who was still staying for the night. Then I had to go to the reception to get another room. Other than this, evertything went well.

Muy buenos hoteles. Buen servicio. Todo cómodo. Solo sugeriría que tuviesen habitaciones con camas twin. Que las puertas tengan un sistema de cierre mejor, para que no suenen portazos.
We liked to live in your Hotel! Clean, comfortable, friendly. One question, why do you not have rooms with two separate beds? It would be better to have more different breakfast options (for example-eggs, scrumble, omlet)
The hotel has a great location. My room on the 17th floor had a wonderful view of the city. The room could use some updating. The air conditioning was a little dated and didn't cool the room adequately. I would add more savory items to the breakfast buffet, like sausages, scrambled eggs, etc.
TV didn’t work but otherwise, as usual, good value for money and the perfect business hotel. A fridge (empty) would have been useful..

La estancia en el hotel fue agradable en su conjunto, sin embargo hay varios aspectos que se deberían mejorar. La habitación es muy pequeña, y apenas hay espacio para poder almacenar las cosas. No hay armarios, ni caja fuerte, por lo que todo debe estar amontonado en poco espacio. El desayuno es correcto, aunque el espacio del comedor se queda justo por momentos para todas las personas del hotel. La ubicación es muy buena.
Muy bien las habitaciones,la limpieza y muy cerca del centro ciudad con metro y parada de bus en la misma puerta. En cuanto al personal muy buenos destacar a Mario y a Sandra por ayudarnos en todo momento. GRACIAS
Buena atención, limpieza e instalaciones perfectas. Lis recepcionistas muy atentos, en especial MARIO que nos ayudó muchísimo y contribuyó a que nuestra estancia fuera mejor

En nuestro económico hotel de diseño, en el barrio de moda de St. Georg, todo gira en torno al lago Alster que se encuentra en las inmediaciones. El Binnenalster y el Außenalster no solo ofrecen mucha diversión y relajación a quienes les gusta navegar en velero, piragüistas y remeros, sino que también invita a pasear para ver las villas de estilo Jugendstil y relajarse en los parques de alrededor. Sin embargo, en nuestra recepción vas a conocer el lado invernal de Hamburgo. Una fiesta popular celebrada en el Alster, un año en el que se congeló, muestra que en la ciudad hanseática el frío puede arrasar. Láminas de nogal en el techo del bar hacen de símil de las suaves olas del Alster y accesorios como veleros, luces de ferrys o gorras de marinero le dan el toque final al concepto marítimo del diseño de nuestro hotel.
En el Motel One Hamburgo-Alster podrás alojarte en una de las zonas residenciales más populares de la ciudad. Elegantes cafés con terraza, boutiques y sin olvidar la orilla del afluente del Elba invitan a darse un agradable paseo.
El hotel está ubicado en el centro, lo que te permite estar al lado de todos los lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad.
