Muy bien las habitaciones,la limpieza y muy cerca del centro ciudad con metro y parada de bus en la misma puerta. En cuanto al personal muy buenos destacar a Mario y a Sandra por ayudarnos en todo momento. GRACIAS
Buena atención, limpieza e instalaciones perfectas. Lis recepcionistas muy atentos, en especial MARIO que nos ayudó muchísimo y contribuyó a que nuestra estancia fuera mejor
Breakfast Area could be bigger. When we arrived late desks were fully occupied and we were forced to sit together on desk with others. The bed was to hard for a good sleep

It is the second time that we stay in Motel One, the first one was in Boon. We like of the modern and casual stile, customer service and attention. We also highlight breakfast, with organic and vegan itens. Thank you Roseli e Fabio
Very efficiently run hotel - staff polite helpful and competent .
Entrance is very good looking as hotel from outside. Breakfast is nice but it could be more extensive including scrambled eggs, baked bacon, etc. It is a bit weird to sit in those chairs :D My room cleanliness was satisfactory but not great. I've found toilet not so clean and smelling a bit weird so I flushed it myself. There were female hairs in my bathroom including my bed. In my bed under the pillow I found another few female hairs from head. Please take that into consideration. Also for higher rating I would expect pair of slippers as you have carpets in the rooms :) Hair drier was quite full of dust. Otherwise very pleasant to sleep in the bed! Thank you!

I’m a big fan of Motel One and had another great experience during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were excellent—especially the lady who checked me in. She was super friendly and asked if I had any floor preferences. I told her I’d love to be as high up as possible, and she got me a room on the 17th floor, at the back of the building so I wouldn’t hear any street noise. It was quiet and peaceful, and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The room was a good size—not huge, but definitely comfortable—and very clean. The hallways and elevators were also spotless, and everything felt well-maintained and cared for. My only critique was during breakfast. When I came down, I saw the staff were very busy, so I waited a bit before asking for a barista coffee. Eventually, I asked one of the staff if I could have a cappuccino while she was making espresso for another guest. She told me to get coffee from the filter machine instead. I understand they were busy, but unfortunately, I don’t enjoy that kind of coffee—it upsets my stomach, and it’s just not the same for me. It was a bit disappointing to start my day without coffee, though I know it’s a small thing in the big picture. That said, everything else about my stay was excellent. When I checked out, I left my luggage at the front desk for a few hours, and again, the reception staff were just fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional every time I spoke to them. Overall, I’d still highly recommend Motel One. It’s great value for money, clean, stylish, and usually the staff really go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I’ll definitely be back.
I like the reception. It’s so welcoming. Staying in the 17th floor afforded us opportunity to have a panoramic view of Hamburg.
Overall hotel is nice, but there was something wrong with my room. I stayed in room 1722, and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. If I left the bathroom door open at anytime, the whole room would smell like a sewer as well. Also, there was no wash towels in the bathroom, so no real way to wash your body or face. I asked my friend if his was this way, he was in 1720, he was not having the issue with the smell.

Everything is great. The room is nice and clean, the parking is also nice. It would be nice if there was a mini bar at the room.
The staff was quite inexperienced and slow, esp. the situation at breakfast (no space) was a bummer. On top they charged me almost 100 Euro too much, which I fortunately discovered, but haven't received back yet :-(

Only shortcoming was check-in. Not enough staff (2) and a queue out the front door. We understand it was a busy week, but someone had to know you had a lot of bookings.
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower gel with mint was unusable for me. There are, however, no alternatives offered. The prices of drinks at the bar are exorbitant. Very friendly staff
Great location, clean reception area. Carpet in the room was very dirty, could smell the dust overnight. AC was not working which in the end was good since the carpet was dirty. Water was very lukewarm.

The hotel was very good—clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at check-in, as the receptionist seemed disappointed when they realized I didn't speak German and only spoke English, Catalan or Spanish.

I very much appreciate the bio food range; however, the choice of vegan deli cuts and cheese is very limited and in all hotels the same, for a frequent guest it is getting monotonous. Vegan salami or bacon would already make a difference

Very kind staff, an amazing view from the 9th floor (especially regarding the fireworks) an awesome variety of breakfast even for vegetarians or vegans - there’s nothing to complain about!
Poblems getting my invoice modification. The invoice was online paid. By mail I was told that on arrival could be modified. On arrival the staff said that I should write to the financial departament explaining my request. After by mail they said that I should sent reservation number (when it was already in the mail). Later they said that was not possible because was online paid. Then I insisted and they sent a new invoice exactly the same. This is incredible. A lot of energy is used in this story for nothing. Lack of profesionalism.
The hotel is relatively cheap and quite well situated. The 18th floor was definitely quiet. Room is small but modern. What it lacks is any spirit, a good breakfast buffet, and coffee tea and a fridge in the room. The bedsheet had a strange fresh stain on it. It was solved by housekeeping. The bar is not very atmospheric. They sell expensive cocktails and overpriced wine. Beer was only a very small selection. I thought parking was free, but that costs 20 euro per night you stay. If you have the time you may want to park elsewhere for less.

Really happy, thanks to the great staff. I was given a room on a higher floor upon request and I appreciate the polite, competent and proactive help. Also, the breakfast is impressive, especially the perfect eggs.
I made a booking online directly with the hotel and arrived after midnight. My booking was canceled by the hotel without telling me. Luckily the gentleman at the reception was able to bike me again but the price was higher and no breakfast included so I had to pay more than my original booking.

Overall good, however the last night was incredible, unpleasantly noisy due to an electronic music party in the student campus bordering the hotel.
I booked two rooms for 4 nights yet the person at the reception named Anas just gave me ONE bottle of water. I had to beg for a second considering I had two rooms. Furthermore as member of Motel One I got a breakfast voucher for which I thank you but then what is tis gift worth if the validity term is just three months....!
No light in my room. No other room available, had to wait 1 hour extra at check in.

Buena ubicacion con parada de metro en la misma puerta. Personal muy amable en especial Fidel Guevara que nos hizo el Check-in en recepcion y se agracede que nos atendiera en español. Buena limpieza y cama comoda. El deayuno muy completo y de calidad. Un hotel muy acogedor. Muy recomendable.
Las camas no son muy cómodas y el desayuno escaso para el precio que se paga y el sitio del desayuno muy estresante porque no hay espacio para todos los huéspedes

En nuestro hotel económico de diseño, en el barrio de moda de St. Georg, todo gira entorno al lago Alster que se encuentra en las inmediaciones. El Binnenalster y el Außenalster no solo ofrecen mucha diversión y relajación a quienes les gusta navegar en velero, piragüistas y remeros, sino que también invita a pasear para ver las villas de estilo Jugendstil y relajarse en los parques de alrededor. Sin embargo, en nuestra recepción va a conocer el lado invernal de Hamburgo. Una fiesta popular celebrada en el Alster, un año en el que se congeló, muestra que en la ciudad hanseática el frío puede arrasar. Láminas de nogal en el techo del bar hacen de símil de las suaves olas del Alster y accesorios como veleros, luces de ferrys o gorras de marino le dan el toque final al concepto marítimo del diseño de nuestro hotel.
En el Motel One Hamburgo-Alster podrá alojarse en una de las zonas residenciales más populares de la ciudad. Elegantes cafés con terraza, boutiques y sin olvidar la orilla del afluente del Elba invitan a darse un agradable paseo.
El hotel está ubicado en el centro lo que le permite estar al lado de todos los lugares emblemáticios de la ciudad. Así, en tan solo unos minutos a pie, llegará a la Mönckebergstraße, una de las principales calles para ir de compras de la ciudad hanseática. La estación de metro y de cercanías Berliner Tor y la estación de metro de Lohmühlenstraße le dan acceso a la red pública de transporte de cercanías directamente delante del hotel. Cuando llegue o salga de viaje con el tren, sabrá apreciar que la estación central de Hamburgo esté a tan solo unos cientos de metros del hotel.
