The location was great. The room was a bit small but for the price point probably ok. There was, however, not much space for storage such that with two suitcases in the room it would have been very difficult to move around.
We had a small, but perfectly adequate room with a large bed. Very clean and quiet. The price for the room, as well as for parking was very reasonable. Very good connection into the city center but the neighborhood near the hotel was also very nice. We would come again.

The receptionist greeted me very nicely. Since it wasn't crowded when I arrived, we had a pleasant little chat. The room itself was exactly what I've come to expect from Motel One. While I've always considered their breakfast to be top-notch, it feels like there's recently been some room for improvement. One thing I noticed was that my room door didn't have an automatic closer, so I almost left it wide open when I headed out for breakfast.

The hotel is well located, a short walk from Munich East railway station. The room is a good size, impeccably clean, with a comfy bed and good bathroom. The breakfast is also reasonably good. Overall, great value-for-money.

I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at Motel one .The location is perfect ; so easy to get anywhere; the staff are so welcoming and friendly and the rooms and ambience are so relaxing

I stay frequently at MotelOne hotels because they are well designed, impeccably clean with friendly staff. The rooms are adequately sized, and sound-proofed with clean bathroorms.
Location, friendliness, easy checkin and checkout are all wonderful. The detergent that is used for the bed linen and towels smells of vinegar and the bathroom in 442 had an unpleasant smell.
Toller Service
I enjoyed my stay, and would stay with Motel One again. However, I had one disturbing experience: I went to pay for breakfast on day 2 (of four) and the staff could not find my record. For some reason it had been wiped. The staff said that had I not arrived to pay for breakfast, they would have assumed I had left, and would have cleared my room. They also said it was due to an IT error. That is obviously unacceptable. I make no criticism of the staff, who were friendly and helpful, but a modern business should have better systems than that.
It was clean and silent . Staff was friendly . No slippers and shoe horn were available in the rooms which is needed .

There is no minibar in room, it is not important is empty or full but it must be. I put my drinks to balcony to make them colder. No basket in room, only in bathroom.
This was my first time at this property. I’d previously stayed at the other one down by Orleansstraße 20. This one was just as good. The staff was VERY friendly. The service remainded good even though I was there around Christmas! Thank you!

As always Motel One is great, but room was very noisy
Great hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast with nice chairs. Room in hotel gets too hot and this was September 18 degrees outside. So in summer it must be crazy hot. I did open the window for fresh air but busy traffic noises. When having breakfast they started to clean the coffee machine in the end without informing guests. Therefore I only was able to drink 1 coffee.
Very clean room. Clean fruit did a wonderful job clean the room is every day.

All Hotel One has same standard, means you can be sure what you receive. Anyway no suitable ventilation in bad-room, I have to take the hairdryer to see something in the mirror. And I ordered double room for 2 Person but in the room was just one blanket and also one set of towels. They are lucky that my wife was sick and finally couldn’t join. I would expec if you book for 2 Person that the room is prepared like that.
It is according to expectation of Motel one group. Anyway in the bath room is no ventialation and the door also keep not open, after shower you need take hair blower to make the mirror free. In addition I booked for 2 people but in my room only 1 blanket, one set of towels. Likely my wife was sick and didn`t join me. As I made reservation for 2 adults I would expect that the rooms are prepared like that.

When asked for a quiet room, check in guy did not accommodate. “We have insulating windows”. And gave me the preassigned a room to the street. I had to insist on a room towards the back. Not good

L'hôtel était vraiment parfaitement bien situé. L'équipe du bar et de la réception était au petit soin. La décoration de la chambre était bien. J'ai trouvé que le prix était cher au vue de la prestation global.

Notre hôtel munichois se trouve dans un très joli quartier de la ville particulièrement chargé d’histoire : vieux de plus de 1200 ans, Haidhausen est en effet plus âgé que Munich elle-même. Situé sur le flanc oriental des berges de l’Isar, ce quartier était autrefois habité par une population modeste. Regorgeant de cafés et de petites boutiques, Haidhausen – également appelé Franzosenviertel (« le quartier des Français ») est devenue l’une des zones résidentielles les plus appréciées de la ville. Sur le plan touristique, l’est de Munich a plus d’une curiosité à offrir, à proximité immédiate de notre hôtel tout budget. Vous pourrez notamment visiter le Maximilianeum, siège du Landtag (parlement) bavarois, admirer le Friedensengel, flâner sur les rives de l’Isar, ou encore parcourir le nouveau quartier de Werksviertel. En prenant le bus ou le tramway à l’arrêt Haidenauplatz, qui se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel, vous pourrez découvrir la ville de Munich dans son intégralité.
