Great hotel, for 139-180 Euro quite expensive due to an event (69-89 is a good price), breakfast for 17,90 is a no-go. hard boiled eggs, no omelette feature, latte machiatto quality went surpprisngly down, maybe the ingredient of milk powder is cheaper and so the milk destroys the coffee. Nevertheless motelOne is my favorite hotel chain in germany and europe. You always know what you get, but if things are getting worser you recognise it immediatly, so no breakfast anymore. (also only until 10 o'Clock. untill 11 would be better.
Comfortable room in a convenient location for the Hauptbahnhof. Nice breakfast and a good bar.

There was only one very minor annoyance, I wish that the TV would not automatically turn on and start playing white noise when entering the room. First thing when coming back was always me looking for the remote to turn it off. Apart from that the stay in the hotel was great - the location was central, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. Exactly what I want from a hotel.

Good hotel, quiet room, a bit small room, I didn't like at all that the door was very heavy, I didn't like at all the answer I asked for to keep my passport in the safe - rent a locker. Thank׳s very much to the nice guy from the reception who was on the evening shift on Thursday who took care of me with a shaving kit when all the shops were closed. I ordered an Aperol Spritz twice at the bar - I order it a lot - the amount I received was very small

Room with balcony. Room small, balcony had no sun. Super good for train station. But stayed in nicer Motel One Hotels in Berlin.
Room clean and comfortable. My third time at this hotel, but first time on street side. I was impressed at the sound proofing. Emergency vehicle sirens were audible, but otherwise nothing. Impressive. Staff friendly.
We arrived very late after Berlin Mitte bomb evacuation. Although the hotel was almost fully booked, the friendly people behind the counter moved the earth to still give us some well needed sleep in one of their comfortable rooms!
Even though the room is small, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are great. We also appreciated the bottle of water. The bar is excellent, very cosy and relaxing, and the bar staff are very attentive and friendly.

Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff who were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. The room was wonderful: clean and a decent size. The bathroom is great: everything one needs. I always recommend MotelOne.

Beautifully designed hotel with fantastic courtyard garden. Location fantastic. Good rooms, very well isolated. Good Motel One quality. Two caveats: During the weekend, the space for having breakfast sitting at a normal table was very difficult. One could sit in the lobby armchairs but it is very uncomfortable. The surprise: several of the staff seemed a little overwhelmed interacting with guests. 2 colleagues at the reception were excellent. Some at the bar and some others at the reception felt almost bothered when asked a question. That's a pity.
Cleanliness, hospitality, breakfast, bar and the garden area were over our expectations. Size of the rooms, lack of a proper wardrobe and missing garbage can bags may be the areas to be improved.
It was a business trip and I was there just for one night, but room, breakfast was excellent and I love the close distance to the main train station in Berlin
Almost everything was great. AC wasn’t work good. It.coudn’t chill the room at all.
I did not order breakfast during my stay, but everything else was perfect. The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Highly recommended!
Very nice hotel. Very good atention at the front desk by Apolo and he rest of the crue. We visites all the city during 3 days and rested very well. Good location.
A warm and efficient front desk, a clean and comfortable room, and deeply appreciated kindness when I ended up losing an object of value. The neighbourhood may be as unpalatable as it is conveniently located but the hotel has a charming courtyard full of summery flowers!
Generally nice, however, bedsheet has stains on night one, and hairs, not nice at all. Breakfast very basic and no eggs left by 915am

Nicely designed hotel with comfortable beds and solid breakfast. I loved the garden and since the weather was great, I was able to sit and work outside until 10 pm. Regrettable is the missing service at the bar and garden area; two ladies worked behind the bar very efficiently but guests had to line up to get their drinks and food and pay immediately. Although being aware about missing personnel, this kills the feeling of well-being and trust.

Perfect location for arrival at Berlin HBF and party at Hamburger Bahnhof Museum. Good night's sleep on a really good bed. Nice hard shower with really hot and cold water. Very good value for money, as nearly always at Motel One. Minus point for not providing a decent drinking glass for the complimentary bottle of water.
Excellent team and overall (room, breakfast, lobby) atmosphere. It's not the first time when staying in one of Motel One Hotels and hope to be your guest also in the future
I like Motel One very much in general but it was the first time I stayed in this one in Berlin and was slightly disappointed. The interior of my room looked a bit tired and gloomy. Probably this was not helped by the fact that it was a rainy day. I have stayed a lot in Motel One Wien HBF and that one has very nice and bright rooms. To be noted that the lobby/bar of this hotel in Berlin is nice.

Nice hotel, good location, nice staff. Clean room, even if after taking a nap in the afternoon I found a 2-3cm sliverfish insect on the wall next to the bed! I am not sensitive to this kind of thing, but some people could have ask you for a refound I think. Appart of the insect my biggest dissatisfaction was the breakfast, I don’t think there was any justification to set the price at 17.90€ per person. Not that it was bad, but nothing extraordinary.

Everything about this hotel is perfect! The front desk was so helpful (Johanna is amazing!!!) and was able to find me a room where I could watch the trains come in and out of the HBF and dream of my next visit. The bar is lovely and has excellent drinks, the room is tidy and much more spacious than other hotels of similar price ranges, the breakfast is a collection of staples and sweets and hearty items to start your day right! There is not one thing I could suggest to improve this hotel and location—steps away from the central transportation nerve of the city, access to a quiet outdoor courtyard, near a cool historical monument of Moabit, the friendliest multilingual staff. . . This is my first choice when traveling! Vielen Dank, Motel One Hauptbahnhof!
Very small rooms, dark corridors, TV does not work, no minibar, breakfast service extremely mediocre
The hotel is very modern and sleek, but the rooms are too small for two people and, worse, there is almost nowhere to unpack clothes into. The Wi-Fi was weak. Having only paper cups was also annoying.

Small breakfast area, buffe could easily be a bit larger
Check in was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The room was small but nice and perfectly adequate for the stay. In the evening at the bar we ordered from a gentleman (wore no name badge), he was extremely unfriendly and not at all courteous, like his other colleagues. Does not create a welcoming atmosphere. Too bad!
Comfortable room, but no kettle to boil water for tea. No hot food for breakfast which was a little overpriced.
Kolega, který cestoval s námi měl emailem potvrzenou rezervaci parkování, ne možnost ale opravdu potvrzenou, přesto toto parkování nebylo a byl nucen odjet na jiné parkoviště.Auto měl zaparkované na ještě volném místě pro parkování. Přesto pak v noci několik aut v garáži parkovalo mimo vyznačená místa. Za mne jinak standard, pouze nebylo správně povlečeno, polštáře jen vsunuty, nepřekrytý horní okraj a na snídani, když sklízejí a smetou drobky ze stolu, zpravidla je smetou na židli a víc neřeší. Ono ani když je smetou na zem pod stůl a kolem pultu s jídlem to není hezký pohled. Byl jsem ubytovaný již z pátku na sobotu, kdy hotel ještě nebyl plný s ohledem na půlmaraton, nedělní zmatek bych chápal. Jinak bar a servis super, lokalita super.
V Berlíně to byla má první zkušenost s Motelem One. Vše fungovalo skvěle - check-in, vybavení pokoje, snídaně, check-out. Pochválila bych dále rozptýlení hostů po hotelu (do pokojů v různých stranách a patrech). Díky tomu jsme se méně vzájemně rušili.
