Nice decoration and environment in a great location. The rooms are small, but this is not a big issue.The opportunities of improvement are: - Just 1 bar tender at night: the drinks took almost 40 minutes to be ready. This was unacceptable. - There are just a feel tables to have breakfast. Some of the days we needed to have it in a place with a couch with a low table (not a nice experience). With some changes in layout, you could many other available places for breakfast.
Close to the main railway station, friendly staff ... limited food offering for dinner.
I could not believe the check out time was 12 and your staff would be opening my door at 8...i was naked taking shower!!! this is totally unacceptable, embarrassing and not up to par!

Nice breakfast, nice personal, quick taxi, nice service for luggage storage. Negative: lots of hairs in the bathroom and on the bed headboard... not nice!
Overall good, I suggest to agree for price in bar before to order something, because these prices could be different for each customer for same drink...
the reception completely messed up the invoices, promised to correct the invoices but eventually declined to make any changes. worst reception experience so far in this respect

Clean, bright, modern hotel in good order. Breakfast appeared to be in the lobby so not very quiet and peaceful. Shower was good - temperature, height, ease of use. Bed was comfortable. My room could have used somewhere to put the suitcase when open so we could get to our belongings more easily.

La habitación siempre limpia, solo una vez los de la limpieza entraron cuando aún estaba dentro y me regañaron por no poner mi letrero de “no molestar” fue muy grosero, los demás muy amables y muy atentos
During our two night stay, air conditioning didn't work at all. We informed that at the reception after our arrival and they promised that someone would come fix that, but nobody came. Also in our room in the wall next to the window was quite visible moisture damage. So there was some things in the room that needs to be maintanenced. Other than that everything was okay. Room was clean, and breakfast was good. Parking was reasonably priced.
Well located, very basic. Friendly staff. Public transportatiion in front of the premise. Tram line 19, which is the one that takes you to all touristic places. Rooms are very small.

I am never disappointed, the standard is always good! I like the design and there is almost everything I need. To be more than satisfied a water kettle would be great.
Nuestro vuelo llegó tarde y aunque escribí al hotel y la contestacion fue rápida por mail, el check in fue lento con un recepcionista con una actitud "pasota" que ni siquiera nos pidio el ID La habitación era silenciosa en la planta baja, y del estilo de otras habitaciones pequeñas de Motel One. El primer día no limpiaron. El segundo día reclamé y limpiaron a partir de las 17h de la tarde. El tercer día ya no reclamamos y no volvieron a limpiar. No nos habia pasado en ningun Motel One hasta ahora. Las habitaciones siempre habian estado hechas antes de las 15h. Si uno vuelve de visitar la ciudad y quiere dormir una siesta, entonces debe ser interrumpido para que le limpien la habitacion y le cambien las toallas?. Si tuviera que volver a Munich sin duda cogeria otro hotel de esta misma cadena pero no éste, teniendo en cuenta que además el precio estaba sobreestimado por los conciertos de Adele y Coldplay que se celebraban estos dias
The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. My room was really nice and clean. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to München.
Friendly staff in general, although on the Friday evening at the bar/outside area, if not so friendly and it seems they didn´t enjoy their work.

Overall a very good experience. Only issue was it was pretty noisy due to the location at the main street. And it was a bit noisy when the cleaning staff was busy on the floor in the morning already.
Everything was nearly perfect except the room I was assigned to was not the room I rented. We encountered a single bed in a room for two. There was a lot of confusion. I was told there were no other rooms and we decided to leave. We were told there was one room with a sofa bed and we could have that one. It turned out to be a double bed which was what we were looking for. We were able to stay after all. It was surprising that our room didn't exist when we arrived and we were very unhappy. We had booked many weeks in advance as we can depart easily and quickly from this property to The MUC airport. I am now concerned about making reservations and having them actually be the room we reserve. How do we know? This was the first ever error I have encountered at your Motels. They are always what we ask for except this time. I'm sorry to write this, but you should know.
Overall, I like your hotel a lot, cozy, clean and good breakfast. I do like to stay at your hotel when I am in Munich.
I think it would have been nice the breakfast would have been included as the rate per night was very high and I know from others who stayed in Munich the same night, paid less.

Good room I like the fish and the ability to leave baggage after checking out. I thought I had a breakfast but the check in person didn’t not see it and the motel on on Salzburg said it was for the westend hotel.

The hotel was okay but not as nice or as comfortable as others in the chain. There are no small desks in standard rooms, which makes working on a laptop (on a very low table) very uncomfortable and chairs filled with crumbs left by prior guests. I asked for a small desk and was shown one in another type of room that was empty but told I would have to move it then later told it could not be moved. When I inquired again, staff were not that helpful with this issue and just suggested that I call other hotels. Breakfast was very crowded. Staff in evening seemed unfamiliar with basic runnings of hotel. No bath mat upon arrival and only one small towel. Ants in bathroom. Fortunately, I received the standard allotment the next day. What was good? The warm cinnamon rolls and that I could walk to the station.
Great concept, excellent value for money, nice lounge and breakfast area and friendly staff. Will be back.

I came in late at night, between 1 and 2 am. Receptionist was super-friendly, Check-in was quick, got my room key card, went up to the room and fell into the bed. Room was perfect, slept like a baby, had a wonderful, long hot shower in the morning, and then I went on my way again. Really nothing to complain, just keep up the good work! 😀
The hotel breakfast does not worth the price. Only cold stuff were available.

We were staying in Motel One - Sendlinger Tor, but were forced to leave the hotel because of a major water issue that flooded the lobby bar. We were not even notified that we had to leave the hotel, and only found out at 10pm when asking when the water might be turned back on. We then were switched to the Westend location. I am a frequent traveler so I have seen plenty of issues before in hotels, however the careless lack of respect for guests is appalling. We should have been completely compensated for the last two nights for the trouble. Westend's location has absolutely nothing around it compared to Sendlinger Tor. This will be my first and last visit to this brand.

A good hotel for exploring Munich for a night or two. Close to the tram system. I’d recommend making the family room more accessible, adding more toiletries to the bathroom, and adding hot items like scrambled eggs to breakfast.
The room was clean and the staff at the reception was very friendly.
