Does evertyhing ok, but nothing felt special.
Fine. Took some time to check in. Did not opt for breakfast as seemed expensive for what it was. Shower lukewarm even on highest setting. But bed comfy enough and room clean.
It is a warm and welcoming hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The guy working in the bar was particularly friendly and hospitable.
Very good overall, but no instructions given on check-in about breakfast arrangements.

Over-priced for standards provided. Very disappointing. From tardy bar staff, to paper cups and insufficient loo roll and tepid shower in room. Standards of a travel lodge with double the price.
A friendly, clean and well located hotel close to Manchester centre. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet but the room was a bit tight with paper cups for drinks and our shower was only luke warm which we reported in the morning.

Check in was nice and easy after doing it online. Was staying overnight for an event at the Albert Hall which they said was a short walk away and safe which felt great as a solo travelling woman.

I had a great stay here! The location was perfect — just a short walking distance to the city centre, metros, buses, and everything I needed. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back!
Good room, Good service, Good bar, Slightly disappointing breakfast
Comfortable, quiet motel with good facilities in a nice location. My only reason for giving not giving it 10/10 is that I'd have preferred slightly wider selection of cereals at breakfast.
All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and will assist with anything you might need. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. This is a great place to stay, convenient for theatres, restaurants and the tram stop is just outside for exploring further afield. We have stayed many times now for theatre trips.
Nice hotel in a great location. Have used before and would stay there again but wouldn't have breakfast there as it was a bit disappointing in terms of choice and the lounge was a bit too dark for me

The hotel is really well located. The only reason I’ve scored 8 is because it’s really noisy during the night and I found it hard to sleep. There’s a lot of street noise

I’ve stayed in a few Motel One hotels, and this is my least favourite. The location is brilliant for the tram network and shops, however, it’s very dated. The shower was luke warm and bedroom carpet looked dirty. I’d stay at the Piccadilly one again next time.

Llegamos un poco antes de la hora de check-in y la habitación ya estaba preparada. Nos regalaron un gorro para la lluvia que nos ha ido estupendamente. La habitación es amplia y la cama era muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente

Es la primera vez que me hospedaba en uno de sus hoteles y creo que es calidad/precio es inmejorable. Y luego el trato de los trabajadores también encantador.
Todo muy limpio y muy bonito. Solicité desayuno sin gluten y, aunque me ofrecieron pan sin tostar, el resto estaba en el mismo buffet con lo que la contaminación era importante. Tendrian que estar más informados.

Muy bien. Lo mejor: el.hotel y la amabilidad en recepción de sus empleados. Muy simpáticas y serviciales. A mejorar.....yo pondría en el desayuno huevos fritos, escalfados, bacon ......tortitas con sirope...... lo vi muy básico para este hotel y por eso no lo adquirimos.
