Motel One hotels are a safe option anywhere in the world. Always Clean, always stylish. Breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety though.
Location is amazing, front desk seemed understaffed the whole time, team was amazing but had to be rushing constantly, housekeeping was excellent, the rooftop bar was a bit disappointing snacks were all packaged, but the gin selection was amazing (a bit overpriced on my opinion)

This was an absolutely amazing experience. My husband and I went to this hotel for our honeymoon. They gave us a free upgraded room to give us a gorgeous experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I’m impressed with the amenities.
Excellent value for money. Very basic room (I wish there was a minibar), but has everything needed and the location is absolutely perfect. Excellent check in and check out process - seamless and almost wait free. Thank you!
From booking through to checkout, a very easy and happy experience. The hotel is excellent, particularly the 2nd floor. And the rooms are ideal. The location. Is perfect for exploring Berlin.

There are no questions about the equipment, everything is new and ergonomic. The staff in general is friendly, but please add one more receptionist on the night shift because in the evening and at night you have one person who has a huge queue and when I asked for an iron to iron my shirt for morning meetings at work he told me to wait for the queue to pass I waited an hour but the queue didn't pass and eventually at 12am I went to bed without ironing my shirt. Early in the morning I came and asked for an iron again and they finally gave it to me because there was no line. Honestly I didn't quite understand why they didn't give it to me in the evening as it took exactly 10 seconds, well still I would recommend adding another receptionist on the night shift. Also surprised at how poor the breakfast is for the money. Such a breakfast costs at most 10 €, I don't think I will order it from you again. But I liked the coffee you have, it's delicious and a good variety I buy it at home. Overall the experience is rather good apart from the iron problem and the unreasonable price for breakfast. It would also be fair to warn in advance that you have renovation work going on, as it was a surprise. Also it would be good to make your price cheaper through the app, as it is exactly the same as through Booking (I have the maximum discount there). So if I decide to stay with you next time there is no point in using your app. Overall the impression is rather good except for the above mentioned points, thank you for your work.
Habitación pequeña, con vasos de papel que se deshacen y el jabón muy cuantificado. Se oía a los vecinos (aislamiento acústico malo); afortunadamente el "jaleo de los vecinos duró poco". Las vistas de la habitación eran hacia un patio interior muy bonito. Buscábamos tranquilidad, y para ello, era necesario cerrar las ventanas para no escuchar el sonido del tren que pasaba frecuentemente, a pesar de que la habitación "daba a un patio interior". Nos asignaron una 4ª planta, porque las plantas más altas suponían pagar más dinero (ese es un condicionante muy típico en los hoteles). Nos coincidió unos días fríos en verano y el regulador de temperatura estaba en modo verano, por lo que o nos dejaban un radiador o sino a pasar frío (porque no había una manta o colcha suplementaria). En resumen: es caro para lo que se ofrece. Lo mejor es su cercanía a Alexanderplatz y a todos los medios de transporte.
The prize is too high compared to service and confort, and at list breakfast should be included. I payed separately for breakfast but also in this case there is little assortiment of food. Finally rooms are too small.
As always - product and service is consistent. That is super important to the business traveler. Two turn offs 1) the court yard was littered with full ash trays and it just looked un-kept. 2) roof top staff was snobbish. I understand that you have a lot of off-property folks coming to enjoy the view and have a cocktail but hotel guests should be given unfettered access. It was a turn-off.

The shower had issues: the water temperature wasn't constant, always switching between hot and cold. Room 417
I had a very pleasant experience at Motel One Berlin it was truly an amazing stay! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was assisted by someone named Philip (I’m not 100% sure of his name), but he stood out for being especially kind and helpful. I had requested an early check-in, and not only did he offer to keep my luggage, but he also let me into my room as soon as it was ready which I really appreciated after a long trip. I also loved the atmosphere of the hotel’s bar. Even though I didn’t get a chance to grab a drink, I stopped by to take a few pictures and it looked super cozy and stylish. Overall, great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a lovely vibe. I would definitely stay here again!
Muy buena ubicación y relación calidad precio
Overall, the property is decent, and the staff are very polite and helpful. My room, 8112, was great – I always prefer rooms with more windows. However, I gave it a low rating because it's missing some basic amenities like a kettle and tea bags, which even small hotels usually provide. You could consider offering these for corporate customers at least. I've stayed at Premier Inn before, and they offer these essentials at the same price or even lower than Motel One. That's not to say I don't like Motel One, but I do think you can improve in this area.

perfectly adequate room, everything you need and nothing you don't no more-no less. public rooms nicely decorated - perhaps make the public areas less ostentatious you could reduce the prices a bit.
I love motel one, but the pricing policy is unpleasant.
The view from my room on the 18th floor scared the bricks out of me 😅 stunning view! The door can be opened completely, thus leaving you 1-on-1 with ~50 m fall separated by a glass wall 1 m height. Entertainment for the people with balls of steel 😆 exactly what I asked and paid extra for 😃 Yet, it wasn't enough to impress the girl I invited so that she would lay down with me right there in the room on the bed 🤷🏻♂️ I guess my plan failed, because of that damn AC in the lobby right above the entrance to the hotel. When we just came in from the street in the evening, the AC flushed such a cool air flow on us, that everything got frozen in a moment : my balls, her desire for a passionate night... The staff is friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was poor though 😕 no sausages , scrambled eggs, just ingredients for sandwiches, some pastries and muesli.

Hola limpio, bien ubicado y cómodo, la habitación es algo pequeña, con poco lugar para apoyar cosas y mesas de noche en las que no cabe casi nada. Hubiera sido importante tener una pava para calentar agua y vasos de vidrio en el cuarto (por comodidad pero también por razones de sustentabilidad)

Pudimos entrar a la habitación pronto por la mañana, recepcionistas muy simpáticos. La habitación estaba muy bien y con buenas vistas. Desayuno muy rico pero no hay aceite de oliva.

El hotel es maravilloso y muy bonito. Servicio de limpieza impecable. Ubicación ideal. Como sugerencia pondría otro mobiliario adicional donde poder guardar la ropa. Faltaba una gaveta. Y pondría una cafetera de cápsulas en la habitación. De resto todo perfecto.

Hotel: Moderno; Habitaciones: Cama doble super comoda, espacio de la habitacion muy pequeño, muy buena limpieza. Personal: Amable, atento y eficiente. Bares: buenos tragos y buen ambiente. Desayuno: si bien todo era fresco, la variedad es pobre para el precio que cobran.
Encantadora experiencia desde el primer momento el personal súper amable en especial en recepción limpieza relación precio calidad y ubicación inmejorable. El desayuno está bien y los alrededores no son los más bonitos de la ciudad pero es seguro y cerca de todo
Buen hotel. Buen servicio por parte del staff. La iluminación en el área de elevadores y el restaurante piso dos muy escasas.
Hotel ideal, muy céntrico. Sigue el standard Motel One, aunque yo eché de menos que la habitación fuera ligeramente más grande, pero por lo general, impecable como siempre. La única cosa que siempre echo en car: en el desayuno, que haya opciones calientes. Todo es demasiado frío y repetitivo. Resulta además un poco contradictorio decir que el desayuno no tiene opciones de carne/caliente porque es healthy, y luego encontrarte bollería y alcohol en el bar. Lo mejor, un camarero español llamado Julio que nos atendió muy amablemente, así como el check-in con Sahin, muy profesional.
Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero la ubicación es excelente. El hotel es estupendo, el desayuno es muy bueno y su personal es muy agradable. Todo perfectamente limpio y cuidado. Totalmente aconsejable.

Teníamos muchas expectativas en este hotel que en gran medida no han sido satisfechas por las siguientes razones: - La factura de cobro era errónea y tuve que ponerme en contacto varias veces con la recepción para que la corrigieran. - Cuando hicimos el check-in nos dieron una habitación que estaba ocupada con las consiguientes molestias y la nueva tramitación de la habitación. - Solicitamos un late check-out ya que corríamos la marathon de Berlín y nos contestaron afirmativamente por correo ya que somos socios de Motel One. En el hotel nos dijeron que no era posible. Me parece incomprensible este cambio de parecer ya que de haberlo sabido hubiera elegido otro hotel para la estancia. Al final y tras insistir accedieron a nuestra petición. - El desayuno era poco variado y estaba repleto de clientes con la consiguiente incomodidad.
