Nicely designed hotel with comfortable beds and solid breakfast. I loved the garden and since the weather was great, I was able to sit and work outside until 10 pm. Regrettable is the missing service at the bar and garden area; two ladies worked behind the bar very efficiently but guests had to line up to get their drinks and food and pay immediately. Although being aware about missing personnel, this kills the feeling of well-being and trust.

Perfect location for arrival at Berlin HBF and party at Hamburger Bahnhof Museum. Good night's sleep on a really good bed. Nice hard shower with really hot and cold water. Very good value for money, as nearly always at Motel One. Minus point for not providing a decent drinking glass for the complimentary bottle of water.
Excellent team and overall (room, breakfast, lobby) atmosphere. It's not the first time when staying in one of Motel One Hotels and hope to be your guest also in the future
I like Motel One very much in general but it was the first time I stayed in this one in Berlin and was slightly disappointed. The interior of my room looked a bit tired and gloomy. Probably this was not helped by the fact that it was a rainy day. I have stayed a lot in Motel One Wien HBF and that one has very nice and bright rooms. To be noted that the lobby/bar of this hotel in Berlin is nice.

Nice hotel, good location, nice staff. Clean room, even if after taking a nap in the afternoon I found a 2-3cm sliverfish insect on the wall next to the bed! I am not sensitive to this kind of thing, but some people could have ask you for a refound I think. Appart of the insect my biggest dissatisfaction was the breakfast, I don’t think there was any justification to set the price at 17.90€ per person. Not that it was bad, but nothing extraordinary.
Everything is perfect. Just want more variants of breakfast meal, like Omelette, if its possible.
Everything about this hotel is perfect! The front desk was so helpful (Johanna is amazing!!!) and was able to find me a room where I could watch the trains come in and out of the HBF and dream of my next visit. The bar is lovely and has excellent drinks, the room is tidy and much more spacious than other hotels of similar price ranges, the breakfast is a collection of staples and sweets and hearty items to start your day right! There is not one thing I could suggest to improve this hotel and location—steps away from the central transportation nerve of the city, access to a quiet outdoor courtyard, near a cool historical monument of Moabit, the friendliest multilingual staff. . . This is my first choice when traveling! Vielen Dank, Motel One Hauptbahnhof!
Very small rooms, dark corridors, TV does not work, no minibar, breakfast service extremely mediocre
The hotel is very modern and sleek, but the rooms are too small for two people and, worse, there is almost nowhere to unpack clothes into. The Wi-Fi was weak. Having only paper cups was also annoying.

Small breakfast area, buffe could easily be a bit larger
Check in was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The room was small but nice and perfectly adequate for the stay. In the evening at the bar we ordered from a gentleman (wore no name badge), he was extremely unfriendly and not at all courteous, like his other colleagues. Does not create a welcoming atmosphere. Too bad!
Comfortable room, but no kettle to boil water for tea. No hot food for breakfast which was a little overpriced.
The stay was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was satisfactory, though not a full English breakfast. Reception service was quite slow, with long queues during busy check-in and check-out times. However, the location—close to central Berlin—is excellent, making travel around the city very convenient.

Perfect location, the price, clean and modern
Good location, ok rooms, and friendly personal.
Very clean room. Although it might be too small for two people, an extra seat would be nice to have. Nice location, just a few minutes walking from Central Station (HBF Berlin). The only problem of the room was the water pressure, we were in the 10 th floor and the water pressure was very little. Despite the central location, the room is very quite. The brakefast was okish, the breakfast area is very small, so you constantly have to ask the staff to replace missing food items. The food offered is good, but again, the food is gone really fast, and you have to wait for the replacement. The people working at the breakfast are very friendly and happy to help, is not their fault that the area is small.
The TV and the connection to other devices were not working. When I selected TV in the menu, it kept loading without ever completing it. When I selected to connect other devices, it simply didn't work. Also, I liked the express check-in (after doing it online), but I thought there would also be an express check-out, like a place to drop the keys/cards and leave. Except for that, the room was good. I would stay there again.
The hotel and its employees are good. Whenever we had questions, they explained them to us with a beautiful smile. Thank you to all the employees.
Als ik in het buitenland een hotel zoek, kijk ik altijd eerst of er een Motel One beschikbaar is. Vanwege de goede kwaliteit, de prettige prijs en de goede ligging (altijd nabij een treinstation). Ook in Berlijn werd ik niet teleurgesteld!
Top service . Graag ook kamers inrichten zonder vloerbedekking (anti allergisch maken) voor mensen met allergieën.
Makkelijk vooraf online inchecken. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijtbuffet was goed en voldoende. Kamer was keurig schoon en opgeruimd. Locatie ten opzichte van openbaar vervoer was perfect.
Perfect hotel met uitgebreid ontbijt. Het personeel bij het ontbijt is super vriendelijk. Een van de medewerksters (Nieves) herkende ons nog van vorige jaren en was heel enthousiast en vriendelijk. Een hotel dat ik zeker aan iedereen zou aanraden.
Altijd prima. Vriendelijke staff, relaxte lounge en goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen.
De verwarming in de kamer mag wel lager
De gordijnen zijn krap bemeten. Hierdoor kun je snachts de kamer niet volledig verduisterd krijgen
TV programma's voornamelijk in het Duits. Shampoo's flesjes in de badkamer werken niet
Prettig verblijf, niets op de kamer aan te merken. Het ontbijt is best goed. Enige punt van kritiek is de beperkte ruimte om op een normale manier te zitten bij het ontbijt. In de lift staat aangegeven dat je tussen 6-8 uur rustig kunt ontbijten en dat de topdrukte tussen 8-9 uur ligt en dat het tussen 9-10 uur redelijk te doen is. Onze ervaring is dat het op alle drie de tijdvakken te druk is. Als je zoveel kamers hebt, zorg dan ook voor meer ruimte om aan een gewone tafel te ontbijten i.p.v. de barlounge met lage tafeltjes erbij in te zetten...
Het ontbijt is minder uitgebreid dan ik gewend ben van jullie. Zonde
Sfeervol smaakvol
Prima ligging bij het Hauptbahnhof. Kamer is niet groot maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Bed is prima en het ontbijt is ook prima in orde. Ten slotte is het personeel heel vriendelijk .

Mooi degelijk hotel met alle voorzieningen die je verwacht. De kamer is niet groot, maar voor een citytrip prima. Alles is netjes en schoon. Er is een mogelijkheid om je tas of koffer na de checkout te bewaren, zodat je nog van de stad kunt genieten.

We waren met zijn vijven. Alle vijf de kamers die we kregen, waren niet gepoetst. We hebben dan wel meteen een andere kamer gekregen (die gelukkig wél gereinigd was), maar dat was toch een beetje een valse start van ons verblijf. We snappen niet zo goed hoe dit kan. Ergens moet de interne communicatie tussen poetspersoneel en receptie niet optimaal zijn? Voor de rest geen echte klachten. In de hoeken en kanten van de kamer lag wel nog wat stof/vuil, maar niks onoverkomelijks. Jammer ook dat er geen broodrooster is in de ontbijtruimte om het aanwezige (toast)brood te roosteren. Maar dat is echt een detail.
Schoon, zeer vriendelijk personeel
Appartement zag er erg netjes uit en efficiënt ingedeeld. Daarnaast was het personeel uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer terugkomen (of bij een van de andere Motel One vestigingen!)
Mooi centraal gelegen hotel.
Heel goede service en ontvangst. Netheid = top. Bereikbaarheid hotel was heel goed. Ontbijt(buffet) was heel uitgebreid en lekker. Was wat zoeken naar een vrije zitplaats.. maar had wellicht met tijdstip van ontbijten te maken.

Fraaie installaties met rails, gezellige zithoeken die aan treincoupés doen denken en historische foto's waarop te zien is hoe de voormalige Lehrter Bahnhof is veranderd in de huidige moderne Berlin Hauptbahnhof.

Verder zult u hier midden in de stad verrast zijn dat er zo'n unieke rust heerst in onze Outdoor Lounge met uitzicht op het Geschichtspark. De groene oase met zijn natuurlijke, houten terras, kleine grasperken en fontein is een ideale plek om gezellig te zitten en te ontspannen. Nu we het er toch over hebben: een uitgebreid ontbijt, gratis wifi, aangename in- en uitchecktijden, kamers met heerlijke boxspringbedden en de laatste nieuwe flatscreen-tv's, zijn slechts enkele van de goede redenen waarom gasten soms ook gewoon in het hotel blijven om in alle rust van de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding te genieten. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld in de lounge of aan de bar, waar ons vriendelijke personeel drankjes en hapjes serveert of u van informatie voorziet.
Ons voordelige hotel aan het centraal station van Berlijn ligt in de wijk Moabit, midden in het moderne centrum van de hoofdstad. U bent hier vlakbij de regeringswijk met de Reichstag en het Kanzleramt, het park Großer Tiergarten, het Museum für Naturkunde, de universiteitskliniek Charité en het Brandenburger Tor. Ook de Spree is niet ver weg. Vanuit ons Berlijnse hotel kunt u tijdens een stedentrip gemakkelijk op verkenning gaan in de hippe metropool.

Of bent u in Berlijn op zakenreis? Niet alleen het centraal station met zijn internationale treinverbindingen, maar ook de luchthaven Berlin-Brandenburg en het Internationale Beurs- en Congrescentrum van Berlijn (ICC) zijn van hieruit gemakkelijk te bereiken. In ons hotel bent u echt vlakbij hét verkeersknooppunt van de hoofdstad. Het hotel is zo comfortabel en centraal gelegen dat het weinig uitmaakt of u er alleen gebruik van maakt voor een tussenstop of voor een langer in verblijf in Berlijn. Hier komt u altijd aan uw trekken!
