I stay at this hotel regularly during my business trips for Messe Berlin. I like its very pleasant atmosphere and its central location suits me. The only drawback is the lack of storage space (missing closet). Note about the price: Compared to the pre-COVID pandemic period, accommodation with the same quality of services is getting more and more expensive, I mainly notice this during trade fairs.
Just a couple scratch marks on the walls of the room. Other than that, it was exactly what I expected. Extremely good value for my stay in Berlin.
Unfortunately the guests in the room next to my room had a party both nights of my stay and I didn’t have any sleep! Bathe first night the reception went to the neighbor room and asked them to be quiet, this lasted for 15 minutes and then they were extremely loud until 4:00 am! The second night the same however this time the reception did not answer the telephone! I called 5 times to the front desk and no one answered! This is not acceptable. The pillows are also too big and very uncomfortable.
Really good option next to Berlin zoo. Great views from the higher floors and a fabulous roof terrace which is best at a summer breakfast when you are not competing with non-resident revellers..
The location and amenities are very nice, especially the terrace bar. However, given its popularity, I do think some space should be reserved for hotel guests as opposed to outsiders. Furthermore, staff initially would not let use part of the terrace for breakfast, which seemed odd. We were not asking for service but just wanted to sit outside given the nice weather and crowded dining room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Again, an excellent experience: friendly staff, efficient processes, rooms with all essentials and a fantastic view, and a top bar! Always a pleasure coming back ...

The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is in a great location, well maintained, clean with nice design touches. The nightly rate is more than fair. We would definitely stay again.
Probably one of my favorite hotel stays in recent times. 10/10 would book again soon. Loved the excellent location, friendly staff, cleanliness and the rooftop was the cherry on top. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a pleasant experience.

Friendly staffs. Clean room, but a bit weak bathroom ventilation. Good breakfast. Candies at the reception are splendid.
Our stay was just fine, especially considering the price. The breakfast was very underwhelming (!!) and no water bottles were provided in the room. The reception staff was difficult to understand and we had to ask multiple times to repeat what they‘ve said. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We wondered why there was images of German actors hanging within the room, felt a bit odd. Staff was friendly especially at the bar even though their system went down and they juggled a huge amount of people with a small number of staff.

Superb location. Check-in took some time with many guests queuing. Would love to have had to opportunity to choose a high or low floor. Breakfast area is fantastic, with the possibility to eat outdoor. Suggest to put a fresh bottle of water every day in the room if guests are staying multiple nights. Overall nice experience. Recommended.
Very helpful front desk staff, friendly and welcoming. Provided advice on local eateries, and best transport routes. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Very good. Had a comfortable stay. One feedback point; didn’t have the impression that airco in the room was working, and the temperature in the room during breakfast was very/way too high…
Very good location, excellent staff. Problem is there was an old and dirt tissue in my room (right after the entrance door where you hang some clothes. Also the remote control was not working, even if the reception kindly gave me another one (still it did not work).

You have a great front desk support team. And... I left my running glasses in the room. I did not recognize that I left them for a few days after I left your hotel. After a few emails, your team sent them to me (free of charge). That is amazing! Great hospitality!
Very friendly and efficient staff at check-in time. There was a problem with the room keys (they were being switched over to a new system) but this was addressed very quickly. The room was clean and tidy, everything was there except a kettle, but this is a minor point. A question though, I was in room 815 and the chair was excellent, very comfortable - what is the make of the chair please, I would like to buy one! Please say thank you to all the staff who were friendly and very helpful.
I liked breakfast
I have stayed here a few times since it opened and to be completely honest, the standard has been slowly, but inexorably, sliding downhill. I would describe the hotel as tired looking and in need of a major refurbishment.
Very happy with my stay. Reception services very good, both arrival and departure. My room is ideal for a business trip with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. It would be good to have a 30 second delay when you take your room key out of the power slot. Very good bedside reading lamp which I do like and is often ignored.

Un point négatif que j' avais déjà noté lors d un séjour dans un motel One à Vienne, le bac à douche est très glissant.
Great location, lovely staff. Very helpful. My negatives are rooms are quite small and no kettle in the rooms. Love to come back after being out and have a cup of tea. Instead you need to go to the bar and wait to be served. Can be busy down there at times

Très bon hôtel, bien placé. On a eu un problème de lavabo bouché à l'arrivée mais vite réglé une fois le problème signalé à l"accueil. Ma remarque serait juste de rajouter un frigo si possible.

Le prix est correct pour la prestation. La chambre est très petite, minimum de chose dans la salle de bain. Peu de savon pour se doucher. Pas de café ou thé dans la chambre. Le coussin trop épais.
