Air condition was set too low, and the bed cover was too short (I'm 1.89m).
Perfect location as a base to work in Dusseldorf
The bathroom door handle in the hotel room was loose and didn’t close properly. Unfortunately, this meant I could hear the bathroom fan running the whole time. I used earplugs during the night.
The price does not justify the service and comfort you provide. Yes, it was during Interpack but still too much charged for what you get. No good seating and not enough spaces during breakfast.
The price was totally unacceptable.
Motel One standard all over Europe. Always satisfied. Only missing is slippers inside. Due to the exhibition, the price rate was incredible level.
Top personal, top Hotel
Hotel was lovely, good location. Room clean though a little smaller than expected. Would of benefited from a 2nd bin and did miss having a kettle or fridge. Liked being able to choose the days we wanted housekeeping.

very clean/calm/ friendly staff/the defective lamp was immediately replaced/ great shower/I did not get water (my colleagues did...)/ missed the scrambled eggs for breakfast/good bar - friendly barkeeper -love this hotel
Excellent facilities, breakfast, rooms( specifically sound proofing being in a city), but more importantly, open, welcoming and friendly staff.

Everything was perfocet excluding response to my request to issue invoice. Reception staff was very friendly and promptly informed me they would issue invoice in 1 hour, but I still don't receive even after 4 days although I asked to issue it. I feel it is difficult for me to use here for business, but very good for private use.
Friendly and pro-active staff at the reception. I missed scrambled eggs, natural yoghurt, fresh orange juice and glasses for latte macchiato at breakfast. Fresh ginger tea was a plus.
I loved my stay there - the room was quiet, as requested (except for the overall thin walls, which are unfortunate). I did sleep well and was happy with the hotel as "home base" during my stay. The staff was naturally friendly and welcoming, which was also very nice. Breakfast has a lot of vegan options. I also liked the atmosphere between 6 and 6.30 h at breakfast with dimmed lights and quiet music. A great start of the day! Thank you.
Excellent hotel in perfect location!
Breakfast: expected a full continental breakfast but there were no scrambled eggs nor bacon, limited offer and the low seats are not comfortable for eating. Room: for the prize I at least expect some bottles of fresh water and/or minibar
Nice hotel, beautiful room, good breakfastclose to the station, only there was a faint sewery smell in the bathroom that was really annoying. Receptionist told me they would fix it when I checked out
We chose the hotel for its proximity to the train. Location was good overall. The rooms were just so small with no place to put things. No bedside tables! Good bathroom with adequate lighting. The lobby was vast, and usually full of people probably because the rooms were so small. But in the evening it was totally dark there.

The room was tiny, cell like, the AC didn't work, apparently it's turned off centrally from early October, regardless of weather or residents preferences. We didn't sleep well, too hot !! For the cost of 335.oo it was really bad value, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. One staff member was very nice and did all he could, the others were disinterested and poorly trained. Typical chain hotel operation, profit motivated little real interest or consideration for customer.
Overall a good experience, only the breakfast was a little uncreative for the 18 Euros price tag.
I loved the view and overall cleanliness of the hotel room! Would be great to have a wider selection of english speaking tv channels such as NHK, PBS, etc. The vegan options were a huge plus from us! I would also like to mention for the future, something like a mini fridge would be extraordinarily helpful for guests. storing restaurant leftovers, getting ready meals from the store to save money, etc.

Very pleasant stay, rooms are comfortable and very clean. Elevators super quick and common/seating area beautifully designed with comfortable nooks everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful
I don't remember how many times I stayed in MotelOne hotels. No surprise. Price/performance best. Breakfast delicious. Rooms are same like any other MotelOne. There was an ongoing renovation next to reception but it is ok and did not effect my stay. Location is great and 2 minutes walking to main station. Happy again.
Nice room on high floor, as requested, thank you. We did not know about renovations going on but the reduced size breakfast (half-price) suited us very well. Noise started mid-morning but we left to catch our train. Morning reception staff much friendlier than evening reception staff!
The interior and the style is the same everywhere, but the people are different. So that makes the difference. There was not a nice check in, but everything else was without problem.
I could have used more power outlets in the room, especially one closer to the little table/desk. The room and bed were very comfortable, quiet, and clean. If I stay in Düsseldorf again, it will be at Motel One.

I have been using MotelOne for over a decade. However, I have never experienced anything like this before. I know I booked four weeks in advance and checked in late on the day. Probably because of that, the first room I was given was next to the lift. It also faced a busy intersection with trams braking and starting up. At the same time, the TV wasn't working. Sorry, that was too much. So I complained about the room and was given another one, which was OK.

prior to the stay at the hotel, everything said about the hotel was correct, and I had a pleasant stay .
I could have improved my rating but the aircon was not working in the room so I had to open the window and got unfortunately bothered by the noise of the street.
This hotel has the best location as it is near Central Main Station and same streets full of Japanese restaurants. It is very clean. The receptionist allowed us for early check-in. The cleaner replaced our towels even if we did not put the towels on the floor. I hope they have mini fridge. I am not sure if you have to ask the reception for toothbrush kit because they don't have the kit in the bathroom. Not a fan of their carpet design. I think their wifi is slow. I was using my mobile data all the time. I would still prefer this hotel if we visit DUS again.
There was an awful sound during the night which was like a broken robot hitting the wall in a short interval. It kept me from sleeping and the night was very rough. The staff could not help the guest who where affected by this and we "had to live with it". I've wished the staff during the night had the competence of the staff the morning after. They where kind and gave me at least a good explanation but the fatigue remained during the day and felt like a three hour jet lag. The workshop this day was exhausting because of that.

Motel One is always a good choice for my business trips. The rooms are nice, and the staff and service have always been excellent. The breakfast is good, although I don't quite see the value for money. However, that has nothing to do with the offering or quality—just to be clear.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout, rooms with practical layout, quiet and very clean. Great lounge breakfast buffet. One thing that could be improved are seating arrangements for elderly people, who need higher chairs and tables to lean on. If these could be included in the lounge, it would be helpful.
I know what to expect. Love the continuity. Enough space, friendly staff, cleanliness. Very convenient location.

El hotel está ubicado en el barrio de Little Tokio, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la estación central, lo cual resulta muy práctico. Sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que está cerca de una zona no muy segura por la noche, lo que podría ser un inconveniente para algunos viajeros. Hotel moderno, con estilo funcional. La habitación era muy pequeña, pero perfecta para una persona sola. A pesar de ello, eché en falta dos elementos esenciales: un teléfono para comunicarme con recepción, especialmente útil si se viaja solo, y una caja fuerte, imprescindible para viajes de negocios. El baño estaba muy bien y contaba con todo lo esencial para una estancia cómoda. En cuanto al desayuno, aunque era muy básico, todo estaba bueno y bien preparado. Además, es de agradecer que la cafetería/bar del hotel ofrezca sándwiches para cenar, lo que resulta muy práctico para quienes prefieren no salir por la noche. Analizando la relación calidad-precio-servicio, considero que no está del todo equilibrada. Sin embargo, los hoteles de esta cadena son muy recomendables en general. En resumen, es una buena opción si buscas algo funcional y bien ubicado, aunque hay detalles que podrían mejorarse, sobre todo para viajes de negocios.
Estuve muy satisfecha.La ubicación perfecta al lado de la Hauptbahnhof,la zona de restaurantes está muy cerca. Lo mejor El personal servicio, concretamente y en especial un empleado de color, fue super agradable me ayudó para llevar el desayuno a las 6 de la mañana, tenía que salir deprisa hacia la estación. Agradezco toda su atención y amabilidad.
A las 8:45 llamaron fuertemente a nuestra habitación y entraron, eran las personas de la limpieza, el susto fue tremendo y perturbaron nuestro descanso algo clave en un hotel
