The cleanliness, colors, and design are still my favorites. I would always be happy to have a small refrigerator in the room.
Super nice hotel. Near the centre, clean, beautiful. Loved the 24h bar and the staff. I also got to kiss a super cool girl, so 100/100 experience. Cool about the fishes on the screen too.

A very pleasant place for a few days. Excellent location, walking proximity to the Stare Miasto, Teatr Wielki, University of Warsaw, Ogrod Saski, downtown shopping area, large variety of restaurants on Novy Swiat, Chopin and Copernicus Musea, Zlote Tarasy shopping mall and the outlet store for Boleslavies ceramics. The Polin Museum of the history of Polish Jews is a tram ride away. Metro station nearby. The design is contemporary, streamlined, in grey, white and turquoise. No frills. Very COMFORTABLE BED❤️ Good shower. Lots of breakfast items. Note: no fridge, watery kettle and limited space for clothing. Staff is helpful and professional. Recommended.
Initially the biggest disadvantage was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. It's not just the cold water that we might want, but also its use for some medicines or creams. You should inform the customer in advance when making the reservation. The advantages are the comfortable large bed and the many pillows.

I only stayed here for two nights, but I would have happily stayed longer. The staff is made up of very young people, all very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The room isn't very large, but it has everything you need, and most importantly, it was immaculately clean. It was perhaps a little warm, but that wasn't a problem. The property is very modern and charming, and the breakfast was extensive. Especially as an Italian, I was very happy with the Nutella, after being able to put those delicious croissants in them! I was able to leave my bags for a few hours both before check-in and after check-out. Very efficient and, above all, helpful service. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all means of transportation. I'm very happy I chose Motel One!

I stay here regularly, usually getting a quiet room at the back of the hotel. This time I was allocated room 0601, which I thought was quiet at first, but realised there was quite a noisy lift which was going up and down all night. I don't think it was the hotel lift. It may have been a lift in the adjacent building. I had to wear earplugs.
Well over the years I keep coming back, so you must be doing something special.
A very well equipped hotel in an absolutely perfect location
The receptionists were very nice. I lost my memory on my iPhone passcode, my iPhone and google accounts were locked on 7 April, the receptionist was extremely helpful, helped me to book a taxi so that I could buy another phone for my remaining journey. The lady was very kind, helped me to make hardcopies of my air flight tickets and advised me the way to send postcards. On my last day staying in your hotel, the receptionist asked me whether the passcode was resolved. All these touching responses could not be replaced by robots. Highly recommend for someone sightseeing in Warsaw.
Very friendly and helpful staff. My room (handicapped room, because I asked for a very quiet room, though I have no handicap) was large and clean. Major issue: The heating did not work, so the temperature was around 17-19 degrees, not pleasant for me during the day and for reading in the room (I know people have different thermal resistance). Minor: TV complicated to set; funny smell when I arrived, did get better after a few hous with the window open; no ventilation as the air con was completely switched off (see above). Overall, for € 107/night, you could do better.

Staff were excellent and very professional. The rooms and common areas were sparkling clean. Location near Old Town Warsaw and other attractions was excellent. Wishes: a kettle or coffee maker in the room .
Warm welcome, clean and functional room with nice shower and toiletries. Good location, right opposite the Chopin museum, and wonderful breakfast and bar area. Only thing missing were tea/ coffee making facilities after a long day sightseeing but hot drinks were unlimited at breakfast.
We have stayed at Motel One in Warsaw several times before and have always appreciated the hotel for its consistency, friendly staff and overall reliability. That is why it feels especially disappointing to write a review like this. Our most recent stay made it clear that something has changed, and unfortunately not for the better. A promising start that quickly lost its shine Upon arrival we were greeted warmly at the reception. We were informed that we had been upgraded free of charge to the ninth floor, which we genuinely appreciated since we enjoy staying on higher floors. We were also told that a small gift was waiting for us in the room. It sounded like a thoughtful gesture and gave us a positive first impression. When we entered the room, the “gift” turned out to be four pieces of candy. Of course, a gift is a gift, but presenting something so minimal as a special surprise felt a bit odd. It came across as more awkward than meaningful, especially considering how it had been introduced. The real issue: no air, no ventilation, no sleep What overshadowed everything else was the fact that the room had no functioning ventilation. The AC was completely off and there was no fresh air coming in at all. This was not about wanting cool air; it was about the room lacking oxygen. We went down to the reception to ask for help and were told that the AC system had not been activated yet because it was early April. We understand that some hotels operate on seasonal settings, but ventilation is not the same as cooling. A room needs air circulation regardless of the month. After some back and forth, the staff agreed to send a technician the next morning. During the night we tried to manage by keeping the window open, but since the hotel is located in the middle of the city, all the traffic noise poured straight into the room. The result was a night with almost no sleep. A technician visit without results and without follow-up The next morning the technician arrived. He replaced the control panel, the fan started for half a second, and then he left, seemingly satisfied with the job. He did not stay to check whether the ventilation actually worked. It did not. This meant two more nights without proper air, without any follow-up and without any sign that the hotel cared about resolving the issue. It is difficult to describe how exhausted and disappointed you feel after three nights without proper sleep, especially when the problem is something as basic as ventilation. Basic housekeeping issues on top of everything else As if the ventilation problem was not enough, we also experienced issues with housekeeping. On Saturday afternoon we had to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper because the cleaning staff had not replenished it. We were clearly not the only ones, as several guests were collecting toilet rolls at the same time. When we asked whether there was a staffing issue, the young receptionist simply replied “why do you ask,” even though we had neither toilet paper nor tissues in the room. A completely empty tissue box had been left in the bathroom. It may seem like a small detail, but it added to the growing sense that basic standards were slipping. The bar: another unexpected disappointment Another aspect we have always enjoyed at Motel One is the bar. The drinks have previously been well made and consistent. This time, however, the experience was very different. Our favourite drink tasted mostly like juice, completely unbalanced. When we politely mentioned this to the bartender, the only response we received was “okay.” No apology, no offer to remake the drink, no gesture of goodwill. Not even a simple acknowledgement that something might be off. The issue was not the drink itself, but the lack of service-mindedness. A clear decline and a difficult recommendation We have stayed at Motel One Warsaw four times before and always felt that the hotel delivered a solid and dependable experience. This time it was obvious that the standard has slipped. The service feels less attentive, the details less thoughtful and the overall experience noticeably weaker. We do not have unreasonable expectations. We are not looking for luxury or special treatment. But we do expect: a room with functioning ventilation the drinks to match what is described on the menu staff who show interest when something is not working follow-up when guests report a problem a basic level of service and care Unfortunately, none of this was met during our stay. Conclusion It is with great disappointment that we conclude that Motel One Warsaw no longer maintains the level of quality we previously appreciated. We have always recommended the hotel to friends and colleagues, but after this visit we are unsure whether we will return. When a hotel cannot provide something as fundamental as proper ventilation, and shows little interest in resolving the issue, something essential has been lost. We truly hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and returns to the standard that once made it our first choice in Warsaw. As things stand now, we will be considering other options for our next visit.

We really liked the design, the location and the bar. It was very hot in the room, the AC could only heat and the windows can only be opened slightly. We were expecting a better breakfast selection especially considering its price: meat and could cuts options were very limited and the same everyday, it was boring after 2 nights. No omelets, sausages or any other hot savoury items. Probably we will skip breakfast next time.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the center, the staff is very friendly, and the bar is open 24/7. The room was fine, but I would add a few more products in the bathroom, like hand cream, soap, etc.
Really nice and warm welcome on reception. I was offered early check in and also a map for my city trip. Only what i would change is the sitting situation for breakfast. I mean the chairs are really nice and comfortable for a drink in the evening but not to sit and eat.
We stayed at Motel One Warsaw Chopin for 2 nights. The check in was very profesional, polite and friendly. The room was a standard double room with all comfort what you need for a city break. Cleanliness is excellent, in the huge lobby we could have some relaxing time betwee exploring the city. Location is super convenient, easily reachable the old town and the shopping aerea.

Loved my stay at Motel One in Warsaw. Gorgeous and arty Chopin-themed decor in the lobby and in my room. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Super clean and super quiet. Stunning location in Central Warsaw. Reasonable price. Very happy and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Clean place and great located, very good breakfast, the staff were kind and available. I missed a small refrigerator and a hot pot for coffee, don't know about the rest of the rooms but mine was pretty tight but comfortable.

Very happy once again with my stay at Motel One. At Warsaw Chopin they appear to be far stricter with check-in time of 3.00. Other Motel One properties I’ve stayed in allowed check-in on earlier arrival at no additional cost. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful, reception staff not so friendly compared to other Motel One locations. Overall though, it is a well located hotel, spotlessly clean and the rooms are comfortable. I have already booked a return.

L'hôtel est très agréable, bien situé. Accueil et disponibilité du personnel parfait. Un seul petit bémol au sujet du petit déjeuner, peu de tables avec chaises , nous devons prendre place dans des fauteuils de salon ce qui est peu confortable.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Tout était parfait. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Nous aurions cependant apprécié avoir une bouilloire et/ou une cafetière dans la chambre. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien, tout peut se faire à pied.
Gestion de la température dans la chambre à revoir et dimension de la couette qui ne correspond pas à la dimension du lit et ça c est un vrai problème pour moi qui suis grand
Très belle chambre au 8eme étage avec vue superbe sur la ville le musée Chopin, le stade et le pont Swieyokrzyskie.
Bar très agréable et des cocktails à tombé. La chambre est OK bien que peut-être un peu petite et manquant de rangement. Le petit-déjeuner mériterait d'être amélioré il n'y a pas énormément de choix. Par contre le parking à 100PLN par nuit c'est beaucoup trop cher, ça revient moins cher de se garer dans la rue...

Hôtels design pas chers à Varsovie : Motel One
Varsovie, capitale polonaise depuis 1596, a vécu des périodes très mouvementées et des bouleversements. L’architecture aux multiples facettes témoigne de la richesse de son histoire. Églises gothiques, palais classiques, quartiers construits à l’ère soviétique et gratte-ciel modernes : « Warszawa » est une métropole aux multiples facettes ayant su allier avec talent tradition et modernité pour se forger sa propre identité.
L’emblème de la ville se trouve à seulement quelques pas de votre hôtel. Avec ses 237 mètres, impossible de le rater : le Palais de la culture et de la science, ou (Pałac Kultury i Nauki, acronymePKiN) accueille les voyageurs dès la sortie de la gare principale du centre-ville. Ce bâtiment des années 1950 a été construit sur ordre du régime soviétique. À cette époque, c’était le deuxième plus grand édifice d’Europe. De nos jours, il abrite, entre autres, des cinémas, des théâtres et une piscine. Au 30e étage se trouvent une plate-forme et un restaurant panoramiques. De là, vous pourrez également facilement vous rendre à pied ou en tramway au musée de l’Insurrection de Varsovie et au musée national. La ville de Varsovie est en général facile à explorer en transports en commun. Un vaste réseau de lignes de métro, de bus et de tramway dessert la ville dans toutes les directions.
Une visite dans la vieille ville de Varsovie est impérative. Après avoir été détruite lors de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, elle a été fidèlement reconstruite. Elle appartient désormais au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. Au centre de la vieille ville se trouve la place du marché, regorgeant de restaurants et cafés dans lesquels vous pourrez vous requinquer avec des spécialités polonaises telles que le bortsch (une soupe à la betterave) ou les pierogi, des ravioles farcies. Et si le cœur vous en dit, vous pourrez également goûter à la vodka, la boisson nationale : Na zdrowie !
Ancienne splendeur et nouveaux mondes
Vous pourrez aussi admirer la statue de la Syrenka (sirène de Varsovie), un symbole de la ville représenté également dans ses armoiries. Elle a alimenté de nombreuses légendes. Sauvée par un pêcheur, elle aurait alors offert sa protection aux habitants de la colonie devenue par la suite la capitale.
Dans ce quartier se trouve également la cathédrale Saint-Jean (qui est la plus ancienne église de la ville) et le Château royal de Varsovie, siège des rois polonais jusqu’au 18e siècle. À partir de l’extrémité sud de la place du château, vous pourrez flâner sur la Voie royale (Trakt Królewski), une des plus longues rues historiques au monde. Elle s’étend du Château royal vers le sud de la ville jusqu’aux résidences d’été royales, notamment le palais Wilanów, situé à 10 km. Ce magnifique boulevard relie de nombreux édifices historiques : l’église Sainte-Anne, le Palais présidentiel, ou encore l’université de Varsovie. En continuant votre promenade, vous arriverez immanquablement dans la rue Nowy Świat, célèbre artère piétonne de Varsovie. La rue « du Nouveau Monde » vous invite à faire du shopping et à vous détendre au gré de vos envies dans ses nombreux cafés et boutiques.
Au nord, la ville nouvelle, construite à la fin du 14e siècle, jouxte la vieille ville. En passant sous la Barbicane, une porte située dans les fortifications encerclant la vieille ville, vous rejoindrez le Nowe Miasto, un quartier abritant de belles églises et le palais Raczynski du 18e siècle. Le quartier est traversé par la rue Ulica Freta, une rue semi-piétonne dans laquelle, bien installé dans un de ses restaurants, vous pourrez observer la vie animée des habitants. Mais vous pourrez également faire une pause dans le parc Traugutta après vous être promené dans la nature.
Praga, un quartier qui a le vent en poupe !
Le quartier branché de Praga se situe sur la rive droite de la Vistule, juste en face de la vieille ville. Vous pouvez facilement vous y rendre en tramway, via le pont Śląsko-Dąbrowski. Cette ancienne ville à part entière fait partie de la capitale depuis 1791. Cet ancien quartier ouvrier est beaucoup moins façonné « à l’occidentale » et plus authentique, car il n’a pas été trop endommagé durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il n’est donc pas étonnant que des films hollywoodiens, tels que Le Pianiste, aient été tournés dans un décor dégageant une telle atmosphère. Désormais, les artistes et créatifs de Varsovie ont investi les lieux, le street art bigarré orne les vieux bâtiments rongés par le temps, et les galeries et bars modernes vous invitent à la visite. Des petits restaurants chaleureux servent une cuisine polonaise généreuse (ou végane), et des musées insolites se consacrent à la fabrication de la bière ou aux enseignes publicitaires au néon. À ne pas oublier : le zoo de Varsovie, avec la villa Żabiński et la plage sur les rives de la Vistule (considérée comme l’une des plus belles plages urbaines d’Europe) se trouvent également à Praga. Par conséquent, si vous souhaitez découvrir une autre facette de Varsovie, faites un saut sur l’autre rive.
Chopin : un compositeur classique sous un jour nouveau
On ne peut pas savoir s’il a un jour pris un bain de soleil sur la plage de Varsovie, mais ce qu’on sait en revanche, c’est que Frédéric Chopin est l’une des plus célèbres personnes nées dans cette ville. Il naquit en 1810 à Damelazowa Wola (duché de Varsovie de l’époque) et passa les 20 premières années de sa vie dans une propriété proche de l’université avant de s’installer à Paris. Il reçut à Varsovie sa formation musicale, composa ses premières œuvres et attira au Château, en tant qu’enfant prodige du piano, les familles royales les plus prestigieuses. Aujourd’hui encore, ce grand compositeur est omniprésent. La ville lui a non seulement dédié son aéroport, mais elle lui a également consacré un musée, le musée Chopin (situé juste en face de notre hôtel), ainsi qu’un monument éponyme dans le parc Łazienki. Pendant l’été, il y a littéralement de la musique dans l’air lorsque ses œuvres y sont jouées. Aucun doute possible : Varsovie aime Chopin et Chopin aimait Varsovie. À tel point qu’il souhaita que son cœur revienne dans sa ville natale après sa mort. Il repose actuellement dans l’église de la Sainte-Croix sur la Voie royale. Ce musicien de génie a également été une source d’inspiration pour le design de notre hôtel. Dans l’espace lounge et les chambres, la musique classique apporte une note stylée. Ainsi, si vous recherchez un hébergement exceptionnel, à un prix imbattable et avec un emplacement privilégié, notre Motel One est fait pour vous.
