Very clean, excellent breakfast, kind personnel! Very good location, close to the center of old Graz!
The hotel was amazing. We arrived quite early so I didn’t expected that the room was ready but it was. So after a long trip to Graz we was able to freshen up before we explore the city. The check in was smooth and super friendly. I don’t remember her name but she was polite knowledgeable and gave us a great welcome. We went to the room. The room was super clean and to an high standard which other brands can not keep up. I personally work for Hilton so I stayed in some hotels even under the Hilton umbrella which can not compare to this property. I did not booked breakfast so I can not say anything about that. The next day while we have been out the room was serviced from the housekeeping perfectly. When we checked out we could store the bags and still explore the city. The hotel is in a perfect location. I will recommend everyone to stay there if they ever go to Graz.
Very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast (although I missed freshly squashed orange juices). Extremely convenient location. The main drawback is having carpet instead of carpet flooring!

Design and cleanliness are great, staff was helpful, price was fair. There is only one issue: the rooms are small, barely enough space for luggage; and you are barely able to walk past the foot of the bed.

I recently stayed at Motel One in Graz and had an excellent experience! Located conveniently near the city center, it offers easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and transport links, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel itself has a sleek, modern design that is both stylish and comfortable. The rooms, although not overly large, are well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable bed and pleasant room. I traveled solo, and the king-size bed had a tiny duvet/blanket - 70x140cm. It would be nice if a double-size duvet were used instead. The location is great. The staff was great. Breakfast was amazing

Clean, nice design, friendly staff, etc. But: - room 525 does not easily allow to open the window - in the shower, the the shower can not be fiexed so that water comes straight down, goes to walls - breakfast is under average related to the price of the stay
It was my second stay in Motel One in Graz. The staff at the reception were competent and friendly. The room was clean with perfect heating. The lobby was pleasant - and I could do some work there. Breakfast was very good I just missed porridge.

Location is great - all public transport passes through and there are lot of restaurants around. It is basically situated in the city center. They have all the necessities and the staff is always friendly/helpful. Breakfast is minimum - they could add more warm foods to it

Very nice hotel. Loved the location. Only disappointment was the papercups in the bathroom - I would have liked two glasses (in glass) to use while I was there.

Motel One is a generic hotel that provides a standardized to everything. Any guest for service beyond standard checking in/out requests are not available. The front-desk staff are not knowledgeble of what tourists may ask.
I was already 2x in the Motel1 in Graz and l was very satisfied- extraordinary location, very kind stuff, the rooms are great ,l just loved pillows and the madras:). I recommend to all my friends

Excellent service for front desk staff. The hotel lobby and rooms were beautifully decorated. The only thing I was disappointed in was I believed I had booked a twin room as a double/queen was not large enough for my husband and me. I was told you dont have single beds, so I believe then that because the way the bed cover is folded on the bed in the photos, it makes it looks like they are 2 singles pushed together so I got confused. Unfortunately, we did not sleep well for 3 nights as the bed was too small for us.
A friendly welcome, fast and efficient service, a lovely room and a great breakfast. I'll be looking to stay at Motel Ones in the future.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay! Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast and located next to the tram terminal (but totally sound-proofed) so very easy to get to places from there. The only thing it needs is a bit more shelf space in the room - only 2 thin shelves, and the top one is difficult to reach if you're 1,60m tall!
I loved every moment of staying at your elegant hotel. During my working life, I've stayed in very grand hotels in Hong Kong, London etc and yours has an especial charm, the design is fabulous and the cost equally great. We will be back. I am traveling with my senior parents, and our stay at the Motel One was very pleasant. Location is incredible and the staff is very accommodating. We were very impressed with a Venezuelan woman who worked at the front desk, she was very friendly and gave us a lot of tips and info about the city. The only issue we had was with the safety box in one of the rooms, it seems that the previous guest left it locked so we couldn’t use it; we told front desk and they told us they would fix, but it didn’t happened. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Our family had a great stay at Motel 1 Graz! The employees were very friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were great, the design is lovely, and it was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Bienvenidos a «Jako»: así es como los habitantes de Graz suelen llamar coloquialmente a la animada plaza Jakominiplatz. En esta bonita plaza de Graz se encuentra nuestro económico hotel de diseño. Esta ubicación, en el sur del primer distrito de la ciudad, está perfectamente comunicada mediante transporte público y además es ideal para visitar a pie los lugares de interés y los sitios más turísticos de la ciudad. Por ello, esta plaza se convierte, día a día, en el centro de reunión y lugar de paso de una gran cantidad de personas. Teniendo esto en cuenta, ¡no hay mejor lugar para alojarse durante un viaje a la ciudad!
Graz es muy versátil
La capital del estado federado de Estiria es colorida, acogedora, abierta y diversa. Cuando decimos que Graz también es la capital del «placer», no nos referimos solo a las delicias culinarias, sino a todo un viaje sensorial. Desde el arte hasta la cultura, pasando por el aceite de semillas de calabaza: podrá oír, ver y saborear la esencia de la ciudad en cuanto salga por la puerta de nuestro hotel. Tardará menos de diez minutos en llegar a pie al casco antiguo de Graz, donde podrá pasear por la bonita calle Herrengasse y admirar el esplendor barroco. Por el camino también encontrará la armería Landeszeughaus, construida entre 1642 y 1647, que refleja una parte histórica de Estiria. Disfrute caminando por las históricas calles empedradas del casco antiguo mientras contempla la arquitectura de diferentes épocas hasta llegar a la legendaria torre del reloj. Cerca de allí encontrará el teleférico de la montaña Schlossberg, que le llevará a uno de los sitios más bonitos de Graz. Desde allí avistará su próximo destino: la plataforma Murinsel. Cerca del museo Kunsthaus, podrá disfrutar de un delicioso café austriaco o asistir a un evento en el impresionante edificio del diseñador neoyorquino Vito Acconci. Si tiene tiempo, le recomendamos hacer ambas cosas, porque le encantarán.
¡Pero eso no es todo! A tan solo un kilómetro de distancia de nuestro hotel, encontrará más lugares que merece la pena visitar. Nuestro consejo es que pasee por el pintoresco parque urbano Stadtpark hasta la Universidad de Graz. Esta universidad, fundada el 1 de enero de 1585, es la segunda universidad más antigua de Austria después de la Universidad de Viena. Desde allí, puede terminar el paseo caminando en dirección suroeste hasta el castillo, cuya construcción se inició en 1438 por orden del posterior emperador del Sacro Imperio Romano Germánico Federico III. En esa zona hay mucho que ver: desde el estanque de los patos hasta la Orangerie y la puerta medieval de la ciudad. De vuelta al hotel, pasará por el imponente teatro de la ópera, donde la tradición y la modernidad se combinan de una forma impresionante. Justo al lado de este edificio histórico se encuentra una Estatua de la Libertad de acero, que fue diseñada por Hartmut Skerbisch para el Festival de Otoño de Estiria de 1992 y que ahora es un símbolo clave de Graz.
