Very good price/quality as everyone knows. I know it’s not a 5 star hotel but still, I’d like to have at least 1 glass or cup in the room instead of having to “steal” one from the restaurant..🙂
Overall, a good experience. Our only complaint was the room size - very cramped for two people. Breakfast was good, and hotel is well-located.
First time guest and had an excellent experience, gave us a top floor corner room, good breakfast abd parking. Fast check-in and out. Very central location in Frankfurt. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel is centrally located, easy to access on public transport, rooms were clean and tidy.
Great concept & good value for money. My only comment related to the stiffness of the mattress. Everything else was fine.

I was completely taken aback to find handcuffs under the mattress; I have no idea why they were there. Furthermore, the room next door had an alarm clock that went off every morning from 6 AM to 7 AM. The walls were incredibly thin, so it sounded like the alarm was going off right next to me, making it difficult to sleep.
Great location, receptionist’s looked after my room allocation request, lounge offers. price at the Römer location. Not the case for Freiburg. 176 Euro! Booked a different hotel.
Small room compared to USA standards, but not for Europe. It was clean and comfortable. No sheet to sleep under, just comforter and fitted mattress sheet. No wash cloths in the room. There were two towels and hand towels. Only one chair. Floor inside the shower was a little slippery, so caution when stepping out. Coffee/Tea bar at entrance and just outside of restaurant, but no signage stating it was not free.
The Motel 1 Frankfurt-Römer location worked out perfectly for us. Nice staff, clean room, and comfortable bed.
Close to old town, tram stop in front the hotel. Clean and confortable. Close to restaurants and bars. Save please to walk at night. Also staff was really nice as they help us to call the airline to make an important change on hour itinerary. Room is small but good enough to stay some days. A/C didn't work, not sure if a general issue or only in our room. I would recommend this place.

Well equipped rooms, nice atmosphere, clean and quite. Nice staff at the reception, and good welcoming. The only downside is the size if the room - it is very small!
Generally, a good experience. Bed should be a few inches longer, and mattress should feel harder and straighter when you lie down (it is soft and bendy, not good for the back).
We stayed two nights in the weekend. The sheets and towels were not changed for two days. We couldn't have breakfast the second day because the hotel was crowded and we couldn't find a seat. The staff was wonderful. Thanks.
Motel provided excellent services, however there is need to be strengthened the WiFi coverage within the building on higher floors. The multiple walls obstruct WiFi coverage in certain locations.

The room was adequate but it is missing a coffee station and perhaps a small fridge but it would have been nice to be able to make coffee in my own room, even if only two cups worth of coffee and sugar were provided. Otherwise my stay was pleasant and I was close to my course venue, many shops and attractions. Thank you.
Another good stay, room clean and great size. Only issue was that there was an unsightly smell when you went in the bathroom.

Excellent location, only a 10 minute walk from Frankfurt's central station. Also. very importantly, only a 5 minute walk to the Old Town. The hotel itself was a pleasant, modern building but inside it had lots of character and a nice vibe. The reception staff were excellent as were the bar staff. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. There were no negatives to our stay.
Modern building with stylish decor and good sound insulation. The rooms are rather small and the price is relatively high, however. There's a stylish bar downstairs as well, although the service was very slow. The staff were friendly enough.

Onetime the year a visit in Frankfurt.. same hotel as every year: Motel one Römerberg. Feels a little bit like comin' home.
The King size bed was too large for the sze of the room which restricted movement and storage of luggage in the room. Apart from that we werre very happy

I stayed at the Motel One in downtown Frankfurt this past week. The staff was courteous and was always available. The rooms were very clean and modern. I will be staying at this location again!

Excelente ubicación para visitar los puntos de interés turísticos de la ciudad. Pieza de un tamaño algo pequeño pero muy funcional para estadías cortas. Es muy cómodo el tener estacionamiento en el mismo edificio.
Excelente atención. Bien la habitación en cuento a limpieza y elementos de aseo. El tamaño de la habitación no es demasiado confortable , pero para una sola noche no implica problema.

Me he alojado en el hotel ya por segunda ocasión. Destacó la higiene de las habitaciones. El desayuno muy bueno y es la oportunidad de conocer otros huéspedes.
La atención en recepción muy buena tanto antes de llegar por email como durante. No pongo 10 porque no conseguí en ningún momento hablar por teléfono, siempre estaba comunicando. Además, el día de salida nos vinieron 15 minutos antes de las 12 (hora de salida) a limpiar la habitación. La ubicación espectacular. Buena limpieza. El desayuno variado, eché en falta el zumo de naranja natural así como aceite que otros hoteles de la misma categoría suelen tener, así como un tostador de pan.
Cama y almohada muy cómoda, sábanas de calidad. Productos de ducha y manos muy buenos. Ducha estupenda. Lo único malo es que tanto la habitación como el baño son un poco reducidos.
El hotel es un gran opción para Frankfurt. Muy buena ubicación, moderno, muy buena atención y además es lindo y moderno. El desayuno vale la pena. Recomendable.
Un establecimiento de calidad muy normal. Cuartos ciertamente mínimos. La restauración deficiente.
La atención perfecta, quizás resta puntos el barullo organizado en el desayuno, había mucha gente, daba sensación de que no había sitio, además el lugar era oscuro.
Excelente servicio el del señor Alex que atiende al personal. Muy gentil y buena onda. El hotel tiene muchas reglas y es frío pero gracias an Alex y su atención personalizada hace que califique con 5 estrellas.
Muy recomendable, sin duda regresaremos.

Nuestro hotel en Frankfurt también podía haberse llamado «Mainhattan Central», porque es casi imposible tener una ubicación más céntrica que la que ofrece el Motel One Frankfurt-Römer. A la vuelta de la esquina se encuentra el casco antiguo con el Ayuntamiento medieval de la ciudad, llamado «Römer». Nuestro hotel de diseño también se encuentra muy cerca de la Iglesia de San Pablo de Frankfurt, de la Catedral imperial y del Museo de arte moderno MMK. A pie también se puede llegar a la casa de Goethe, en la cual nació el célebre poeta en 1749. Por lo tanto, los amantes de la cultura y de la historia lo tendrán difícil para decidirse. Aunque los fans de la moda y el disfrute también encontrarán lo que buscan: el centro, lleno de cafeterías, restaurantes y calles para hacer shopping, está justo a la puerta de nuestro económico hotel en Frankfurt. Así que no hay nada que le impida darse un buen paseo por la ciudad. Y en caso de que se aburriera a este lado del río, puede salir del casco antiguo cruzando el Meno por el puente «Eiserner Steg» y dirigirse al moderno barrio Brückenviertel.
O también puede leer un libro: después de todo, se encuentra en uno de los antiguos centros de la imprenta y el comercio de libros, donde además se celebra cada año la Feria internacional del libro. Por lo tanto, no es de extrañar que el concepto de diseño de nuestro económico hotel en Frankfurt gire en torno al libro. Desde las lámparas flotantes de hojas de papel que se encuentran en la recepción a las letras plateadas decorativas de la zona de desayuno, todo el interior está inspirado en el proceso de fabricación industrial y tiene un encantador ambiente de biblioteca. Y si está pensando en tochos llenos de polvo y oscuros rincones de lectura, está muy equivocado: el moderno diseño de los muebles y las coloridas obras de arte creadas por el pincel del Hendrik Zimmer, que se ha inspirado en el tema de la lectura para nosotros, son la guinda del pastel.
