I only stayed for one night. My experience would make me want to stay again.
Very easy the check in and out. Hotel is clean and staff was always ready to assist.
Another winner. Love the Motel One hotels. This one had a smaller less decorated lounge. Nice employees.
It was the hottest day in Germany ever and the staff was still as friendly and joyful and energetic as usually. We always love to stay at motel one when we travel trough Germany and we love it. The room is perfect, bed comfortable, airco much needed and it was nice and cool. This hotel has an underground parking that is a public one and also jas excess to the mall.
Top service, top location, top value!
Everything was perfect. Just a little bit, maybe if there is a minibar in the room, it will be good. Especially thank you to Ms. Ela at reseption. She was so friedly and helpful to me throughout my stay. Thanks again!
Everything about this particular hotel I found excellent. Great location, quick and friendly check-in, nice clean and quiet room. The only negative is that it is difficult to access the front of the hotel by car and for taxis it is easier to walk down to the main station.
My first time to stay at Motel One Wiesbaden. I will definitely return! Good location for station, office and exploring Wiesbaden on foot. Room cleaned each day without need to request. An overall positive experience with just 2 small niggles: 1) had to pay on site as no option for payment through Egencia/company credit card; 2) complimentary mineral water in the room would have been very welcome.
Bestes Barteam!
Noise in the night: the guest in room 515 made a lot of noise at 4:30 AM. He was playing music and I heard this music in my room. I called reception at 4:45 AM and asked for help. The lady who answered the phone was rude. She said it is not her business if guests are making noise in the night. She told me to solve the problem on my own. What is a guest to do? It can be dangerous to go knock on the door of a stranger. Finally I got dressed and knocked on the door of room 51t. The man said he was sorry. But my sleep was disturbed. Later I complained downstairs about the lack of help and the receptionist a young lady with longish brown hair with Turkish origins said " Our hotel policy is to not intervene when there is noise in the night. You must accept it." Do you agree? This means there is no safety for guests at night. Anything can happen and your hotel will not help.
The room had a beautiful view and everyone at the front desk was very helpful!
Room broadly good, Breakfast ok but not enough space, Only one water bottle yet staying for 3 days was poor
The Location of the hotel is 10/10 and the neatness is 10/10
I had an emergency and needed to stay with a family member at a nearby hospital. The hotel was very convenient for catching the bus, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and stress-free stay during a difficult time.
Good location, clean room, Enough at the breakfast and last but not least: a very good price
Friendly and helpful staff, nice room equipped with everything needed. Very tasteful interior and tasty breakfast. Location is central and close the train station. The only thing I am always confused by (as a person not super familiar with staying in hotels alone) is the process around breakfast - that is very likely just me, being a beginner but for me it would be super helpful to be told something like breakfast is from x to y and please check-in quickly with the reception in the morning. But I guess for most people that would be redundant information.
Every thing great but no lotion or conditioner in the shower ☹️ Also it would be nice to have a shit without the duvet because the duvet was too hot.
The room was super cold.Heating did not work. 1 day power loss. Toilet did not stop flushing. Super crowded breakfast
I enjoy staying at Motel One Wiesbaden, I consider it to be my home when in Germany. I am greeted at check-in as a friend that is coming back for a visit and at checkout told see you again next time. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable all one could ask for. See you again in October.
Rooms are good. The bar is very good, especially the vines selection. And the personal ist very good. But waiting time for elevators were very bad and what a pitty that there is no way to use the stairs to go to the garage. Not good at all was that we were not informed during checkin that there is no payment automat in the parking space and that you have to pay it at the hotels receiption. We lost a lot of time because of that.
All was good.
Overall a good stay at your hotel. When I booked we asked if we could pay the night before given we were flying over night internationally and wanted to be able to check in the morning we flew in. All good and I reserved it. However I did receive a call back afterwards saying that it didn't feel right by the hotel and that they would reserve the rooms so we could check in early and we would come to an agreement of what to pay for an early check in. But when we arrived at 9am we were told no rooms available and that we would have to wait until 3pm to check into our rooms. This defeated the whole purpose of my request especially given a 8 hour flight and + 6 time zone change. If you were booked I should have been notified at least the day before so I could manage our expectations. At a minimum one room should have been prioritized to be prepared so we could shower, change etc....One additional recommendation would to have face clothes in the rooms. I used my hand towel to wash my face and that used up the hand towels for the wrong purpose.
Toujours la même qualité et service. Impeccable.
Breakfast has deteriorated over the years, both in quality and selection. Currently no good Müsli, no nuts; the breads are not as fresh and divers. It seems too expensive for what one is getting.
Great design, great staff BUT: air conditioning doesnt work (again - 3rd Motel One this happens to me), so you have to open the window - which made the room extremely noisy. I had a sleepless night and had to perform on a trade industry the next morning. How is this a support for business people? Talked to other guests of the hotel that night - they all said it was extremely "warm" in the rooms. So PLEASE: get your air conditioning going because if it doesnt work the stay in the (small) rooms is very uncomfortable.
Very welcoming with exceptionally friendly staff. Cozy, comfortable rooms with beautiful, high-quality design. Nice breakfast with organic and vegan options, plus a lovely bar and lounge. Thank you!
Very welcoming and friendly reception team
Good check in experience, very good housekeeping, clean, quiet friendly hotel.
Great location with the hotel being recently refurbished. The linen and bed were both excellent and the hotel is well sound proofed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.
The hotel was located in a perfect area- next to a mall, the train station and a beautiful pedestrian mall. The larger room was more than adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. We would definitely stay there again.
We booked for 3 nights and were looking forward to an amazing stay. The location is very walkable. The reception staff is super friendly ,excellent with recommendations of where to eat, visit, etc. Unfortunately our visit was cut short in the middle of the night on night one due to family emergency . They were more than gracious to refund us for 2 nights. Rooms. Including bathroom were a little small, only complaint .
Very clean room. Just wish you would have shampoo and conditioner for the shower instead of hair/body combo
Very nice front desk staff. Bar area very small compared to other Motel One‘s. Hence the lower rating.
Again, now that the 1st experience is past, the hotel was an oasis. The reception could not be more helpful or 'receptive' and willing to help. The staff overall are friendly and willing to connect and understand. Good. Twas also excellent to get a note from the manager after the previous stay. That is engagement with the client!
Hotel Motel One was wonderful! Clean, updated rooms and wonderful customer service!
Alles war perfekt.
Mine was a long stay. I missed a room wardrobe. I didn't have much space to store my clothes. I was forced to leave them in my luggage. For the reat all ok. I appreciate much the cleaning level of the room. It was at least for my room at 5 floor outstanding.
1 elevator was out of order again!!! I come here on a regular basis but this one elevator being out of order happens too often.
In Summe sehr gut
Wonderful like always except for lack of WiFi
all good. except after getting off of the elevator on my floor (7) there was no sign or arrow telling me the direction to walk to my room. many signs and directions, but none for MY room number.
Great location. Clean and friendly hotel. The breakfast was very nice. The room was cozy but unfortunately I could hear the people next door a little too much through the wall.
299 € est trop cher pour un motel
This is the hotel I can always trust when visiting Wiesbaden. Friendly check in, fast, courteous, helpful. Clean, bright, cozy, quiet rooms. Housekeeping, maintenance staff are friendly and accommodating. Perfect location next to central train station and indoor mall. Only 1 km walk (10 min) to city center. I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again very soon.
Firstly, having stayed here 4 tiesbefore, this was th every best greeting ever. Friendly open, willing and full of info and efficiency. A couple of these were frankly the opposite and cold. I told you but never got a response. I believe management never respond to criticism or comment [even positive]. EVER! Breakfast and staff were ready with smiles too and the level of presentation, quality super. Why no bananas ever? Your attempts to embrace sustainability is laudable but there is still plastic very prevalent - especially in the bathroom. No USB points in the bedroom?????? Cleaning staff were also bright and ready to help - quickly. Bar staff were even better than before - same team :-) , sharp and aware.
I stayed in many different Motel One before but this one didn't met the usual expectation. Super small bathroom, air conditioner didn't work - and windows cannot be really kept open because of noises from the outside, the team in the bar/reception was rather indifferent and busy with themselves, coffee from the bar was of a poor quality.
Tolles Motel, Tolles Team Favorite in Wiesbaden
très bon accueil

Wiesbaden
