Great location with the hotel being recently refurbished. The linen and bed were both excellent and the hotel is well sound proofed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.
The hotel was located in a perfect area- next to a mall, the train station and a beautiful pedestrian mall. The larger room was more than adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. We would definitely stay there again.
We booked for 3 nights and were looking forward to an amazing stay. The location is very walkable. The reception staff is super friendly ,excellent with recommendations of where to eat, visit, etc. Unfortunately our visit was cut short in the middle of the night on night one due to family emergency . They were more than gracious to refund us for 2 nights. Rooms. Including bathroom were a little small, only complaint .

Again, now that the 1st experience is past, the hotel was an oasis. The reception could not be more helpful or 'receptive' and willing to help. The staff overall are friendly and willing to connect and understand. Good. Twas also excellent to get a note from the manager after the previous stay. That is engagement with the client!

Alles war perfekt.
Mine was a long stay. I missed a room wardrobe. I didn't have much space to store my clothes. I was forced to leave them in my luggage. For the reat all ok. I appreciate much the cleaning level of the room. It was at least for my room at 5 floor outstanding.
1 elevator was out of order again!!! I come here on a regular basis but this one elevator being out of order happens too often.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam met alles. Goede kamer, schoon. Douche was ook prima voor elkaar. Ontbijt was rijkelijk voorzien.

all good. except after getting off of the elevator on my floor (7) there was no sign or arrow telling me the direction to walk to my room. many signs and directions, but none for MY room number.
Great location. Clean and friendly hotel. The breakfast was very nice. The room was cozy but unfortunately I could hear the people next door a little too much through the wall.
This is the hotel I can always trust when visiting Wiesbaden. Friendly check in, fast, courteous, helpful. Clean, bright, cozy, quiet rooms. Housekeeping, maintenance staff are friendly and accommodating. Perfect location next to central train station and indoor mall. Only 1 km walk (10 min) to city center. I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again very soon.
Firstly,having stayed here 4 tiesbefore, this was th every best greeting ever. Friendly open, willing and full of info and efficiency. A couple of these were frankly the opposite and cold. I told you but never got a response. I believe management never respond to criticism or comment [even positive]. EVER! Breakfast and staff were ready with smiles too and the level of presentation, quality super. Why no bananas ever? Your attempts to embrace sustainability is laudable but there is still plastic very prevalent - especially in the bathroom. No USB points in the bedroom?????? Cleaning staff were also bright and ready to help - quickly. Bar staff were even better than before - same team :-) , sharp and aware.
I stayed in many different Motel One before but this one didn't met the usual expectation. Super small bathroom, air conditioner didn't work - and windows cannot be really kept open because of noises from the outside, the team in the bar/reception was rather indifferent and busy with themselves, coffee from the bar was of a poor quality.

Nice location, well situated, service was polite and fast.
Always enjoy my stay at Motel One except for this - I wish they would turn on the fan system/ cooling option in the rooms as it gets very hot and stuffy at night. It’s too loud to leave a window open. Our room was changed but fan and cooling was shut down and controlled centrally.
Mooi en proper hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt.
Everything was fine except for the fact that it was not possible to submit the breakfast certificate at the reception, so we didn’t stay for breakfast. The second issue was that the website stated that parking for hotel guests was free, but in the end, we had to pay for it.
Everything was clean. The room was big enough to relax. The breakfast was amazing with so many food options. If we could have slippers and a kettle in the room, the stay would be perfect..
Clean rooms and helpful staff, good location, breakfast is adequate. Lack of tea/coffee facility throughout the day is not good considering there is none in the room.

The temperature in the rooms was much too high. I asked for a specific room and was very happy to get this room
The heating in the room was not working well - 20 degrees was very hot. Ajdusted it to lower level, but there was also no air circulation and it was still quite hot. Wifi not working
Good location, close to train, shops and city. Clean spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good bar, great breakfast with perfectly cooked eggs, coffee was ok but not great, like many hotels. A boiling water jug in the room would be good. The downside is there is no telephone to contact reception from your room so if something goes wrong you have to go down to reception. If you understand German you can probably call from your mobile I suppose.
The chambermaid came into my room to clean it while I was still in there.

het verblijf was goed, sowieso. Nochtans is het niveau gedaald tegenover vroeger: je voelt het effecht van bespraringen: de kwaliteit van het ontbijt - en vooral de slechte koffie - is voelbaar. Het multifunctioneerbaar maken van de ontbijt ruimte ( omdat die s'avonds ook als bar moet dienst doen - zorgt op drukke momenten voor plaatsgebrek aan het ontbijt. Wie wil er nu trouwens ook weggezakt in een zetel ontbijt nemen, ipv gewoon aan een confortabele tafel? voor de rest is alles erg degelijk: onthaal, ligging en parkeergelegenheid zijn uitstekend, kamers zijn goed. De klasse (en de prijs) van de kamers resulteert wel in een beetje meer ruimte op de kamer maar niet noodzakelijk in een groter bed ...

This review would be higher but the initial experience on reception and one gent really took from your hotel. He did not smile, seemed utterly stressed and would not smile or give eye contact, even when I tried to lighten the mood. Surely it is part of the job to have to cope with demanding queues at reception?! The rest of my stay the receptionists were more friendly, although the late bar staff showed a few miserable faces. Breakfast staff really tried!
We had a wonderful room on the 5th floor
We were looking for a basic, simple, 'quick stay' hotel in Weisbaden and Motel One fit the bill. The location for us was perfect: next to the train station, a mall, and most importantly our friends who lived a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet was good. Also right next to the hotel is SIXT, our car rental agency where we picked up our car.
Het is een fijn hotel voor een redelijke prijs. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een overnachting is er. Goed bed. Vriendelijke medewerkers.
Wij kwamen met auto plus aanhanger, van tevoren gebeld met de receptie, hoe we dan parkeren konden. Hier werd een perfecte oplossing voor gevonden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Prima hotel, op de datum van mijn verblijf echter achterlijk duur.
Prima overnachting. Zou alleen adviseren USB aansluitingen te organiseren naast de stekkerdoos bij bed.
Prima kamer, lekker bed, schoon, aardige staf, gezellige bar, prima ontbijt. Alle M1 zelfde hoge standaard.

In Motel One ben ik nog nooit teleurgesteld, dus ook deze keer niet! Vriendelijk personeel, nette kamer en een super ontbijt! Ook het parkeren is ideaal!

Goedkope Design Hotels in Wiesbaden - Uw Motel One
Wiesbaden is een van de oudste Europese kuuroorden. Warm mineraalwater borrelt op uit 26 thermische bronnen. Zelfs de Romeinen wisten al hoe heilzaam dit water was. Vandaag de dag trekken de vele prachtige heilzame baden vele vakantiegangers die houden van wellness, naar de hotels in de kuuroordstad. Op traditionele wijze even de hectiek en de sleur van het dagelijkse leven achter zich laten… Zeg nu zelf, dat klinkt toch wel heel aanlokkelijk, niet?
Maar wie hier komt om alleen maar zijn ogen te sluiten en te ontspannen, mist veel bezienswaardigheden en evenementen die een verblijf in ons voordelige hotel in Wiesbaden onvergetelijk maken. Op de eerste plaats staan de zeer goed geconserveerde historische gebouwen. De villa's, stadshuizen en openbare gebouwen zijn afkomstig uit verschillende eeuwen en hebben diverse stijlen. Absoluut de moeite zijn bijvoorbeeld
- de Kaiser-Friedrich-thermen (jugendstil)
- het stadskasteel (classicisme)

En last but not least een uitstap die absoluut niet mag ontbreken op uw agenda: de beklimming van de berg van Wiesbaden, de Neroberg. Geen zorgen, sjoemelen mag: Het traditionele bergtreintje, dat op zich al wordt gezien als een technisch cultureel erfgoed, brengt u snel en veilig tot op de top van de Neroberg op 245 hoogtemeters.
