Really great service, and what you are paying for. The room was clean although I would recommend having pillow protectors as the pillows were pretty stained.
Excellent, as usual. I stay here regularly. It's my favourite Motel One in Berlin, as most of the others have a railway line running past, or are in between two busy streets, or have no garage. The rooms at the back of Tiergarten are blissfully quiet and you have no need for ear plugs. Location is excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants in all directions.
The layout of the SpecialOne rooms is poor. There is no room around the bed. The rooms are very hot and it is difficult to leave the windows open due to the 24/7 traffic noise from the An d. Urania Strasse. I would not be able to recommend this hotel or stay again unfortunately.
Hotel, as with all Motel One properties, was very solid and consistent. One adverse issue was that I could not open the window, which was a pity in terms of airing the room. Other than that, all fine and I’ll continue to use Motel One where available.

I was satisfied for the cleanliness of motel one tiergarten. The most important is cleanliness and hygiene.
Really nice place to stay
There was no trash can in the room. The bathroom kinda smelled a little. Otherwise it was good! Breakfast was also good but there can always be more vegan alternatives (or just vegan food for everyone).
The staff at reception were quite incompetent and unfriendly.
Very disappointed to be charged so much in excess of the standard price on this occasion. Also the withdrawal of complimentary coffee, a basic provision at most decent hotels conveys a penny pinching meanness. . These two issues along with unsatisfactory room cleaning have left us disenchanted with Motel One. We have stayed several times in your Berlin Tiergarten hotel while visiting friends and have recommended it to others. We will certainly no longer recommend Motel One and will probably look for an alternative hotel for our next visit.
It would be great if you offered more men’s bicycles for rent. Most of your bikes are women’s models with relatively small frames, which can be less comfortable for some riders. It would also be convenient if rentals could be booked directly through your website, rather than having to fill out a paper form as is currently required.

Everything was as expected despite having the Berlin Marathon the same weekend! Nice room on level 10.
Unfortunately a motel one already a little bit older, it was not as clean as I was used so far from a motel one.
The stay was relatively comofortable, in clean surroundings. However not having anything as basic as coffee making facilities in the room was rather inconvenient. Also the clothes hanging space wasn't sufficient for a stay of a few days. The TV was also a weird setup. It was only possible to connect an Android device to the TV display, not an iPhone or Mac. Finally, I spent a rather large amount of time waiting around for the elevator. There has to be a better system for optimising 3 separate elevators so people aren't waiting for one for 5+ minutes.
Everything was very good. My company did not like the fact that the last night was charged almost double the regular price that was charged for the previous 6 nights I stayed.

Great Spot for a Hotel in Berlin. Nice people, good rooms and low priced tariffs. Highly recommended.
Mostly good. But the hot water ran out twice, the walls are poorly insulated for sound and there are only small duvets with no option to change for a double duvet.
Clean and adequate room. Nice roof top balcony. Mine had a rear room with not so attractive view but my travel companions got front facing with good views of city. Being a smoker I welcomed the ashtray. Was out a lot so having here as a base was great with 5 to 10 minute walk to underground station. Complimentary bottle of water on first night. Bed comfy enough but pillows too spongy didn’t aid the greatest sleep. No in room facilities (fridge, kettle) was disappointing but understandable at price point. Didn’t eat breakfast but looked nice. Staff were very welcoming and bar was a nice place to unwind after busy days.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable, wide bed. Central location. Lovely bar area. Great choice at (continental) breakfast. Garage underneath hotel which is not included in price but flat rate is reasonable. Lack of storage space for longer stays but perfect for short stays.

why go anywhere else? for our needs the perfect location, safe parking downstairs, super friendly staff, very clean and quiet room. we will be back next time we are in town ...

Great friendly and helpful staff - receptionist even came out to explain that the parking garage is full (despite the green light) and explained alternatives. Great that flexibly a room change was possible. A power socket near the (tiny) desk would have been great to plug in the laptop. Elevators took very long, not all seemed to operate.
Special thanks to the receptionist who helped us extraordinarily. I can’t imagine a warmer welcome and genuine friendliness. Make him manager and you never have to worry about customer obsession! Best regards!

one issue 1) the metal bar where you can hang you coats is attached into the wall bordering on the next room.So whenever a guest or the cleaning lady moves the hangers in the next room it is very loud and can actually wake you up. Either using plastic hangers or plastic bar would easily solve this. Maybe it was not installed incorrectly Good things; -the tv can be easily connected to android phones. Hdmi could also be used -wlan had about 60 mbit down and 30 mbit upload and was stable.

Kdo chce zapomenout na shon velkoměsta, ten v našem Motel One Berlín-Tiergarten může odlepit nohy od země a nechat se volně unášet vesmírem.
