Everything was excellent, except of the size of the room and the bathroom. It is so small, that I didn't find a place to put my things while I'm taking a shower
The breakfast was mot totally satisfactory because of missing product which nornally should be included in continental breakfast (such as bacon, sausages, etc) Taxi reservation requested trough reception lead to a discussion with taxi driver because of missing written confirmation about agreed tarif.
Good placement of the hotel. The room was not ready despite the fact that I called twice to inform our arrival time and it was confirmed. Stairs on the way of the room- I explained before that is a problem and I would like kindly a room accessible with a lift.
The hotel is ok, but the organization seems understaffed and a bit loose. I chose the hotel because on the site it says there are rental bikes, I even called to check if I had to reserve and heard that there were more than enough. Once I got there, there were no bikes I could take out of town (which I needed). Housekeeping could be a lot better (corridors dirty, my room needed an extra cleaning). That said, the rooms are nicely designed and most personnel is friendly.
We loved this hotel, it was perfect for us with a child. Room was big and clean, and the staff was friendly. The only negativ was the breakfast. Not enough place to sit down and every morning was the same choice.
Fantastic, from the welcome at reception to the smoothing aquarium film on the home screen in the room. Nice relaxed atmosphere, good bed and clean room, all you need is there! Only part missing (and that is very specific to me) - a good Bircher at breakfast.
My issue was breakfast. I waited 15 minutes for bread rolls. I didn't believe the excuse, and the apology didn't seem genuine. We were there at 9 am, which was probably peak time, meaning having a bread roll was the basis of a breakfast!!! Very disappointing.
Great hotel in an excellent location for a super price! We booked last minute and were so pleased we choose this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. A great shower and a lovely continental breakfast. Would recommend.

The overall experience is very nice, the only thing is the house keeper seems doesn’t know the date we check out so he knocks our door twice in the morning on our check out day

we recently stayed at the hotel from 2.5.25 to 3.5.25 and would like to share some feedback regarding our experience. We were assigned an accessible room without prior notice. The bathroom setup was inconvenient for us: the toilet seat was very high, the sink was unusually low, and there was a portable shower chair along with grab bars on the walls. Due to our late arrival and dinner plans, we were unable to request a room change. Both windows in the room faced the hotel's interior hallway which wasn't pleasant The parking fee was €19 & felt quite expensive. The room's cleanliness did not meet our expectations; there were visible dirt spots on the carpet, suggesting it hadn't been vacuumed properly. During check-out, the receptionist was engaged in a phone conversation and did not acknowledge us beyond pointing to the key drop box, which felt impersonal, nobody even asked how our stay was so we decided to write this e-mail to tell you! I have photographs to illustrate some of these concerns. I kindly request your attention to these matters and would appreciate a response from the hotel manager.

The room I had 2.34 was over the street and extremely loud and noisy. The pillow were smelling bad, they have not been washed in a while. I could smell the body odour of others on it.

Motel One has simply the best price for accommodation in all European cities. For business trips, I don't want to stay anywhere else. Their locations are always in the city center with shopping areas nearby and restaurants in walking distance.

Perfect for a short stay but for a whole week room was a little bit too small.

I had a nice and clean room with a very comfortable bed. A drawback was that it was quite noisy despite being oriented to the small alley. I also liked the breakfast and the friendly staff.
The hotel is in the heart of the city. Our room had a view on the Hauptplatz. It was great. Everything was fine. Value for money. The only minor problem was that the restaurant was quite crowded, messy when we went to have the breakfast, but we could eat without problem.
