Great location, receptionist’s looked after my room allocation request, lounge offers. price at the Römer location. Not the case for Freiburg. 176 Euro! Booked a different hotel.
Small room compared to USA standards, but not for Europe. It was clean and comfortable. No sheet to sleep under, just comforter and fitted mattress sheet. No wash cloths in the room. There were two towels and hand towels. Only one chair. Floor inside the shower was a little slippery, so caution when stepping out. Coffee/Tea bar at entrance and just outside of restaurant, but no signage stating it was not free.
The Motel 1 Frankfurt-Römer location worked out perfectly for us. Nice staff, clean room, and comfortable bed.
Close to old town, tram stop in front the hotel. Clean and confortable. Close to restaurants and bars. Save please to walk at night. Also staff was really nice as they help us to call the airline to make an important change on hour itinerary. Room is small but good enough to stay some days. A/C didn't work, not sure if a general issue or only in our room. I would recommend this place.

Well equipped rooms, nice atmosphere, clean and quite. Nice staff at the reception, and good welcoming. The only downside is the size if the room - it is very small!
Generally, a good experience. Bed should be a few inches longer, and mattress should feel harder and straighter when you lie down (it is soft and bendy, not good for the back).
We stayed two nights in the weekend. The sheets and towels were not changed for two days. We couldn't have breakfast the second day because the hotel was crowded and we couldn't find a seat. The staff was wonderful. Thanks.
Motel provided excellent services, however there is need to be strengthened the WiFi coverage within the building on higher floors. The multiple walls obstruct WiFi coverage in certain locations.

The room was adequate but it is missing a coffee station and perhaps a small fridge but it would have been nice to be able to make coffee in my own room, even if only two cups worth of coffee and sugar were provided. Otherwise my stay was pleasant and I was close to my course venue, many shops and attractions. Thank you.
Another good stay, room clean and great size. Only issue was that there was an unsightly smell when you went in the bathroom.
Excellent location, only a 10 minute walk from Frankfurt's central station. Also. very importantly, only a 5 minute walk to the Old Town. The hotel itself was a pleasant, modern building but inside it had lots of character and a nice vibe. The reception staff were excellent as were the bar staff. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. There were no negatives to our stay.
Modern building with stylish decor and good sound insulation. The rooms are rather small and the price is relatively high, however. There's a stylish bar downstairs as well, although the service was very slow. The staff were friendly enough.

Onetime the year a visit in Frankfurt.. same hotel as every year: Motel one Römerberg. Feels a little bit like comin' home.
The King size bed was too large for the sze of the room which restricted movement and storage of luggage in the room. Apart from that we werre very happy

I stayed at the Motel One in downtown Frankfurt this past week. The staff was courteous and was always available. The rooms were very clean and modern. I will be staying at this location again!

Very good clean friendly hotel. The rooms are a little small but you only sleep there. Overall I would recommend it. We will be back in October for another 3 nights.

Although I had checked through the App , receptionists told me since I was not checked in, payment was paid a day before I checked in and was told that I needed to pay. As an American, I was not impressed with the chaos.
Had to change room at 10 PM as the air condition even when turned off was too noisy. Support for change took some time while I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep. Not super friendly and not super helpful although it was not my fault that there was a problem.
Really enjoyed our stay. So many nice touches for the price. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was lovely. A bit of a mix up about the coffee as we were initially told it was free in the morning, but that wasn't a serious problem.

Nice, modern facility, but very basic rooms. No coffee maker, refer, snacks, really nothing but a bed, bathroom, TV. And chairs. Friendly Efficient checkin.

The room was a little below standard; no WiFi in this day and age in a city centre? Really? And the difference in staff; on the weekdays so miserable, on the weekend so charming. It makes a huge difference to our wish to stay again.

very nice hotel and staff. I was taking part of the Frankfurt city triathlon and came back on the check out day after the race and they let me quickly run back into my room and take a shower even though it had just passed normal checkout time. Thank you so much for that flexibility. Really appreciated as I was of course very tired in my body

Good looking hotel, very nice to stay downstairs with the elaborate seating options. Good rooms on the smaller side, bathroom is ok but has a tendency to get overly wet due to open shower. Overall quiet and comfortable experience that I would certainly recommend to others.
The hotel is well located, with parking right below, which is super convenient. The value for money is good, and the breakfast is also good.
I normally enjoy this location when in Frankfurt, however a couple of issue wont allow me to give it a 10 this time.the cover on the bathroom drain was loose. As a result I fell in the shower and had to get checked out in the ER. When I reported the fall to personnel, they seemed more concerned that I would checkout on time then how I was feeling or if I was injured. The only other issue this time was parking. Hotel parking should be reserved for guests, but it appeared that anyone could park in the limited spots as there were hourly rates posted on the machines.

Bývaly časy, kdy Frankfurt nebyl známý svými ultramoderními mrakodrapy, ale naopak Starým Městem. V srdci této finanční metropole se až do druhé světové války nacházelo jedno z největších středověkých hrázděných měst na území Německa, ve kterém byli voleni králové, korunováni císaři a oslavováni básníci a myslitelé jako Goethe a Schopenhauer. Vzhůru do čtvrti červených luceren
Frankfurtské hlavní nádraží, které bylo otevřeno v roce 1888, bylo ve své době považováno za nejmodernější nádraží v Evropě. V jeho okolí se během následujících 120 let zrodil multikulturní mikrokosmos, ve kterém dnes žije přes 100 národností. Tato část Frankfurtu už dávno není známá jen jako vykřičená čtvrt, ale díky svým stylovým kavárnám, barům a klubům jako jedna z hlavních atrakcí města, kterou lze mimochodem do hloubky poznat také při komentovaných prohlídkách:

Našemu hotelu ve Frankfurtu nad Mohanem bychom klidně mohli přezdívat „Mainhattan Central“. Protože blíže centru než v hotelu Motel One Frankfurt-Römer už vlastně bydlet nemůžete. Hned za rohem najdete nejen Staré Město (Altstadt) se středověkou radnicí zvanou „Römer“. Designový hotel se nachází také v bezprostřední blízkosti frankfurtského kostela sv. Pavla, Císařského dómu a Muzea moderního umění MMK. V docházkové vzdálenosti stojí Goethův dům, v němž se tento německý básník roku 1749 narodil. Milovníci kultury a historie tu tedy mají z čeho vybírat. Postaráno je však i o fanoušky módy či dobrého jídla: přímo před naším cenově výhodným hotelem ve Frankfurtu se rozkládá centrum města s kavárnami, restauracemi a nákupními centry. Rozsáhlé prohlídce města tedy nestojí nic v cestě. A pokud byste se na této straně řeky přece jen začali nudit, můžete ze Starého Města pohodlně přejít po „Železném mostě" přes řeku Mohan do oblíbené Čtvrti mostů.
A což takhle zase jednou sáhnout po knížce? Koneckonců se tu nacházíte v jednom z prvních center knihtisku a obchodu s knihami – a samozřejmě také v místě konání každoročního mezinárodního knižního veletrhu. Není tedy divu, že se i designový koncept našeho budgetového hotelu ve Frankfurtu točí kolem knihy. Počínaje lampami v podobě listů papíru na recepci až po postříbřená dekorativní písmena ve snídaňových prostorách je interiér inspirován průmyslovým výrobním procesem a okouzlující atmosférou knihoven. Pokud si teď ovšem někdo představí zaprášené svazky knih a ponuré čtecí koutky, je na omylu: třešničkou na dortu v hotelu Motel One Frankfurt-Römer je moderní design nábytku a vesele barevné výtvory ze štětce umělce Hendrika Zimmera, který se speciálně kvůli nám zaměřil na téma „čtení“.
