Always a great stay .
We visited in 4 adults, all the rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby is spacious, but the shared breakfast areas don't live up to the rest of the experience. Check-in and check-out were excellent
We had a good 2 night stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at reception were helpful and the process for checking straightforward.

Everything is great. From cleanliness in the room to fantastic service from service staff. Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room
The hotel has a lovely lobby and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is well located to where I need to be and is comfortable. My dissatisfaction was the lack of ironing equipment, I rang down in the evening and was told there was nothing available and to call back in the morning. I rang in the morning and was told it would be back when the housekeeping had cleaned the room it was and bought it back, after 8am. I had to leave at 815 to get checked out and to my office so could not wait / risk not getting it in time so had to wear a wrinkled shirt to a meeting which isn't great. With a hotel of your size I would expect better availability of facilities.
Very Clean, Really helpful friendly staff the bed was really confortable
Room small, slight unpleasant smell and becomes damp as no extractor fan in the bathroom. Bed very comfy and the breakfast was of good quality. Staff were professional.
Good value for money as usual, with restricted room for stowing my belongings ( ie not suited for longer stay). A/C was a nuisance as it automatically switched on and off at some intervals at night, when I wanted it off.
I like staying at MotelOne. Please, please fix the "Guide" on the television - this doesn't work in any room, ever!
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel One London. The room was very comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning!
Exactly what your expect. Clean rooms. Swift staff. And good location
the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean, but the positives end there. The water pressure was awful in the shower. The room was incredibly outdated, the whole of the tenth floor stuck of marijuana and there was no iron in the room. When I asked for one, I was given a full sized ironing board to waddle up to the room with. I would not stay here again.

Hotel is nice enough, the common areas downstairs look trendy and a nice place to meet, however as soon as you get out at another floor its like a different hotel. Its giving Travel Lodge. I've stayed a few times before so I don't have massive expectations. Unfortunately this time i was put in a room where the mattress was as old as me. It had a huge dent all the way along the middle from side to side, so my butt was lower than my feet and shoulders. I sleep on my side so i felt like a question mark trying to sleep. Either rotate your mattresses if you have to be cheap but preferably buy new ones. I reported this to reception staff along with the fact that the hairdryer in the room had the plug almost hanging off, it needed new screws. This was potentially dangerous. No drinking water in the room, how much would it cost to put a bottle in? Especially when London tap water is disgusting.
Everything is quite good only rooms are very small - ok when using as single- for couples a bit too tight
Excellent stay. The room was great, very clean and had the best pillows. Great Air conditioning as well. Only feedback I have is about the breakfast. While it was plentiful and high quality, the breakfast represented a poor value for the price. At that cost there should be hot options. However it did not detract from the stay for me.
The room was clean and tidy. Disappointed to only be given one bottle of water with it being a heatwave and on the day of departure the cleaner was trying to get in at 9am. Shower was very slippy and could do with a grab bar being put in for safety reasons.
All fine. Nice pillows and comfortable bed. iPhone charging points were missing and I had to buy an Apple plug was my one issue. That aside all fine

The location of the hotel and the lobby/bar area are great. The rooms are overdue a significant refurbishment, especially at this price point.
The bed was killer on the back, way too stuff. Also the toilet sounded like it was slowly coming off the wall during use, I could only imagine it would be a matter of time. Also we recognize there was a heat wave at the time, though we felt comfortable outside, the room was intolerable at night. Between the bed and the heat sleeping was minimal. We were happy to check out.

Muy buena experiencia de forma general y especialmente con el staff siempre dispuesto a ayudar y dar buen servicio.
Un acierto total. A destacar sin duda el trato del personal. Habitaciones muy limpias y la cama muy cómoda al igual que la almohada, tal vez le falte un pequeño armario. El baño pequeño pero bastante bien, la ducha genial con el plato de ducha grande. Por poner un pero al hotel sería el desayuno el denominado mediterráneo, para mi gusto algo caro para lo que ofrece. La ubicación teniendo en cuenta lo grande que es Londres nos pareció muy buena aunque usáramos transporte publico para movernos en alguna ocasión al centro.

Es el segundo hotel Motel one al que acudo, y la experiencia en ambos ha sido muy buena. La ubicación de este hotel en concreto nos ha parecido perfecto para estar en Londres unos días y nos hemos podido mover con facilidad por la ciudad. El hotel está decorado al detalle y muy limpio. Por comentar algo que no nos ha gustado: - Al llegar al hotel el primer día, nos atendió Bruno. Al indicarle los datos de la reserva nos dijo que solo había una habitación; lo que nos produjo un momento de ansiedad y agobio. Menos mal que estaba una compañera suya al lado; y rápidamente le explicó que realmente había dos habitaciones. Asimismo, al solicitar nuestros pasaportes y ver que estos eran españoles, en ningún momento nos habló en español, cuando posteriormente comprobamos que el hablaba español a la perfección. Nos pareció una falta de empatía y profesionalidad ambas cosas. -Por las noches, en ambas habitaciones se escuchaba un ruido constante, monótono, que parecía provenía de alguna máquina de aire o algo similar. Creo que este tipo de detalles deberían estar controlados y reducir al máximo para el descanso de los huéspedes. -Las vistas desde las habitaciones incentivaban a abrir las cortinas pero debido a que los cristales no estaban tintados, no pudimos hacerlo ya que desde fuera se veía el interior de las habitaciones
Muy buen trato y servicio desde que llegué a la recepción donde una española llamada Maria nos facilitó las cosas.

Siempre cuando visito algunas ciudades elijo este hotel por su excelente ubicación y siempre muy bien las habitaciones. El personal amable.

Nos encanto la estancia en el hotel. Como observacion estaria bueno q hubiera placard o estantes para dejar la ropa en vez de tenerla en la valija. seria mucho mas comodo

Hace unos años estuve en en Motel One de Zurich y me encantó. Pensé que la experiencia iba a ser la misma pero me decepcionó. No tiene la misma decoración elegante en los cuartos y los de Londres son más pequeños. El hall es mucho más chico también. Estuvimos ahora del 22 al 25 de abril. Viajamos un día y al regresar para una estadía del 26 al 28 nos dieron una habitación con una vista horrible, hacia el estacionamiento, en el segundo piso. Para colmo la cama se hunde y no pude dormir bien. Si regresara a Londres, buscaría otro hotel.
Personal muy amable. Sólo un detalle, me llamó la atención que el cuarto no contaba con un closet para guardar la ropa. Y ayudaría tener una silla para trabajar en el escritorio.
Cama muy cómoda. No existe ninguna estantería o cajón para colocar ropa. Tres perchas son pocas.
Todo perfecto, especialmente la atención de María, quien hizo mi experiencia completamente inolvidable
Limpio, moderno y bien sutuado
Sería recomendable más sitios para poder desayunar. Por las mañanas habia que esperar a que se levantara alguien debido a los pocos sitios que hay. Gracias
Muy buena ubicación cercana a la Estación Liverpool Street y además a estación del Tube (underground - Metro). Desayunos muy buenos. Recepción y atención espectacular.
Muy buenas instalaciones, cómodas, bien ubicadas! Excelente la atención del perosonal. Algo q comentar, le añadiría unas mesitas o disponibilidad de tablillas en ambos lados de la cama para poder acomodar cosas personales de uso diario. 😃
He estado en varias ocasiones y seguiré yendo , calidad precio inmejorable, ningún lujo pero calidad insuperable en los productos de baño ,sábanas y toallas impecables y desayuno increíble. No quiero olvidarme de la atención de los trabajadores ,súper atentos ,educados y amables. Debo destacar el trato recibido por parte de una Srta. Colombiana, desafortunadamente no soy capaz de recordar su nombre, inmejorable!!! Gracias por tu excelente atención.

Hotel muy bien ubicado y con una excelente relacion calidad-precio. El unico inconveniente es que el hall de entrada se utiliza al mismo tiempo como comedor para el desayuno. El comedor tiene entonces muy pocas plazas en comparacion con otros hoteles Motel One donde hemos estado.

Nuestro hotel económico está en el centro de la ciudad, muy cerca de la Torre de Londres que durante siglos sirvió a la corona británica como cárcel y se convirtió en escenario de muchos sucesos históricos. A tan solo 500 metros de distancia del hotel se encuentra la estación de metro Tower Hill Station que le permitirá moverse por toda la ciudad. El hotel también es el punto de partida perfecto para descubrir la ciudad a pie. En muy pocos minutos llega a la Tower Bridge desde la que siguiendo el Támesis llegará al centro turístico de la ciudad. Allí encontrará todos los monumentos que no puede dejar de visitar si está en Londres: la Catedral de San Pablo, la London Eye y el Palacio de Buckingham por solo mencionar algunos. ¿A qué espera?
