Perfect Place for a very good price I would strongly recommend!
Great accommodation in excellent location.
We were in a high-profile City, living in a foreign language and amongst many international visitors. Motel One was a safe haven, and the staff were conducive and warm. It was the right place to be and very enjoyable. The layout of the reception area was comfortable and provided the right level of privacy and space for engagement. Bedrooms clean and perfect. I liked your team - they were keen to answer questions. The Day Manager (14/6) was particularly supportive when dealing with our Palestinian colleague whose flight was cancelled due to the Middle Eastern attacks. Noted also that he was empowering with his team in reception. Thank you Motel One definitley 10/10 experience of a week stay..
Room was nice and big, service was very polite, but breakfast was a little bit too boring for 4 mornings. As I'm not eating bread, boiled eggs and two variations of vegetables (not very tasty tomatoes and cucumbers) plus cheese and some cold meat cuts was a little bit disappointing.
The hotel room was comfortable and clean, with excellent view on Prater. The hotel has nice garden. It is located near subway, also stores and restaurants are nearby.

Beautiful lobby and bar. Comfy bed and nice bit windows in the room. The shower did spray water on the floors of the bathroom because the glass was maybe a bit too small. Breakfast was DELISH I had a slice of fresh sourdough with Gouda and salami on top and a latte.
My stay at the hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and attention to detail. The reception staff were courteous and welcoming, setting a positive tone from the moment of arrival. Breakfast was good, offering a variety of well-prepared options, and the team members working in the breakfast area and bar were remarkably attentive and accommodating.

Not fitness Centre. Uncomfortable work desk in the room.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is amazing. Location is also very favorable since we had a congress at the Vienna Fair. My only issue was that WiFi connection was really poor in the rooms, it makes any working in the rooms impossible. A suggestion about the bathroom: Having a longer glass or some kind of curtain would prevent splashing of water outside. The air conditioning seemed as not working, though it was not needed at the time. Thank you for your hospitality!

It's not my first time staying in a Motel One hotel. Again, you did not disappoint me with your friendly services or the atmosphere you created in the location. The hotel where I stayed last time seems to be newer, and what I found interesting is that the construction culture remains in a Vienna building style.
Celkově jsem byl spokojený! Jenom: Neměl jsem v Motelu po příjezdu parkování. Pro premiéru v Motelu to nebylo příjemné. První noc byl pokoj připraven pouze pro 1 osobu (ručníky a peřina). Při snídani moc velký chaos. Velmi zajímavý a příjemný bar.

Everything was great! The UBahn was so close, which has been very useful for us, as we used the public transportation of the city. The only negative I can think of, is the lack of flip flops in the room. Other than that, jolly good mates!

The only comment would be the inability to have tea / coffee facilities in your own room was quite annoying.
i arrived late at night still very simple check in and very two really friendly young receptionists they also gave us something to drink at the Bar location also fine i will definitely come back. Great :)
Very good overall. The only thing I missed was a kettle for preparing coffee or tea in the room.
Tolles Hotel, toller Service
Good value overall. Need more towels, trash bin in the room, noise from roller coaster until ~midnight.
It was definitely good, up to the great quality and design standard we're used to from motel One. However when we started using motel one regularly for our business trips, it was always great quality at a great price. Now we paid approx €320 per room, and in that price range you're competing with a whole different class of hotels. Then the little things like the overcrowded breakfast area, limited breakfast options such as no fried or scrambled eggs and sober room interiors make it significatly less the "great value for money" case it used to be. Looking back at the value for this very high price I would probably not choose it the next time.
Good location if you need to be in a walking distance to the convention center. Reasonably priced but you may miss: 1. Mini-fridge in the room, 2. Phone in the room, 3. Room service, 4. Sound-proof walls, specially if the couple next door feels sexy and noisy, 5. Healthy options for meals, 6. Good restaurants and shops nearby.

One of the most comfıtable stay ever. Thanks a lot keep up the good work. Definetely will come back to stay for return home and another time for special wien vacation.
Impressed by good design of premises and furniture and friendlyness of reception. I highly appreciated the opportunity to check into the room at 10:30 already, without extra charge. Very good value for money.

Reason for low wifi score: Wi-Fi without a password isn’t useful for me. Super cosy room on 5th floor. Reception in the evening was forthcoming. During the day … a bit strange and unhappy faces. Breakfast: lactose free options were great. More egg variations would be great. And nuts.
The room was too small and there was enough options for breakfast. It was a little bit poor. Everything else was good.

I have stayed at Motel One Messe-Prater many times over the last couple of years, and keep being satisfied. I do appreciate your continuous efforts to make your services as environmentally friendly as possible.

I really like Motel One. My room was clean and you could not hear any street noise. Staff was very nice as well. My only complaint are the pillows, as they are very hard and high.

I had reserved a special room and was given room 538, which is on the top floor and lovely, but so close to the elevator (and elevator motors/mechanics) that you constantly hear those noises in the background. So I kindly asked for a different room, which the staff was happy to provide, but it was a smaller room. So in essence I got penalized for not wanting to sleep right next to the elevator. I'd suggest to just book a standard room and save the money for a superior room in the future.
For business travel perfect, only missing scrambled eggs in the morning.. :)

Na pokoji kapající klimatizace, ale funkční. Zápach z odpadů a nepřijemný odér v celém pokoji…

Proslulý vídeňský Prátr přímo na dosah
