An excellent stay as always. Checked in by a very friendly member of staff, who gave me all the information I needed. My 4 nights stay stay, was that good all the way through. Room spotless and comfortable. Only one lift working, so I gained some exercise by using the stays. If you don't want a Big Hotel Breakfast, there is a lovely sit down Bakery 50yards away, which I enjoyed visiting. Will definitely be back at this hotel.
Excellent bathroom. The room is very basic, perhaps a little too much so; a wardrobe would be useful.
It was our first stay with MOTEL ONE, and overall we enjoyed our time. I would like to add a few marks, that can help improve for the future. There were no signs other than in german - escape route, staircase, ... The excess to the public bathroom was located underground and it felt like a labyrinth. Especially without English or french directions. I thought as a german visiting Berlin - not as a holiday visitor from abroad. Our bathroom shower shows first signs of mold, not sure how old the hotel is..... Our favourite was the breakfast time and the evening drink at the bar. Both ladies were very friendly and accommodation especially as my dad is suffering from Alzheimer. We saw the same lady serving us drinks on our arrival the next morning at the breakfast and she helped us with the table. That was very kind. The receptionists were friendly, but I would have appreciated a bit more help on informations. All I got as answers was "you can look it up on the website"... I have experienced really motivated hotel staff, going the extra step and booking trips or museum visits, or the search for the best transport to various locations. Hopefully this can help to better customer satisfaction.
Friendly and efficient service and a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the Victory Column. There was a very unpleasant odour in the bathroom but only for the middle part of the stay (?).
We miss a water kettle, a small fridge and real glases.
The staff was very helpful and provided verry good assistance with our needs, from extra towels to getting taxis. Everyone smiled and welcomed us and we were very comfortable at this location.

The hotel has a nice ambience and a convenient location. Staff are friendly. The rooms are very small with limited storage space, and I would have appreciated a few amities such as complimentary coffee in the morning.
I always choose Motel One when there is this option, I am generally happy with Motel One. This particular time I was given a room in EG, which does not make me feel fully comfortable. I prefer rooms on top floors, it is really a question of preference. Motel One is still a top choice. :)
Parking needs to be booked in advance which we learned on arrival. As garage was fully booked we neede to park in the streets which was extremely expensive. The Bar obviously just got a new menu, the bartender was not yet fully familiarized with it. They did not have olives for Martini....
Leuk en praktisch hotel. Receptie vriendelijk en meedenkend, lekker ontbijt, goede ligging. Kamer niet groot, goed voor 1 persoon. Heb wel een waterkoker gemist om een kop thee te zetten.
I really love staying in this particular Motel One! While it is one of the older houses, a room in the courtyard is also one of the quietest. A little bit away from the touristy sites at Alexanderplatz and a more residential area, it's just what I'm looking for when I visit the city. Staff is always super nice, I return time and again.
Lovely staff. Lovely rooms. Location is just a bit awkward for public transport compared to other Motel Ones in Berlin. Wanted a clean towel by day 3 but didn’t need a full room clean/service. Shame this wasn’t an option. Would save time/resources for the hotel as well as being convenient for guests.
Overall I had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the check-in and stay smooth and comfortable. However, I found the room to be somewhat lacking in terms of practicality. There was no wardrobe or surface to place and open my suitcase, which meant I had to use the floor. This was a bit inconvenient and, given that the room rate seems to be in the standard range, I would have expected at least a small storage or luggage area. That said, everything else was excellent — the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. I didn't have the chance to try the lounge and I didn't use the Wifi, so I can't comment on that. But overall, a great stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

the rooms, and communal ares were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. good location and easy transport links nearby. The only reason the score is not higher is that I would have liked a coffee in the morning!

The martini I ordered at the bar tasted good but was not served in a martini glass chilled and was served with ice, rather than being chilled with ice but served without the ice... and there was no olive. there was no refrigerator in my room, nor was there tea or instant coffee.
Prettige medewerkers, ruime en schone kamer, goede locatie met centraal station en ander openbaar vervoer op loopafstand.
Very good service and nice reception personnel, breakfast also ok but very crowded and not so good seating options. Room also ok for short business trips. Nice huge shower. I had a quiet, good room.
Very loud due to the train right next to the windows. Cleaning service worked from 10-14 and because we had our dogs and needed to go to appointments, we did not have any cleaning service even though we asked if we could make out a time so that our dog would be out of the room during that time period. Trash was always in front of the entrance, I picked up everyday and the elevators smelled of bad body odors the entire time. Very positive was that we were able to plug in our e Auto in the parking garage.

Zeer goed. Een tafeltje om aan te schrijven zou een nuttige toevoeging zijn.
It was cold in the room and the blanket was not warm enough. Please consider adding conditioner to the regular bathroom products, people with longer hair - mostly women- are not taken into consideration.

The most wonderful abd worming experience each time I stay in the hotel, wonderful lobby, the bar is quite cosy and the team working at the Hotel are just the most amazing, gentle, kind staff! Een Motel-One Hotel zoals we het gewend zijn bij deze keten. Prettige medewerkers bij de receptie , nette schone kamers met een fijne douche, goed ontbijt en voor in de avond een Lounge gedeelte met fijne stoelen en een goede bar.

Prima Hotel, maar vooral hele aardige en nette bediening zeer vriendelijke mensen. Ik kom er vaak zakelijk en wordt er altijd heel hartelijk ontvangen.
Proper, lekker ontbijt, goede ligging. Ik begrijp niet waarom je online moet inchecken als het hotel niet uitgerust is hirevor.

In het Motel One Berlijn Bellevue overnacht u in de directe omgeving van het Slot Bellevue, waar de bondspresident zetelt. Onze One Lounge straalt dezelfde prestige uit als de site en de Duitse bondspresident heeft bij ons een eigen galerij. Tijdens het gezonde biologische ontbijt mag u zichzelf even staatshoofd van de Bondsrepubliek wanen terwijl u energie bijtankt voor de rest van de dag. De gezellige Egg Chair van Arne Jacobsen is niet alleen de beste plaats om over politiek te praten, maar ook om uw gedachten de vrije loop te laten en het aparte design op u in te laten werken. En bovendien ligt uw hotel in de directe omgeving van de plaatsen waar de politieke beleidslijnen worden uitgestippeld.
In de buurt van het hotel vindt u de tramhalte die u direct naar het Centraal Station, maar dus ook naar de Regeringswijk met de Bundestag en het Kanzleramt brengt. Maar ook te voet hoeft u slechts een paar honderd meter te wandelen om Berlijnse stadssymbolen zoals de Siegessäule te bezichtigen. Wilt u weg van de drukte van de grote stad en in het groene hart van Berlijn frisse lucht opsnuiven? Dan kunt u vanaf het hotel via de rivier de Spree naar Tiergarten wandelen. Het Haus der Kulturen der Welt en de Tipi am Kanzleramt zijn twee excursietips die u een andere kant van Berlijn laten zien.
