The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is in a great location, well maintained, clean with nice design touches. The nightly rate is more than fair. We would definitely stay again.
Probably one of my favorite hotel stays in recent times. 10/10 would book again soon. Loved the excellent location, friendly staff, cleanliness and the rooftop was the cherry on top. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a pleasant experience.

Friendly staffs. Clean room, but a bit weak bathroom ventilation. Good breakfast. Candies at the reception are splendid.
Our stay was just fine, especially considering the price. The breakfast was very underwhelming (!!) and no water bottles were provided in the room. The reception staff was difficult to understand and we had to ask multiple times to repeat what they‘ve said. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We wondered why there was images of German actors hanging within the room, felt a bit odd. Staff was friendly especially at the bar even though their system went down and they juggled a huge amount of people with a small number of staff.

Superb location. Check-in took some time with many guests queuing. Would love to have had to opportunity to choose a high or low floor. Breakfast area is fantastic, with the possibility to eat outdoor. Suggest to put a fresh bottle of water every day in the room if guests are staying multiple nights. Overall nice experience. Recommended.

Very helpful front desk staff, friendly and welcoming. Provided advice on local eateries, and best transport routes. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Very good. Had a comfortable stay. One feedback point; didn’t have the impression that airco in the room was working, and the temperature in the room during breakfast was very/way too high…
Very good location, excellent staff. Problem is there was an old and dirt tissue in my room (right after the entrance door where you hang some clothes. Also the remote control was not working, even if the reception kindly gave me another one (still it did not work).
Zeer positief verrast! Kamer redelijk klein met wat weinig aflegruimte voor kleding e.d., maar verder erg netjes! Ook badkamer prima, erg schoon. Ontbijt was ook top. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

You have a great front desk support team. And... I left my running glasses in the room. I did not recognize that I left them for a few days after I left your hotel. After a few emails, your team sent them to me (free of charge). That is amazing! Great hospitality!
Very friendly and efficient staff at check-in time. There was a problem with the room keys (they were being switched over to a new system) but this was addressed very quickly. The room was clean and tidy, everything was there except a kettle, but this is a minor point. A question though, I was in room 815 and the chair was excellent, very comfortable - what is the make of the chair please, I would like to buy one! Please say thank you to all the staff who were friendly and very helpful.
I liked breakfast
I have stayed here a few times since it opened and to be completely honest, the standard has been slowly, but inexorably, sliding downhill. I would describe the hotel as tired looking and in need of a major refurbishment.
Very happy with my stay. Reception services very good, both arrival and departure. My room is ideal for a business trip with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. It would be good to have a 30 second delay when you take your room key out of the power slot. Very good bedside reading lamp which I do like and is often ignored.

Great location, lovely staff. Very helpful. My negatives are rooms are quite small and no kettle in the rooms. Love to come back after being out and have a cup of tea. Instead you need to go to the bar and wait to be served. Can be busy down there at times

Wonderful stay at the super convenient Upper West Motel One in Berlin
Whilst we had a beautiful view from our room, we were disappointed that there was only one chair and therefore we were not able to sit together. We would have appreciated tea making facilities in the room. We were made very welcome after our delayed flight which meant we got to the hotel at 02:00.
Fantastisch hotel voor een stedentrip naar Berlijn. Heerlijk centraal gelegen met de U-bahn letterlijk om de hoek. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer schone kamer met comfortabele bedden en uitstekende regendouche. Tja, wat wil je nog meer?! Parkeren doe je in de Bikini garage. Dat is slechts 5 minuten lopen.
Heel vriendelijk onthaal. Behulpzaamheid was zeer goed. Personeel aan de balie, maar ook het onderhoudspersoneel was zeer vriendelijk en de kamers waren iedere dag perfect in orde gebracht.
Gewoon goed.
Goede locatie, goede service, classy style maar nooit over de top. Enige minpunt : iedereen kan de lift gebruiken er is geen extra stap door bijvoorbeeld scan van je kamerpas. Vreemd.

Prima service aan de balie. Uitstekende kamer. Lekker ontbijt en de rooftopbar was geweldig. Hulde aan het personeel dat vriendelijk en behulpzaam was en erg hard werkte. Aanrader sit hotel!
Indrukwekkend mooi hotel op indrukwekkende locatie. Erg mooie kamer (de iets grotere). Prachtig met de ramen tot aan de vloer.

Een superhotel, goede locatie, met fijn en vriendelijk personeel met aandacht voor haar gasten! Het is er thuiskomen en deel uitmaken van de familie!

Heerlijk hotel, schitterende locatie keurige service
Het is een mooi hotel, echter is de bar in de avond druk en was er geen plek, men wilde ook vanwege personeelstekort geen extra gedeelte openen
In eerste instantie was de gekozen kamer niet naar wens. In overleg met de receptie een mooi aanbod gekregen om te upgraden naar een grotere kamer. Deze is ons enorm goed bevallen, tevens een net betaalbaar aanbod ontvangen t.b.v. deze upgrade. Minder aan ons verblijf was de eerste ochtend dat wij al vroeg gewekt werden door de luide muziek van de ramenwassers. Deze was tot in onze kamer te horen!

Prima hotel, centraal gelegen, vriendelijk personeel en mooi uitzicht. Enige minpuntjes: de kastruimte voor het opbergen van kleding e.d. is wel heel minimaal: 15 cm. Ook de ruimte in de badkamer is zeer minimaal.
