Clean and adequate room. Nice roof top balcony. Mine had a rear room with not so attractive view but my travel companions got front facing with good views of city. Being a smoker I welcomed the ashtray. Was out a lot so having here as a base was great with 5 to 10 minute walk to underground station. Complimentary bottle of water on first night. Bed comfy enough but pillows too spongy didn’t aid the greatest sleep. No in room facilities (fridge, kettle) was disappointing but understandable at price point. Didn’t eat breakfast but looked nice. Staff were very welcoming and bar was a nice place to unwind after busy days.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable, wide bed. Central location. Lovely bar area. Great choice at (continental) breakfast. Garage underneath hotel which is not included in price but flat rate is reasonable. Lack of storage space for longer stays but perfect for short stays.

why go anywhere else? for our needs the perfect location, safe parking downstairs, super friendly staff, very clean and quiet room. we will be back next time we are in town ...

Great friendly and helpful staff - receptionist even came out to explain that the parking garage is full (despite the green light) and explained alternatives. Great that flexibly a room change was possible. A power socket near the (tiny) desk would have been great to plug in the laptop. Elevators took very long, not all seemed to operate.
Special thanks to the receptionist who helped us extraordinarily. I can’t imagine a warmer welcome and genuine friendliness. Make him manager and you never have to worry about customer obsession! Best regards!

one issue 1) the metal bar where you can hang you coats is attached into the wall bordering on the next room.So whenever a guest or the cleaning lady moves the hangers in the next room it is very loud and can actually wake you up. Either using plastic hangers or plastic bar would easily solve this. Maybe it was not installed incorrectly Good things; -the tv can be easily connected to android phones. Hdmi could also be used -wlan had about 60 mbit down and 30 mbit upload and was stable.

I stayed at your hotel with my wife between the dates of 8 and 13 May 2025. I am a person who travels to Europe frequently due to my job and I used to prefer Motel One if there was one in European cities. But I don't know if I will prefer it from now on because the heating system in your hotel was not working. When we went down to the reception, they said that since the season was temporary, they put it in summer mode and therefore the air conditioning only gave cold. We had a very hard time in the evenings, especially in Berlin, since the temperature dropped to 3-4 degrees at night in May. After a nice Berlin tour, it was very difficult to go to a freezing room and try to sleep under the covers all night and try to warm up, so I don't think I will stay at your hotel again, at least in winter and spring and autumn, maybe in summer I can give it another chance. I will also add a comment like here to Google comments. Best
Netjes, schoon, kleine kamer en geen kast om bv kleding in te leggen. Geen kluisje op kamer en een glaasje om uit te drinken

Prima hotel, mooi ingericht, schoon,, goede service, vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. De ligging iin het centrum is fijn, veel dingen (oa U bahn) op loopafstand. Een aanrsder.
Verblijf was prima. Ik had het idee dat de airco niet altijd even goed werkte. De volgende keer zal ik mij de werking van het systeem even laten uitleggen.
Fijn hotel met sfeervolle lobby en vriendelijk personeel. Kamer en badkamer wel wat aan de kleine kant. Een waterkoker en koelkast op de kamer zou een mooie aanvulling zijn. Bij mij was het lastig om een account aan te maken. Gratis parkeren met mijn gehandicapte parkeerkaart was top service!

Ik kom al jaren bij Motel One, ben BeOne member en het is altijd keurig en goed. Vriendelijk personeel, uitstekende service, schone kamers, goede bedden. Voel me er altijd op m'n gemak. Altijd een prettig verblijf.
Wederom een hoed verblijf gehad. Een mooie stille kamer aan de achterzijde.

Wie even de hectiek van de grootstad achter zich wilt laten, is in ons Motel One Berlijn-Tiergarten aan het juiste adres om even weg te dromen en al het aardse achter zich te laten. De muze van Astronomie Urania met zijn planetenstelsel en de oneindigheid van het universum vormen de rode draad in ons hotel. De planeten en hun manen vrolijken de One Lounge op. De achterwand van de bar is een spiegelglaswerk van het heelal en honderden lampjes simuleren een oneindige sterrenhemel. En de barkrukken zijn net raketten. De gezellige Swan Chairs van Fritz Hansen en de lichtelementen van Tom Dixon maken het designconcept compleet. Zeg nu zelf, wie kan er bij zo'n decor nog met zijn voeten op de grond blijven?
In het City West van Berlijn, niet ver van ons Design Hotel, wachten er een heleboel bezienswaardigheden op u. Even wandelen en u bent bij het shoppingparadijs KaDeWe, de Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche en de Ku'damm. En dat geldt ook voor de Großen Tiergarten. Dit uitgestrekte park met in het centrum de beroemde Siegessäule is echt de ideale locatie voor een weldadige wandeling.
