Room 311. Don't know why, but the bathroom exhaust fan was not working effectively (or was not working), so steam stayed a bit in the bathroom until next morning. Since the hotel concept is basically B&B, I would recommend offering bathroom slippers as an option (either I missed them in the room or they were not there). People are trying to carry less weight with them to B&B hotels, then with slippers they would not need to take them from home.

Good location next to the station. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little small. The room did not have a fridge or coffee machine, which I would have expected.

Nice hotel next to the station. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was comfortable but minimal, Personally I would prefer more storage space, even the bedside table was tiny, also nowhere to store clothes other than a few hangers. Room was only made up for 1, so it was a nuisance going back and forth for items like towels and duvets. Would have also been nice to have a mini fridge and water. Bar area was very nice with great views over the city. Breakfast service was very busy and hectic!

Motel 1 is tot nu toe altijd top! Vooral voor zakelijke reizen mijn favoriet. Centraal gelegen, modern comfort en tot nu toe overal uiterst vriendelijk personeel.

For a hotel this size the breakfast area should be much bigger. The cost of €20 for breakfast and no where to sit is not a good value. Would also be great to have a gym.

Fancy hotel, in particular the bar at the 14th floor. However, the room was a little bit small.
Eveyone so incredibly nice and it was so sweet and clean but in room 222 there’s vent at night that annoys extremely that’s seems to be only In that room? It’s not the AC!
I would appreciate a water kettle and some tea bags. I heard bad reviews about the bar so I didn't go.

Nice hotel so far, its almost near with everything, nice services with smiling employees at the counter, the biggest issue is tv, If you will put smart tv that atleast we can watch YouTube it could be more superb, and also just mini fridge. But so far cloud one nurnmberg is perfect hotel that I can recommend to everyone. Thanks
Fantastic location next to HBF and old town; super friendly and helpful staff; super comfy bed and ambience. Only complete is the rather pricey breakfast but it is breakfast with a view!
Location is very good, the hotel looks nice. The room is under equipped - there should be a kettle or a coffee machine, especially being a business hotel. There were no toiletries except shampoo. The rooms should also be ventilated because they smell. Breakfast is ok, but should include more warm dishes.
Good hotel, but a few things could improve like new menus cards at the bar as they are a bit overused, no chipped plates, cleaning the carpet, etc.
Paying €24.50 for breakfast and then not being able to get a breakfast box was quite surprising and unfortunately spoiled my overall experience at the hotel. I understand that breakfast boxes may normally need to be requested in advance. However, I was informed that around 600 guests were staying at the hotel that night, and with a hotel of this size, I would expect some flexibility when guests’ travel plans change unexpectedly. With so many guests, surely last-minute requests for an early breakfast must happen from time to time. I will be travelling to Nürnberg again next week and had initially considered staying at the hotel again, but after this experience, I think I will look into another accommodation option. It was a rather disappointing.

Check-in was fast and efficient, the room was exactly as described, and the windows did a great job blocking out noise from the street. Nice stay overall.
When it is 37 degrees Celsius please adjust the centrally controlled air-conditioning thermostat accordingly. It was too hot in our room yet the temperature in the foyer was nice and cool. We did not sleep well during our stay.

Nette verzorgde kamer, wel nogal klein en er is lawaai (op eerste verdieping) van vrachtauto's en overig verkeer. Ramen kunnen 's nachts niet open blijven. Toch een aanrader, alles was netjes en opvallend schoon.
Goed hotel. Alleen werkt de ventilatie op de kamers niet, 's nachts super warm en aangezien je rechtstreeks aan het centraal station zit, is het openzetten van het raam in de nacht ook niet ideaal. Verder wordt een waterkoker/koffiezetapparaat gemist op de kamer. Ontbijt is ok, maar niet uitgebreid.

Prima hotel en een lekker ontbijt
Vriendelijk personeel en goede service. Kamers zijn schoon, maar wel wat minimalistisch ingericht. Het zou bijvoorbeeld prettig zijn als er een waterkoker is om zelf thee en koffie te zetten. Ook mag wel duidelijker worden aangegeven hoe je de receptie kan bereiken (telefonisch). Daarnaast was het een beetje apart dat er wel voor 2 personen kussens waren maar er was 1 eenpersoonsdekbed.
Perfecte locatie naast de ingang van het centraal station. Geen geluidsoverlast wanneer de ramen gesloten zijn. Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit garantie. Ruime kamer keus (type, grootte, etc) Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Mooi, schoon hotel. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Prachtig uitzicht over de stad vanuit de loungebar.
Het was verrassend en zag er allemaal mooi, verzorgd en sfeervol uit. Alleen het personeel achter de desk als je binnenkomt, mag van mij nog wel een cursus klantvriendelijkheid krijgen. Ze waren netjes, maar meer als dat kwam er ook niet uit.

Hotel Neurenberg-City
Overnachten in het Motel One Neurenberg-City betekent automatisch meegevoerd worden door de geschiedenis van de spoorweg.
De stad die vandaag de dag vooral bekendstaat om zijn Kaiserburg en de Christkindlesmarkt, was de eerste stad op Duitse bodem die een spoorweglijn kreeg. En dat thema, de tijd van de spoorwegpioniers, verwerken wij in ons designhotel. 's Ochtends wacht jou een biologisch ontbijt tegen een schilderachtig spoorwegdecor, met antieke reiskoffers als decoratie. Aan de bar, jouw station voor een kopje koffie in de namiddag of een cocktail 's avonds, zie je een op rails geïnspireerde lichtinstallatie.
In de comfortabele loungemeubels, waaronder de designklassiekers van Arne Jacobsen Achille Castiglioni, waan jij je in de eerste klasse en staat je maar één ding te doen: relaxt achteroverleunen. Maar ook buiten de directe omgeving van het hotel rondom het centraal station valt er heel wat te ontdekken. In de oude binnenstad, op een paar honderden meters van het hotel, is het bijvoorbeeld heerlijk winkelen. De Hauptmarkt en de Kaiserburg zijn eveneens niet ver weg. Wie de beurs van Neurenberg bezoekt en wie van verder weg komt, geniet van de nabijheid van de luchthaven. Gewoon een korte transfer en je bent er.
