Very cold in the room that your thermostat not working properly I was freezing in the room and no socket worked. I could not charge my phone in the shower. The soap pumps are broken so you have to pump manually and at the end the mattress on the right side is worn out.
Good room, location and staff were pleasant. Stayed here before and very similar experience to last time.

Was given an accessable room, which meant that both the sink and the shower was far too low down for a man who is 6'2. Person at the desk didn't seem too bothered when I checked out.
Motel one is offen my first choice - and this time I was also lucky to get a room in London. Often it is fully booked when I planned to visit. Thx for such a friendly and warm welcome. Breakfast and area cosy. My vegan croissant was tasty. Wish there was more vegan options ( bread, yoghurt made of coco for example, since I am allergic to soy - but hey, those a luxury problems…😆) Will come back. When booking motel one you know what u get!
Great place to stay close to loads of things to see and do. Don’t like plastic beaker now being used to make a hot drink in the room.
Hotel is clean tidy welcoming and well placed, rooms are nicely prescented but very small limited areasc to store things, so aldo no fridge. Bath amenities basic no conditioner or moisturiser, like for like with premier inn is probably best comparison. Never received the bottled water promised on booking. Breakfast was basic but ok, if need for conveniance but nicer can be found else were locally.
Very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was excellent, knowledgeable and very very polite and helpful. I have enjoyed my stay at Motel One Tower Hill.

Nice, clean and quiet room.
Pleasant hotel, clean and tastefully decorated. Room compact, hangers rather than cupboards/wardrobes and no bedside table. No obvious bin in room itself though one in the bathroom. Decent size bathroom though shower not overly powerful. Staff very polite and professional.

Lovely clean hotel right in the City of London near tube & bus connections. Room was ideal and so clean with nice bedding too. Did not have breakfast in the lobby as it looked a little boring and didn't want to eat on a low table. Staff very friendly and will be back for another visit very soon.

stayed in room 1101 - i think tv needs a master reset - the timings on the tv were completely wrong (by about 4 hours) so it was quite confusing trying to understand what was on! staff friendly as per usual, a good comfortable bed & immaculately clean.

Nice staff- nice and quiet- good location- tiny room with no shelves or cupboard space- can’t unpack your suitcase- no ventilation in bathroom/loo.
Room was efficient, bed was on par with Premier Inn. Found a pair of boxer shorts in my room and also the door didn't close / lock without a push/encouragement

Great location, handy to train stations. Room was modern & very clean. The only issue we had was that the bathroom exhaust fan was very poor, as the bathroom was always damp.( That dampness could eventually turn into mould ) & you are breathing that in while you sleep.We mentioned it to reception & we were told that it was normal. That is the reason for such a low rating

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of London with a lot of attraction centres around the corner. The room was spotless and the bathroom was super clean . I will definitely recommend this hotel short or long stay
A small thing, but we missed the signature sweets at the reception.
+Friendly staff - expensive for getting a room with a view of dirty courtyard windows and a hair dryer that was covered with some sort of gooey material. I know there are nice rooms in that MotelOne and there were rooms available also.
Very accommodating environment; all the receptionist were welcoming and engaging; value-money is great and is always a pleasure to use this hotel.

Fantastic hotel and very lovely staff. So helpful seeing I was on crutches. Really well situated for the tube stations at Aldgate and Tower Hill. Just about next door to the Aldgate bus station but bus stop right outside of the hotel doors. Will definitely book again.

This hotel was excellent. It felt like all the necessities were in place - great (and working) AC during a heat wave, clean room and nice bathroom, plenty of outlets in appropriate places, good reading lights, great blackout curtains. It was also a great location with friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
I was yet again automatically put in an accessible room when I didn't request it. When I asked at the front desk I was told that when my company books the room I should specifically ask not to be assigned to an accessible room which I found somewhat strange. I asked if the was possibility to put a flag on my name for the future but was told no. I was asked if I wanted to swap after I complained which proves that there were standards rooms available to be assigned at check in but I was on the way out to meet colleagues and didn't have the time to move and as it was only 1 night I let it go. This is now a common occurrence when I stay and causes embarrassment for me and the front deck when I query why I assigned that type of room. This is reflected in my scoring of room, bathroom and booking process. It should not be on me to request NOT to be assigned an accessible room.
Room was quite small and no desk. Breakfast could include some "English items" also.

The room was lovely and the shower in the bathroom was amazing. I found it was a bit pricey and breakfast wasn't included, even though we paid £419.
