Check in, check out was simple and quick. This is important to me at the end of busy work day I don't want ques and delays. Relaxed atmosphere, clean & functional room. Loved it
Breakfast was a bit disappointing but everything else was fine. The staff were lovely.
Fantastic hotel, check in fast and easy, we were very impressed with our room, modern, clean and all the facilities we needed. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful during our stay.
My husband and I enjoyed our one-night stay in this hotel. Check in was quick and efficient with a very friendly receptionist. The double standard room even though quite small, was well designed for a comfortable stay.Both bedroom and bathroom were clean. We really appreciated the possibility of opening the window (that was the main reason why we chose this hotel over others in this area). The only negative part of our experience was that we couldn't get the climate control to work. It would only blow cold air and the room was quite cold late evening and night time.
I had a fantastic experience at Motel One Glasgow, my room had an amazing view, there was a really nice atmosphere in the hotel plus friendly helpful staff, the whole experience was really lovely.
We have stayed many times at MotelOne Glasgow and it always fully meets expectations.

Excellent hotel, central location, great staff.
Nice location in the heart of Glasgow... for better or worst it's super east to get about but the local area is very busy as expected. However it does attracted interesting people. Hotel all in all was great, staff all super friendly and helpful! the only one point of feedback was to do with our bathroom. During our stay the shower and sink was extremely slow draining. If I would visit Glasgow again, I would think about staying here again.

excellent place to stay when going to a gig in Glasgow , across the street from central station and very near many of the venues i frequent .Very clean and has every thing i need for a one night stay
Lovely clean hotel. Room was a good size comfy bed. No major noise issues. Lovely toiletries pity about the shower pressure.
Sink plug did not work and wasn't fixed. Reception desk were very helpful. Breakfast was too crowded and tables too close together.

I have stayed with Motel One previously in Glasgow with no issues. This time it felt different. Everything was rushed and done with less care. I am part of the rewards programme but received no free water on checking in and on return to the hotel in the evening had asked for more pillows. We were advised by the night reception staff that he would check the store on our floor and would bring them along. We waited up but these never arrived. The rooms also had no phone so I was unable to phone down to reception.
the staff were great and it was clean. the only issue is that the tv couldnt connect to the internet.

Very happy as it was clean, close to the station, good value and Reception were happy to receive a parcel for me.
The size of the room definitely was what detracted from our experience the most. We had to move the tables quite a bit when we arrived just to have enough space to open our suitcases on the floor. It was hard to move around each other in the room at times. And we couldn’t prop the bathroom door open all the way to dry our clothes without not being able to open the room door. It felt a bit tight overall which made our stay less relaxing.
Sadly, we tried to heat our bedroom control but without success.

First room allocated the card electric system was loose on the wall however once reception was informed our room was changed as no maintenance available

Amazing staff
ROOM 505. Arrived to check in 3.10pm,waited in queue 15 minutes to be served.Thermostat in room inoperable so room was cold(overnight outside temperature 4 Deg c).Advised staff when checking out. Plug in wash hand basin could not seal,so unable to fill to wash. On line check- in asked too many questions compared to other hotels,taking too much time.

The Motel One Glasgow combines the industrial character of train and rail technology with the special sense of adventure that accompanies a journey by train. Our employees are busy operating the switches behind the reception to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Wireflow lights by Vibia are reminiscent of the shape of tracks and railroad switches. Our One Lounge is also electrifying: the Spectre design suspended luminaires by Quasar create a visual reference to high-voltage power cables, and you can read the timetable for the Central Station on an infoscreen mounted on the stone wall.
