Tidy, clean and central, we enjoyed our stay.
It’s the second time staying at “motel one” it didn’t disappoint. Perfect location for shopping, bars and temple bar.
Our stay at Motel One was excellent. The property is beautiful, the location unbelievable and, the staff amazing.
Very nice hotel and a nice central area
Nice safe, efficient hotel. Service providers were friendly if not able to fix is with erratic internet and television issues during the 3 day visit. I will pick Motel One in the future as I do like the vibe.
The value-quality price point was spot on. I think you get a lot for relatively little. The room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was good - the selection was not huge, but good.
Excellent location!
The reception staff was 10/10 and the place was beautiful and very clean
Excellent customer service, rooms spotless and comfortable, convenient to everything.
Overall our needs were met, the hotel was in a great location to the city and had great access to many shops and restaurants on the same road. The room was very clean and well kept. However, our TV hardly worked- it was very spotty and would black out for long periods of time. The room was situated right on the corner- which offered a great view, but came at the cost of the noise of the people and the train. I would’ve preferred having an option to stay on a side of the building that was quieter without the view. The noise wasn’t a problem if I shut the windows, but once the windows were shut the room became incredibly hot without the breeze, so that made sleeping uncomfortable. The only other thing I would suggest is to have wash cloths in the bathrooms, and maybe additional 2 pillows on the bed. A plug in fan for the room would’ve been ideal.
Reception was quick and friendly. Room was perfectly cleaned. Bed was soft. Shower has multiple settings, would not recommend the water jet setting if you’re a male. Perfect place to stay if you’re going to a show in the Academy since it’s only an 60 second walk to the venue from the hotel. Overall great experience. Bonus points to the barman who very quickly sent an intoxicated guest to his room at 2am after he was hassling me when I just wanted water from the bar.
Beautiful hotel, nice service, good location. But 4* hotel with no hot food on breakfast? I never seen that before. Everything else is really good, but that was really disappointing.
Safe didn't work in 438, TV picture consistently choppy - as maybe a bandwidth phenomenon
Great stay. The team was super friendly. The surroundings could more inviting and nice and if you could offer proper small dishes that would be fantastic.
Wonderful hotel. Right in the city center and close to everything. The rooms were well equiped and the beds wonderful. The customer service was outstanding. The breakfast setup was so organized and well-planned with an array of meats, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and bakery items. The entire staff from housekeeping, bar tenders, waitstaff and front desk were so friendly and assisted me with anything I needed. I will definetly be returning.
Beautiful hotel couldn't get any closer to the centre. Rooms are a small bit to small but honestly it didn't make any difference to us. TV kept frzzing and turning off but again wasn't major for us. Will be our go to hotel on our next visit to dublin
Hotel was very clean, staff wer fruendly and very helpful. The hotel was also in an ideal location.
Urban hotel with very nice atmosphere and staff, we had a lovely time, thank you.
Good location, nice lobby, good bar. Below average service for the price. Staff unwilling to help. One bin in the room, asked for a second - was refused (bathroom and bedroom for obvious reasons) Vanity mirror wrong height Power socket and kettle, too extreme No biscuits £180 per night and missing the basics. Style over substance, no thank you.
Excellent hotel, excellent location and the staff are so helpful and friendly towards us every time we stay, we would recommend this hotel to anyone
Great location. The room was clean and quiet. They’ve made the most of a small space. The room and bathroom are modern and the space is creatively decorated. The thermostat malfunctioned so we couldn’t control the room temperature which would have been disastrous in different weather. The room could use an additional trash can- there was only one and it was in the bathroom. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked like there were nice choices. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Very nice bedroom with view in the city center. Great staff.
Staff were amazing - breakfast was - lovely - room was lovely
This was my second stay that a Motel One. The first was in Stuttgart, Germany and based off that stay, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. The hotel also was in a good/great location. I was expecting an email because I did leave my US plug adaptor in the wall outlet, under the desk, in room 316, nothing came, the one minus of the stay.
every things good, especially cleanliness and organization. not 10 because the television was really poor in quality of the signal, the room was really small (even if completelly acceptable) and the breakfast was not so reach.
When I arrived I had to change rooms.I was in room 217.Above the entrance to room by the bathroom it sounded like water crashing.I was afraid a water pipe would burst at any second.I went to the front desk and was given a new room.I quickly packed up and relocated to room 361.I was shocked that that gentlemen that came to my room with new key and room assignment did not offer to help me with my luggage to new room.I understand there is no porter at your hotel but it would have been a nice gesture since it was my second time lugging around luggage.Your staff is young and it seems lacking in customer service.Your hotel has the modern look but maybe needs to go to some old ways.
Thermostat kept going into air with me losing my air conditioning
Location was outstanding, walkable to all sites. The staff in amenities exceeded expectations. This hotel is highly recommended to anyone traveling to Dublin.
Room was too small. I could hear everything happening in the room next door. Breakfast options were very limited and I had to eat my breakfast at a coffee table and no eating table were available.
Had a noisy airconditioning. I was able to switch rooms, but the new room was briefly Visited by another guest. I got fresh towels. Appaerently no housekeeping or maintenance in the evenening.
Very clean and perfect location.
Everything was excellent. One piece of feedback would be to provide a place in front of hotel to drop off/pick up baggage as it is a one block walk from nearest car park.
I liked the location of the hotel and i would stay here again. I would like more tv channels and updated tvs as i couldn't cast any streaming service to the tv. Also the beds were very soft and i like hard beds. They also have only Guinness on tap. Apart from this everything else was excellent. It felt very open and inviting. The bar and lounge area felt lived in and inviting.
Good service, Great room, Good location. Breakfast is poor (no omelet or anything else except from bread or bakery items. Coffee not great. Very small corridor to get breakfast). After the 1st day, I went for breakfast at nearby Starbucks.
We had a great time in your hotel, Great value for money great location And will certainly consider staying again.
Wonderful
This is our favourite place to stay in Dublin! After a very enjoyable theatre evening, we were served once more unique cocktails by the very charming waiter Joseph and after a complimentary late check out the next date we received yummy coffee by the always smiling Francisco. Hotel staff is just amazing, and everyone does their best to make the guests feel happy. It couldn't have been better and we are already looking forward to our next stay!
As Re Value for Money: perceived VfM can depend on the current means, so Status ~ Excellent /and very good
Could not find any thing better spot on
Alles prima.
Reason for travel: Private & Business , TV bandwidth limited on weekends (chopped image)
The lack of English television was annoying. Location was great. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Hotel was lovely.
Lovely hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff
Great value for money, friendly staff smack bang in the middle of city centre . Not our first time and certainly won't be our last . Thank you .
I find the booking process very difficult on your website. I have never been successful booking online. This time however, I spoke to a really lovely young man named Dean. I want to highly commend his helpfulness, and efficiency and very pleasant personality. I really like this hotel for its location and the decor. The lounge area is a very relaxing space to meet friends, or just read. It is clean and comfortable,
Great location and clean.
The Motel One is an excellent hotel in every respect.
As usual, I really like to stay in Motel One hotels!
great location, clean rooms and easy access
