A wonderful two nights in a clean well located venue.
The location is ideal and the service was fine. The room was smaller than I expected. The elevators were crowded, maybe because one was out of service. The breakfast was disappointment, as everything was cold dishes.
It was a nice experience. Place so smart. Rooms so spacious
Nice hotel great location only issue was the reception who failed to understand the room allocated was a disabled room and when I said I did not want this they said ok and then gave us the disabled room could be a language issue as the staff were German/spanish The room was changed when I returned to ask another staff member so all was good
Excellent hotel situated in a good location, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity
Location is perfect. The hotel is consistent with the quality of other Motel One Hotels. The two things I would like to be improved: The breakfast is correct, but it could use some options like hot sausages and bacon and scrambled eggs. More so as it is in Ireland. I remember the quality of the breakfast as a little better in Motel One Amsterdam, for example. The room cleaning service was correct, but they tended to do it too late in the day. I would spend all morning outside of the hotel, only to return to rest a little in the afternoon, and find the room not yet cleaned, and then be knocked on the door by the cleaning service personnel and having to go to the lounge to let them clean.
Great location, room was nice, however no iron in the room or phone to call the front desk for one.
Staff excellent - BUT PLEASE FIX THE LIFTS.
I stayed at Motel One Dublin from Tuesday through Friday and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The bar in particular is stunning beautifully designed and offering an impressive range of spirits that really stood out. My room was both cosy and spacious, the perfect balance for comfort and relaxation after long days out. What made the stay even more special, though, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. A special mention to Brian and Megan, who were both outstanding and made me feel so well looked after. I’ll definitely be returning and I would highly recommended for anyone visiting Dublin.
Very clean, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Bartenders Joseph and Cecilia were wonderful.
This is the second time we stayed reason being we stayed last year and was impressed with our stay we came again everything you need is there including the service.
Dreadful, got put in a wheelchair room on 6th floor which reception staff rather tersely told me was my only option. Don't know if it was the layout of the bathroom but it stank of drains, really really badly. Room was cold, door wouldn't lock. Big queue for checkout with only one person on desk at 8am. Awful, truly awful.
Room was nice and well priced. Smart tv features, like casting streaming platforms would have made the stay perfect. We loved the 24 hour bar and cocktail options were perfect for me! We didn’t get a chance to try breakfast but reception staff were lovely on all occasions.
Great location and a reasonable price. Room was a bit small but typical for a European hotel. Very clean and comfortable.
Great hotel in great location, the same high standards and excellent breakfast as experienced in other Motel Ones.
Very nice experience. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Overall a very pleasing experience. No complaints on any facet of my experience in the motel
Centrally located, great price. Cute room. Easy check in. Clean and great cleaning service. Great lobby and bar. Aesthetically pleasing and great lighting in the rooms. Missed having drinking glasses, a small refrigerator and closets or clothing storage but not deal-breakers.
Very positive, clean, professional, excellent location - can't fault it
All good except for way too low water pressure in the shower and almost no real tables for breakfast.
Your hotel is great. I have stayed in other Hotels One and am never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
On our second day at this hotel, a dress disappeared from our room. I reported it three times: first, reception said they would contact housekeeping; the next day there was still no answer, and it was reported again; at checkout, I was asked to file the report for a third time. At no point did the hotel provide a solution, explanation, or follow-up. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is good. However, security is clearly lacking, and management shows no accountability when problems arise. For this reason, I would not return and I cannot recommend this hotel.
Great location and facilities, comfortable bed
Lovely hotel. Great central location. Helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Would certainly stay again.
A lovely modern hotel with lovely decor in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay at Motel One in Dublin and the close proximity to O'Connell Street was a big bonus , saving our tired legs! The room was compact and contained everything we needed to make our stay comfortable plus we had the best nights sleep we've had in a long time as the bed was so comfy. We enjoyed a drink or 2 in the evening in the bar area and the atmosphere was great with patrons from all over Europe and beyond which was very engaging and made for interesting chat. The staff were marvellous also and couldn't do enough to help without being intrusive. Thanks for a fantastic stay in the heart of Dublin! We hope to return real soon! 10/10!
Excellent location, very clean, helpful staff. For improvement - perhaps some more comfortable seating in the lobby. Some of the chairs are rather hard to sit in, and awkward to get in and out of!
Small room with aircon that didn’t work properly so room was uncomfortably warm all night. Staff were good and location great.
Great location. Very clean, well-appointed and friendly. But, for what I considered to be a very high price, I found the rooms to be small and cramped and I faced a brick wall. I expected more for the cost.
We’ve just returned from a 2-night stay with our daughter Niamh. I just want to say how pleased I am we returned to Motel One after staying for a night in January. The staff were friendly, attentive, and basically fantastic. The sleeper chair was just perfect for Niamh - she slept so well, was so happy and loved the love heart towels and petals (thank you for this). We don’t get away much, this year being the first time in 5 years we have been away (and that’s a night in January and the two nights we’ve just done) - and we are just so happy that our time has been spent in Dublin and at Motel One. We will be back! Thanks for all your help - from my first enquiry to leaving on Thursday. It really is appreciated 😊
Rooms small, need two Stan’s for suitcases and bathroom, can’t take a shower without getting the floor wet.
I got a room to close to the lift where the noise of the lift was unbearable. I wonder how such rooms are available.
Joanna the reservation manager was fantastic and was incrediblly helpful during a stressful time. Rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. Will easily come back again.
Great location and good value for money considering how expensive Dublin is. Room was clean yet small however adequate for 2 people for 2 nights. Comfortable bed.
Location was great. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and functional Good bed and shower.
The room was great but check in instructions were unclear and one night we basically listening to pouring water all night long bc it seems our room was under the water system? We didn’t sleep at all so that sucked.
This was my third stay at this hotel this summer. Great location, efficient staff, comfortable rooms. Already made another reservation for later in the year.
Central location, easy check-in, early check-in appreciated by international traveler, wonderful breakfast with fantastic pastries, fresh brown and white bread, cold meats and cheeses, med-boiled eggs, delicious coffee, each cup individually brewed.
Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff in all aspects from front check in, bartenders, food staff and cleaners. We arrived from Canada at 10 AM, 5 AM our time and were given our room at check-in. This made to very weary travelers extremely happy and made our time in Ireland even more memorable. Breakfast was delicious and generous for the cost. Our first stay in Dublin and this motel one ensure we wiill book here the next time we come to Ireland.
The location in Dublin is perfect and the lobby was nicely decorated but that's about it. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - no protein options and I mean coffee from a machine - not cool - I had to go out for breakfast every day. For the 4 nights I was staying I only had my room cleaned once - I had to flag down the people in the hallway giving them my garbage and asking for fresh towels. There is also no phone in the room so you can't call down to reception.
The hotel, was clean, close to everything and very comfortable. The staff was awesome
The staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was sophisticated, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was impressive. We also appreciated the ability to have perishable food stored in the kitchen refrigerator overnight.
Friendly, helpful staff. I did expect to be the room attended to, but unfortunately that didn't happen. When I asked, I was told we had to advise Reception if we wanted a clean and fresh towels. I have never come across this and did not expect it for nearly £150.00 per night
Really liked the modern decor in hotel and in rooms . Excellent location.
I enjoyed my stay in Motel One . I love the decor in the lounge area, and like the atmosphere in general. The best thing is, they allow you to check in whenever you arrive, if there,s a room available.
Nice one - if possible a room with two single duvets would be more practical and preferred to the king size duvet, as I am only me visiting
I paid nearly €1000 for a 3 night stay. This didn’t include breakfast. I spent the 3 days with no natural light, because my window was overlooked by a 100 foot tall solid brick wall. The window was also streaked with bird faeces and metal bars. The whole experience was prison-like and substandard especially considering the high cost.
Everything was lovely. I only downgraded the value section a little because all prices were high that weekend due to the american football thing, which i had no idea was happening and not the hotel's fault really. The wifI was fine, I just prefer password protected wifi. Again, everyone was nice and the stay was lovely overall.
Rooms are really small. No outlets in the bathrooms.
Overall lovely stay - very clean accommodations and nice amenities. Location was superb. Room was comfortable albeit small. Staff was helpful d bartenders were very friendly. Would stay here again.
