Amazing place to stay, and pet friendly :)
Only complaint is that the rooms are very small. Great location and delicious buffet breakfast!
Once again a fantastic stay at a Motel One hotel, friendly and professional staff, excellently run, ver clean with a fantastic bar and breakfast. Already booked a Motel One at a different city.
Great, friendly and helpful staff. Everything efficiently operated.
Rooms were clean, neat and service was good.
Excellent stay at Motel One Dublin! Juan at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Miguel and Francisco at the bar were amazing, super welcoming. The hotel is modern, spotless, and perfectly located. Thanks to the team for making our stay so enjoyable!
Very clean and comfortable establishment.
Nice and clean hotel, only minor criticism of the room would be that when showering the water ran out of the shower tray. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I love the decor in the lounge area, and usually there is ambient background music, which makes it a very relaxing space to sit. While I love the location and the hotel, in general. I find it is a bit expensive.
Very friendly and welcoming staff who really took time and effort to make our stay even more enjoyable. Very comfortable and nicely decorated lounge and bar with excellent bartenders. Very generous and caring overall, from the girl who did our check-in (Stacy) to the hotel manager who offered us a round of drinks on the house while we were sitting in the lounge after check-out waiting for the bus to take us back to the airport. The rooms themselves also surpassed our expectations: clean, spacious and with lots of lovely details. We stayed on the sixth floor which meant we had an amazing view over the city and the hills. Will definitely be staying at Motel One again on my next visit to Dublin and will recommend it to other people.
Staff and especially the front desk crew are really nice. Great location and clean
Excellent location. Friendly efficient service, nice bar area, immaculately clean quiet room and comfy bed. Highly recommend!
From receiption/check in our stay was lovely. Staff was friendly and efficient moving us along as tired travellers. We'll be back

Fantastic location, staff and hotel! Excellent experience
Comfy beds and sheets, good shower, great location! We had an issue with A/C noise and Management was prompt to help make it better for us.
The location of this hotel is perfect to visit Dublin on foot ! A special thanks to Stacy and Dane for the welcome, and to Paloma for the good addresses. We highly recommend this hotel.
Motel One was our last stop on our trip and was an excellent way to finish up. Highly satisfied.
The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff are beyond helpful and the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

We stayed for a family get together! Our room was spacious and clean
Joanna was fantastic in organising our groups stay and the reception team done a great job managing us all.
Great Hotel, and well located. Seating during breakfast rush hour a little complicated,
Very clean.
As a frequent visitor the overall experience didn't disappoint. Thank you.
The staff were friendly ,thank you so much for the good service.
Thanks for a great stay . There are no negatives about this hotel best staff great location clean nothink to much trouble. Irish lady behind the bar 🍸 in the night fantastic. Many many thanks see you again very soon emma mandy x
The location is perfect and near the downtown area, the staff is very hospitable and so helpful with any questions we had. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We highly recommend staying here!
Hotel was nice in the lobby and the staff were really helpful and nice! The air conditioning was showing an “error” message and it was not working all night- very little sleep No other rooms available and maintenance was not available
Great location and comfortable bed. The room was quite small for two people and luggage.
I’m a regular Motel One customer and I really enjoy staying in your hotels. This time, I cannot give a 10 because for the second time in a row, I was given a room adapted for people with disabilities, which aren’t as convenient for tall people (low sink, low door handle…) Also at checkout, I was told that my invoice would be sent by email. It never came and I had to send two emails to get the correct invoice. On the first invoice , the breakfast had been forgotten… With a regular room and automated invoice email, I would have given a ten. The motel one in Dublin is really nice and well located.
Excellent staff and wonderful location.
Room is far to small and nosy
Excellent service over all, slight issue with room on entering but cleaning supervisor sorted it out immediately and was very appologic. Will be booking in again soon
Do not trust the front desk to book a taxi as we did, I booked a taxi to the airport the night before which did not arrive so asked the front desk to check the booking the did but said it was not booked very dissatisfied
Relaxing vibe - great atmosphere that makes you want to lounge in the guest lounge. My only hope would be more snacks available and more focus on teas and coffees so it isn’t so wine and cocktail oriented.
Super helpful staff, especially Joanna who helped pull the whole group booking together really easily. Great location and service
In general I was very satisfied. I had a courtyard room as I requested, which was quiet and comfortable. It is a good idea that residents could put on the sign "no cleaning today" on selected days. The only thing I missed was a handrail in the bathroom, for especially older people's sake, like myself. I will return to Ireland in spring next year for a week and I am determined to stay with you again, if possible.
I have never meet someone as serviceminded as illia from the reception
The overall look and feel of the hotel are good, great bar area. Bedrooms are bright airy and as expected, the biggest pain was breakfast, absolute sh.t show !!!!! whoever designed the spaces needs locking up, way too small , no real thought gone into it, very over crowded the whole experience just made you angry.
We found the staff really nice and when my medical procedure was cancelled they had no problem refunding me one of the nights I had booked they were fantastic I will be in Dublin again soon and will stay with them again thank you
Good hotel, good location with friendly staff. Rooms are small but the bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again.
It's important that you include the option of a hot breakfast: scrambled eggs, omelette, bacon, sausages, beans etc. You're charging far too much not to.
Location was great, very central to everything we wanted to do. Hotel was very clean, check-in was fast and easy. Room was very clean as well, spacious enough for our 2 night stay. Quiet. Lobby bar area was comfortable.
Great area, fantastic staff. Good value.Clean and comfortable and quiet rooms.
Location is absolutely perfect. Short walk to Temple Bar, all restaurants and shops. Quiet area but close to everything. Very nice hotel, excellent staff and delicious breakfast.
compact but pleasant room, comfortable bed and powerful shower.
We loved it. Clean, comfortable, lovely decor. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was great.
Great staff - Brian and Ilia were more than accommodating. We were a family staying in 4 rooms and we all had a great experience, comfortable beds , great clean rooms in an ideal Dublin City centre location- 5 Stars 🌟 all the way
Bar staff were excellent! Beds are super comfortable and it’s very affordable for city centre Dublin. I am very very pleased. The 24 hour bar was incredible and so so very dangerous 😂

A clean hotel for a reasonable price – in the heart of the city
Our city hotels in Dublin offer comfortable accommodation in the centre with excellent connections to public transport. The Jervis Luas stop and the train station are located close to the design hotel. If you’re arriving at the hotel by car, we recommend using the APCOA Car Park Jervis Street, which is only three minutes away from the hotel. That way, you can easily visit Dublin’s attractions like EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum (Connolly station) and the National Leprechaun Museum.
Not far from the hotel, you’ll also find Dublin’s Jeanie Johnston museum: on a replica of a ship that took Irish emigrants to North America in the 19th century, history is made tangible. Further out from the hotel in Dublin, but definitely worth the trip on public transport, the former Kilmainham Gaol prison has been converted into a thought-provoking museum. This is where political prisoners were once held.
