Excellent value in very nice room, very friendly reception and great location for accessing central Manchetser and main train station, would defintely recommend...! MJ
Fantastic front desk staff, really friendly and comprehensive. Had a great stay.
Very impressed with room and public areas for the room rate. Did not have breakfast as felt the cost was too great for a cold option but this would not deter me from staying again in the future.
Great location Nice rooms Excellent staff
Great hotel, good location, very friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Everything I needed for my trip to Manchester. Would recommend and would stay again.
All very good, except air conditioning which seemed to have a mind of its own, allowing the room temp to from to 13c during the night, even though it was set to 21c!
excellent as always.
Amazing stay can’t fault this ,, definitely recommend
Fantastic location, rooms are a really good size and beds very comfortable. Most importantly, every member of staff I met were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Excellent stay staff superb.
We stay at motel one every time we visit Manchester very comfortable & affordable lovely staff & in a great location will be back thank you
Great location. Great hotel and reception team. Only downside was no bin in the room to place rubbish. Felt awkward just leaving it on the small table. Also why no iron and ironing board in the room? Maybe was hidden??
Friendly helpful staff, relaxing environment, great location
Room was spotless and adequate, only thing is the breakfast option is far too expensive,no cooked food, cold buffet for £13.50. I would stay again, but wouldn’t get breakfast, there is a Greggs at the railway station or a Wetherspoon just down the road.
The queen sized bed was actually two mattresses with a sheet over the top, the crack between them was unfortunately very apparent when sleeping. The room itself was fine but I was put into an accessible room for some reason. It didn't feel particularly relaxing. The biggest issue was noise unfortunately. My room was right by the lift and staircase to the floor and all night I was woken up by doors slamming and people talking as they went directly past my door. There was also a lot of light from the corridor which came through under the door whenever the hallway light came on.
A quiet and friendly place, in an excellent location. Top services!
Amazing staff, left my earphones and they found them and helped get them delivered back to me. Room was lovely, very comfortable.
Clean and staff very helpful
Given the late notice with which I tried to book a room, the price was not unreasonable for a clean and comfy stay in Central Manchester.
Very good on Location and service. improve on Room Temp Control
My room has both a water leak in the bathroom floor and carpet in hall. This spoiled my experience.
Overall experience was good, I was under the impression that parking was available, it wasn't. Plastic cups for tea and coffee was a very big put-off, makes them taste terrible.
Always my first choice hotel when in Manchester- location, customer service and general hotel stay is always smooth.
Great. Room ans breakfast.
Clean and perfectly adequate.
excellent value. Fantastic location, 2 mins walk to Picadilly station for the airport. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Great design hotel- gorgeous lobby, and a very practical and functional room. Everything works as it should in a small but very well designed space. They are also very helpful in letting you store your luggage. We stayed in 2 Motel Ones in the week that we were in Manchester.
Couldn’t make any suggestions for improvement. An excellent experience. Breakfast particularly good.
Great value. Comfy rooms, friendly staff and fab breakfasts. Terrific value! Thank you.
Was really impressed with the hotel. Comfortable and stylish room, a good night's sleep and tasty breakfast. The staff on the desk were particularly helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I'm in Manchester. It's so close to the station which is really convenient when arriving to the city.
Check in process very efficient. Staff friendly. Late check out and happy for me to leave my bag to attend my uncle's funeral. Thoroughly recommend the hotel as the perfect place to stay in central Manchester.
Good stay, room small but had everything needed for 1night, excellent location, polite, helpful, friendly staff
I left one specific note when i booked that i want a high floor room but i still got the 1 floor 🙁
Great location clean and inviting reasonably priced
Effiecent and friendly staff. Eco-friendly environment. Clean room. Excellent location.
Small but modern, clean rooms. Lovely receptionist who was friendly and efficient.
Was lovely and clean we were In a disabled room with massive shower wasn't requested on booking but was happy with the stay so extra bonus
I was really impressed ànd would definitely stay at motel one in Manchester again, location by the station was great. Room lovely massive bed , good bathroom. Kettle with teabags etc provided. Hotel downstairs was lovely. Great price at £60 for the night couldn’t complain.
Nice clean & tidy room
near the train station
Great location with a beautiful room, and even a great view. Clean and quiet (I was on the 11th floor), and everything worked. This was perfect for getting to MAN airport in the morning. That said, if I’d had to share this double room, the person on the other side of the bed would’ve been annoyed by the lack of anything like a nightstand on one side of the bed. As a very minor inconvenience that doesn’t affect my overall rating, the switch for central room lighting was located on only one side of the wide bed (the one without the nightstand), so not within easy reach. Also, a rubbish receptacle under the kettle would’ve been really handy instead of having to walk little bits to the bathroom.
Clean, efficient, beautiful, everything that you need, nothing that you don't. Central, calm.
Very convenient location close to Manchester Piccadilly. We encountered friendly staff and our room was compact but very comfy and quiet. The bed was particularly comfortable.
I had a lovey toom, and it was spotlessly clean...
Hotel was very clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and polite. Little grumble that there was no draught beers. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
Lovely place to stay. The bar is beautifully decorated and stylish. The room was small but comfortable & clean. My only complaint is there were zero usb chargers in the room so do take a plug. Great location too.
staff was lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was decent. Stayed in the family room for 1 night but there were only 2 large towels considering more than 2 persons will be in the room there needs to be more towels. Also the pump from liquid shower gel bottle was giving problems. There was also only 2 tissues in the tissue box. Otherwise the room was clean and well presented.
Staff v friendly rooms delightful
Receptionists very friendly, but my towels were unwashed, and had make up and other stains on it and my bedsheet had rips in it, I don’t think my room had a thorough turn down service, when I mentioned it to staff with photo evidence I wasn’t offered an apology sadly, they just said they would let the cleaners know.
Very convenient location Clean room We were room only but breakfast buffet looked good. Nice bar for an evening drink Good value
Great location, the room i got wasn’t worth the amount of money i payed, staff were exceptional. Would stay again if rooms were cheaper,
