Very good hotel close to the centre of Bruxelles. Everything is a walking distance. Rooms are clean and spacious. Personnel is very friendly
Great stay at Motel One. Comfortable and convenient to the areas we wanted to see in Brussels. Great suggestions from bartender on places to visit.

the bar menu is still not improved
Everything was good, but the AC in the room did not come on and the room was really hot during the night, so that was annoying.

Lovely hotel, central location, easy to walk to lots of things. Several restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Interior seems quite new Quiet room, on small side but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. Bathroom very clean
The only point where I can see room for improvement is about the breakfast. A lot of people were at the same timeslot for breakfast and it was hard sometime to find a spot to sit. Having specifc timeslot for which the people/rooms need to apply could be very good to control the flow of people and tom ensure a smooth experience for the breakfast. For the room itslef, having 2 bottles of water for the first day could be a good gesture, coffee or tea as well (only a few capsule not for the whole stay)

Excellent hotel. Staff was super friendly and kind, the room was clean and spatious, the location of the hotel is perfect and it's very easy to go around Bruxelles from it.

Extremely poor customer service. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The bed was extremely hard. The rest was fine, but since they cannot get these items right I suggest booking a better hotel.

I had an overall very pleasant stay. The hotel was very nice, clean, and centrally located. My experience with the staff was mixed. The male staff were very friendly, helpful, and service-minded, which was appreciated. However, some of the female staff came across as unfriendly, both over the phone and during check-out, which was disappointing. I hope this can be improved, as it affects the overall experience. I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning if I visit the city again.
Great location, good budget type hotel. Rooms small but functional, have everything you need. Clean. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but reception has a 24h open bar. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Two types of pillows- one too soft second too hard, so not a great night sleep. Poor isolation, can hear street sounds and everyone in the corridor. Bar was really good, best coffee we had in Brussel.

I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The breakfast was truly abundant and the room was very comfortable. I would suggest adding a small minibar in the rooms. Other than that, I give a very positive evaluation. I will return to your hotel, as it is also very convenient for getting around on foot.
We are new to Motel One Booked in Brussels for two nights. Had a fabulous experience from start to finish.
Why I will select Motel One in other cities: - superior location - sleeping comfort, bed quality - fancy lounge zone - value for money What I was missing - Welcome water - Tea / Coffee room facilities
The bathroom was adequate and the staff was very friendly. The price was right. At that price I understand the cheap bedding and lack of amenities, but I don’t understand why the room had to be so dark. It was just much too dark to the point of being depressing. I turned on the TV just to get another light source.

Excellent location and overall quality
The room was fine, but the elevators just could not cope with the flux of people at breakfast time (especially as one was constantly out of order or blocked by cleaning personnel).
The hotel is adequate. No access control on elevator, no kettle or coffee in room and chaotic and only cold breakfast were disappointing
I missed glasses for water, a kettle. This is some basic things could be available.
very good location near to Brussels Central Station and the city center, clean and quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, although the breakfast area is rather large in comparison to other motel ones it is sometimes very crowded
I really liked Motel One because always the rooms are so great. And the breakfast is wonderful. And always the hotels are really in the city centre. And the bar I mostly like. Most of it was also here in the hotel good arranged. But I was a bit confused about the breakfast. That was very small in assortiment of all the food that was available. In the weekend also there was a moment during breakfast that there was no bread for half an hour. And why doesn’t had this motel One no gym? It is a huge hotel, why not that accomodation in the Brussel City Centre? So I am enthousiast about Motel One in general but this what a bit a setback, a disappointment.

The Bedroom doors are very noisy. you must adjust the system to close doors
The hotel was really clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly. The only negative thing I could mention is that there could have been a small refrigerator and water in the room. I would also have preferred a wardrobe.
Another excellent stay. MotelOne is still my favorite when I visit Brussels for work or leisure. Well located, confortable and a nice team makes me come back next time.
The location is very good, but it is very bad that they ask for money for breakfast after saying that breakfast is included when you check in. The room is clean and spacious. The room we stayed in had a private toilet, which is great.
Always happy to stay at MotelOne and always satisfied with the look and feel of the hotels. What made me feel bit uncomfortable was leaving my car in a garage which had many reviews of people having their windows smashed in. Thankfully nothing happened. Still the mere thoughts of it possibly happening did make this only a 9/10 stay for me.
Few choices for breakfast
Cozy place, clean and comfortable, the staff is always kind and helpful, good food boh at the bar and at breakfast. The rooms are maybe not so big but perfectly equipped.
The hotel is clean and comfortable with a good breakfast spread. But rooms must have an electric kettle facility for hot water and at least some complimentary tea bags. The charging points need to be checked. Helpful staff. Thanks.
Nice and new but the room was small.
the room was nice, perhaps I would have liked lighter curtains on the windows, excellent breakfast, varied and attentive to all needs, comfortable bed, beautiful mirrors, a little small space in the wardrobe for those staying for several days.
