The bathroom was a disappointment. No clean tissues were available... The shower browser kept falling off its holder onto my feet (which hurts) Toilet was not properly cleaned

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the staff was soooo nice. Best and kindest staff ever. Just that the breakfast area was always full and very difficult to find a seat.

Very nice hotel and unexpectedly quiet despite being located next to the train tracks of Nuremberg main station.
i wrote already twice no free water as a member and unfriendly receiption no more nürmberg motel oe after several years of googexperience with motel one- now prices increase and service decrease

been at Motel One many times, because I like their style. Friendly staff and clean, modern rooms at a price that suits my budget.
Everything worked out, I did enjoy staying here.

My stay was really good! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Something I value is the overall aesthetic- the hotel is modern and well furnished. Even after my checkout they held on to my bags so I could explore the city comfortably. Overall I strongly recommend staying here as I myself will definitely visit again!

Very friendly reception (kudos to Samin). Her colleague was also helpful to check and stop the water flushing in the lavatory in bathroom (blocked button) on the second evening of my stay. Prices during the ECS were high but I guess this is demand/offer driven.
Air condition did not work in my room (found out only in the morning) and trains directly in front of the window did not allow to open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast "room" is too small. But room was fine and clean and, most important, the service team in the restaurant and at the front desk was perfect, efficient, helpful and very friendly.
Thoug the hotel was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful the fact that I repeatedly could not access my room without having to replace the door key multiple times was not a good experience. Ultimately, the batteries had to be replaced on the door, which was done by a member of the front desk and which I had to help with as he was already nervous with the whole situation. It was very unsettling seeing a clearly overburdened member of staff having to do basic maintenance that should be carried out by a specialized technician on a regular basis.

My room was too warm, even after turning the clima off. Plus I couldn´t open the window because of the noise.
Walking distance from the main train station and old town. Abit close to the train tracks.

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and keen to assist. Spoke excellent English which was a great help as my basic GCSE German was poor. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The design of the hotel is nice and also you have good breakfast. What I didn't like is not having a kettle and tea in my room and also iron and ironing board. It was not comfortable to go to the reception each time I needed those.
Only issue is the breakfast. Too little place compared to the number of people. And the traffic in the corner of bread etc. is too complicated.
I was staying again in that hotel after staying at two other hotels (one outside of Nuremberg and the Cloud One in Nuremberg) the two years before. After coming back to the "old" Motel One I realized that I prefer it over both other hotels - the Cloud One has a nice design and the bar overlooking Nuremberg is really cool. But I really like about this one that the doors are not slamming shut. And it has a more relaxed atmosphere. So I will stay again here next year :)
The Hotel is located within walking distance to the old town. The rooms are quiet but quite small. You don’t have much space to move around. The bathroom was well equipped and had a large shower. We did not use the lobby or the Bar/Breakfast area so we cannot share any opinion on them. The biggest minus that we’ve encountered in both rooms was the Bed. It was rock hard and we had a very bad sleep. Since we only stayed 2 nights we didn’t bother to ask for a Topper. I see the hotel as more oriented towards adult couples and less as family friendly.

Cleanliness, Buffet, check-in all flawlessly. Many television stations could not be received -- probably need to rescan the frequencies. Rooms are very small.
Very good personnel service at reception desk and also comfortable room. In other opposite side is the availability of space during the breakfast. Varieti of good could be also improved.

The Staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and cozy, and breakfast was fresh with a nice variety. It would have been nice to have a small bottle of water or understand if the tap water is ok to drink.
I appreciate the service you provided. It was a pleasant experience to be considered for my early check-in, and overall, I had a nice stay at Motel One.

The staff at reception were very friendly and competent. The room was a bit cold and the air conditioning could not be regulated or turned off properly. The towels in the bathroom were not changed.

The rooms near the elevator can hear the noise of the people using the elevator. The breakfast area was chaotic, the buffet had far too few options, and not sufficiently stocked. The parking area had no functional charging point.
I experienced excellent and friendly service - the only critical point was limited parking space, but this also was handled pragmatic and quick. Thank you!
