Very clean and comfortable staff were very friendly this was a return visit for me. Good central position. I would recommend to friends .
I am a Regular visitor to Manchester and Motel One is always my number one go to. My stays have always been enjoyable and relaxing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel area are always to a high cleanliness level. Breakfast is tasty and good although more hot options would be nice to have.
Location central, checkin easy, room was very very small, the smallest I have been in and made it awkward to get ready when anyother person on the room , rooms are cheap but not for it being so small. Bathroom ok but again very tight . Bedding and bed comfortable
Great value. Great location. Comfortable, air conditioned room with all necessary amenities. Particularly impressed with shower facilities
Lovely hotel. The staff is very friendly; the room is small but well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Very well placed on St. Peter’s Square. I recommend it.
The hotel was well presented, and clean, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, the room was adequate size for what we needed and the air con was a well needed addition. Would definitely recommend
Great for the price. Didn’t feel like a 3star hotel. Bar was lovely, staff great, bed comfortable and room quiet. I’m always nervous having a room near the lift but it was silent! We will be back!
excellent staff great rooms lovely breakfast great location value for money
Great location, comfortable, no frills rooms. Would recommend!
Location and facilities, of course, play a part, score is based mostly on a high level of cleanliness and helpful/courteous staff. Thank you for a very good stay.
From the check in staff Maria & Chloe who looked after us so well to the cleanliness of our room our stay was fabulous
Always a warm welcome, the entrance to the place always impresses me. It is clean and tidy, the rooms are excellent and extremely clean, love, love the shower
Overall very good but room was a little noisy due to internal hotel noises - plumbing
Thank you, excellent stay.
Very relaxing and convenient location.
Room was great . You need to either make a manager available 24 hours or empower your staff to make a decision themselves . Dreadful check in experience .
Really good stay and the staff couldn’t have done enough. Would recommend and stay again.
Your excellence starts from the moment you enter the hotel. Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, just the total ambience proved to be exceptional. I stayed for work purposes and it will definitely not be my only stay. Keep up the great work.
Great location and clean pleasant room. I didn’t like the way the check in staff disregard my question regarding if they have specific room availability, so I found it a bit and surprising coming from this hotel staff who always been kind and polite before. Also was surprised that the room didn’t already have hair dryer and had to specifically request from the staff. This all was disappointing to me as I stayed here few times before and always had 10/10 experience. Other than that 9/10 would still recommend.
A great spot in the centre of Manchester. Rooms are not the biggest but what more do you need?
Lovely bed in a nice large corner room 6.66. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location perfect for City centre.
Perfect location only a few feet away from St Peter’s Square tram stop. Lovely decor and very friendly and helpful staff, will definitely stay here next time I’m visiting my daughter in Manchester
Lovely hotel Lovely staff
Great check in experience, friendly staff to meet you. Entrance lobby and bar area are well presented and welcoming. Rooms are really good standard, with excellent facilities. Breakfast the following morning is as advertised, help yourself buffet continental style. Thoroughly recommended.
Good location. Room small but had everything you needed
Good size room, comfy bed. Booked using the app with no issues but just a shame that all emails are sent in German. When click on the link get taken to page in English and luckily I can understand but would be an issue for some
The reception staff were professional, polite, and efficient. I had a king sized room, and it was very cosy and comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel bed that I've rested on. My only off comment, is that there was no ironing equipment in my room (I do not know if that's the same in all rooms). I had to go to reception and request one. Reception saw to getting one to my room immediately.
Fantastic location , stayed whilst attending wedding at Manchester hall. Staff extremely helpful, polite, rooms clean
Room lovely and nice bathroom. Unfortunately no USB in the room which for a new hotel is very unusual. Lots of storage. Really pleased that my long formal dress and jumpsuit could be hung up properly and not trail on the floor. Bed Really comfortable. No shower cap. Shower perched on shower control. Toilet paper on shelf behind loo so had to place on floor. Shower head continually leaked. Coffee cups were plastic, would have preferred paper ones. I asked for iron and ironing board which was taken to the lift and placed in lift with me even though I had luggage I was carrying. I had to prop lift door open in order to get them and my luggage out and to my room
Great stay in Motel One St Peters Square. A fantastic central location easy to walk around the city. Also very quick checking in by staff and extremely helpful and cleaning staff keep the place perfect. Great value for money
From the moment we stepped through the door to the moment we left, we were made to feel special with lovely staff who had big smiles. The hotel was very clean and tidy, the room was comfortable. My wife loved having the the wall socket next to the large mirror to dry and straighten her hair. Happy wife happy life .
Good accommodation, moderately clean, good selection of pillows and sleeping equipment. The only thing that let this down was that there was no hot breakfast option available.
Great hotel in an excellent location, room extremely comfortable and staff are really friendly. Breakfast good quality and plenty of choice.
The staff on the early shift at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
I had a lovely stay. The location is great, staff were friendly, the room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Great location, staff all lovely, very clean and well presented. Would really benefit from a small fridge in the room for longer than a night stays and a glass or mug rather than the plastic cups provided at the moment. Also a second bin for teabags etc near the kettle.
People in the next room where messing about from 4.30 in the morning the noise up and down the hallways was terrible all night.
Excellent value hotel within city centre, welcoming reception and extremely clean and tidy hotel
Great value accommodation and in a fantastic location.
Staff at reception desk 10/10 Bar staff fantastic Super clean room
Lovely lobby, nice breakfast. Clean, light room. Nice clean bathroom.
Very clean, exceptionally comfortable bed and bedding.
A nice room in a good hotel, which is in a great location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Bar area is good too.
Would stay here again!
I have to say that i love your hotels in Europe and every time i stay in tour rooms i have a very good experience. This time the the room we had was with a broken safe and no a/c we had to switch 2 rooms in our stay at your hotel and it affected our convenience.
Perfect location for our needs
Friendly greeting at reception, clean room - a little small but did what was needed for the purpose of the trip. Only complaint would be the breakfast - there was a large spread but only continental and would be nice to have a hot option.
Catered for myself and the teams needs
Love the staff and location...thank you
My first time staying at motel one, the receptionist were warm and welcoming with a beautiful smile. The rooms were clean and the bed do comfortably I sleep like a baby, I will always use motel one now. Price good no negative
